My character Asura Sukazi can know Sevarin as an "ally"; we both speak Hapan, are not sadistic, come from social elite backgrounds, and have some other things in common. You might even take her as an apprentice when the timeline kicks off. Asura would no doubt find his nobility attractive, having escaped privilege in her past and been deprived of it since it would be new. She is driven by a desire for excellence and superiority, with the jealousy, envy and anger derived therefrom being the driving emotions behind her power in the Dark Side, but she is also a three dimensional character capable of feeling all emotions.
We could work out a relation between your characters and Angus, as they are all on the Guild and probably ran into each other in the past couple of years/months. Angus is an old member who is just coming back to the world of bounties after laying low for a couple of years for personal issues. Don't have much else worked out in detail yet.
Norro and Angus would have known each other at least a little bit since they have both been in the guild for a while then.
