Scouting Christophsis IC Thread

WOAH GABA! What's going on?!

Hi, so to spice up things a bit and to continue to enhance the feeling of the ever present danger that lies in the galaxy for the Jedi, the Sith have been invited to the thread.

The skirmish will follow normal PvP rules, no special exceptions (i.e. there will not be the no death/no capture like we have seen in the past with threads).

I'm positive this will generate an intriguing story that both sides will enjoy! Good Luck to everyone!

Sometimes risk does happen with a character, doesn't mean you're going to get killed. Also keep in mind you've got Kiro and Cale with you, you won't be fighting me(if it comes around to that xD). Rather, I'll be very much occupied with Kiro and Nox with Cale.

Either way, I'm just really, really stoked I get to fight a Jedi(especially Kiro!)! You have no idea how close I was to challenging someone in the Sith just to kill them because of how little I could actually do with my master :3.

Stick near the master, and the knight. Fight together as a team not independently as individuals. Think about it like soccer the strikers should never be more than 20 feet from each other, we actually used to tie the strikers together with rope during practice.

If you guys stay near each other and work together as a team, balancing your strengths and weaknesses it should be an easy battle to either win or escape from.

Yeah, this.

Nobody informed us this would be a PvP thread. I'm not complaining, but it feels like a dick move to thrust us into a PvP situation without warning.

I have deliberately kept Kiro away from PvP, due to her skill-set and due to her impact on the plotlines churning on the site...

To echo Spacer, if you guys work together, then this doesn't have to be as difficult as you're making it out to be.

Currently the site doesn't hold the feel the Jedi are in this presence of ever danger and therefore this is why it was chosen to be a skirmish. Rom, Sreeya, and I are looking to create a more exciting story for everyone to tell and worked (and still working) to make sure it will remain that way.

Honestly, to believe I am looking to dick over my own faction members leaves me disappointed and I hope once the shock and surprise wears off that the three of you (Jedi) will be able to work together and show the Jedi are a force not to be taken lightly (no pun intended there, really).

Let me just say that I only joined the thread because I was told it would be okay. I never came in with the intention to dick someone over or be unfair. If this isn't going to work out, I will respectfully bow out.

Yeah, Nakoma doesn't even have a real lightsaber. Hers is a glorified taser. I would have thought twice about applying for the mission if I knew it wasn't a no kill thread. :/ Equipped with a real lightsaber, no problem. As it stands, her chances aren't that great.

I mean, if this thread devolves, wouldn't it be easier to start a new one with the same Sith and different Jedi? Just my thought on it.
