Alright, so I've taken a look at how we currently stand in the war and I must say it isn't looking great. The Empire continues to march ever onwards, an almost unstoppable war machine, we Jedi seem to appear helpless against them. That is not the case, and it is time we remind the Sith just how powerful an ally the Living Force is. A siege on one of the Empire's planets is the end goal, however, a direct attack would undeniably prove fruitless against their superior numbers. So, I propose a tried and true war tactic highly popularized by the Germans in WWII, and by the Athenians before them in ages past. Lightning Warfare, or Shock Combat, attacking your enemy at their weakest points were they least expect it. This will hopefully draw the Empire away from more guarded planets in the hopes of stopping our small and seemingly insignificant attacks.
*I Need potential targets*
That means planets your characters have connections to, systems we've already worked in or around before that won't get fussy because the Jedi have arrived to help. This is hopefully going to be the beginning of a campaign that should win us back a good amount of territory if we play our cards right. But as it stands, no matter the target, the strategy is similar and adaptable.
Attack where they least expect it, attack when it is the most opportune for us. We will attack their supply ships when they've landed after a long journey, we will attack their troop transports when they begin to unload and before they set up an encampment. We will attack small and seemingly insignificant outposts on the edge of Sith space to draw them away from a main and central target, likely a compound or city considered a staging area for their forces. Again, I don't have the reconnaissance, I'm sure there is at least one target in somebodies mind that won't end horribly. Under the circumstances our forces become overwhelmed, a retreat will be ordered; these are not death and glory missions. We need as many knights as we can muster, this is sabotage and subterfuge.
After we have weakened the main target and drawn as many reinforcements away from it as possible, we will begin a full-scale siege of the target and eliminate it in one swift and devastating stroke. Then, we modify our tactics to suit the next planet and continue the trend.
