Technically, no. Being a competent user of Force Lightning would be a bit much for an Acolyte. If you wanted to say she can use it a little bit, but can't apply it in combat situations/PvP, it'd be okay to keep it.

I was reviewing Morisana's profile, and just wanted to direct you to this post about appropriate Force abilities and lightsaber forms, as there was a note to contact you if there were any issues with her abilities. She looks more or less okay, but just make sure she only knows Acolyte abilities, and focuses on one lightsaber form for now. Once she reaches Crusader, she can branch out more! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to VM/PM me. :)

You probably going to need to post a better entrance post for the duel rp in the sith temple. The room ended up being empty safe for one person and your post made it seem you simply appeared XD
