um a Trial to indicate the mans guilt. Lets list how his "Death" hes in prison unless the thread that kept de railing was cannon and he died on the transport. then let me list why the republic wouldn't care what happened to him.

1. He was a Sith Spy and committed an act of terrorism upon a Republic citizen
2. he attempted to bribe Officers for his freedom
3. attempted kidnapping

seriously a trial at this point would be pointless

Missions in the mission thread are there to give people something to do(Read: for character development or something fun to do) between important missions.

Unfortunately, I'm not terribly good at recruiting people. =\
I just post my faction write-up and hope for the best to be perfectly honest.

Well, basically a bunch of agents sitting around the cafeteria between missions. Everyone who isn't there would be considered on a mission or doing something else, so there's no pressure to join. There would be no concrete goal, really. Just a time for everyone to get to know one another and have a little character development.

Hmm, I checked the galaxy map and I don't believe so; the Wookieepedia states it's 40 light years from Ord Mantell in the Mid Rim, but I couldn't locate it exactly.
