HUMBLE TOWN
Eri whirled about and flailed at the figure that had snuck up on her with such ease- only to watch her hand fly through the empty space. The fog swirled in a dainty, small pattern, drawn by the air flow her motion had just made. Just as quickly as she had noticed it, the figure disappeared. She suddenly spotted someone else, then another, and another...
She backed up with caution, hand near her saber, prepared to fight her way out of this as the shadows closed in. Let me out. Let me take care of this...

Her hand trembled and she closed her eyes, but the blade did not leave her belt. She kept walking backwards. The shadows swooped towards her with incredible speed and she gasped, calling to the Force, using her fear as fuel.
But she felt nothing.
She closed her eyes tight and held up her arms in a protective manner before tripping, looking up from the ground to see nothing, of course. It was as if...she shook her head. She winced, looking down the side road to see the outline of a group of people talking together, standing up slowly.
As if for no other reason than to scare the kriff out of her, a voice spoke almost directly in her ear. "Is there someone there?" She yelped and began stumbling towards what she hoped would be friendly beings...
But she felt nothing.
