PERSONALITY:
Rhex is known to be the calm and steadfast commando. He had always followed his orders to the letter, risked his life on numerous accounts to save his brothers and sisters. He was a warrior that was humble and never dared to disrespect others, even if they are low. However he cannot tolerate killing those unarmed, especially civilians as it is deemed to him is dishonorable. The sith is also what he hates the most and wishes for their extermination. He is also a man who yearnes for knowledge of history and culture. He had since childhood had always kept a steady supply of holo-recorders to interview other species, about their people's history, gov't, and other information that was deemed interesting to him. The mandolorians in particular were the one's that intrigued him the most as his people were also a clan of warriors, which inspired him to become one and explore and conquer the galaxy along with them. Whenever he had free time, he would isolate himself from the others and usually work on building new traps and then re-watched old recorded holograms. Preferably the ones that started it all.

BIOGRAPHY:
Data log 01
"Twenty years ago...I was an inhabitant of an outer rim world that was less notable. It was a harsh winter planet that my people named 'Hostlasis', we were a tribal society that believed in cooperation with one another. For if we were to separate, we would succumb to the icy cold deaths that our old ancestors had faced. Of course since there were no vegetation's on the planet we had to resort to hunting and trading. It's quite surprising now that I think back that there were any animals back home........My people were just like the Mandolorians that I fight by to this day. Honorable, courageous, and prideful. We trained our bodies and mind so that we could be ready for any danger that would come to our planet. Some pirates did come now and then to attack us and attempt to enslave some of our people. But in the end we would come out as the victors. We would rather die fighting then succumb to the title of 'slave'. I myself was trained in the path of the warrior at the age of five, there were other paths such as a trader and explorer but my mother and father saw more in me a potential. I was an only child, and both my parents were warriors. My father had in several occasions gone off to fight as a mercenary along with other elite warriors, and return with spoils of war. My mother however stayed home to train me and even teach me history of my people and the gods. To this day I still hold some old traditions, tho I do not openly talk about it with the other mandolorians. Whenever I set foot onto any icy planet, I always give my prayer to the almighty god of winter who my people called 'Yuetu'.

Whenever my mother taught me the stories of my ancestors who traveled out in the galaxy. I was always fascinated by their heroism and acts of valor. What I was most intrigued tho were the other species mentioned in those stories. I always asked my parents what their cultures were like, what they looked like, and how was their way of life different. Tho they never really bothered to learn those people's culture they did give me enough details to excite me. My dream was to one day explore the galaxy and like my father, return with riches and gifts and be praised by my people as a hero. To have my parents be proud of my accomplishments.........A part of that dream however would never come true. The beginning of my departure began when a ship crashed landed about 2 miles from the tribe during a snow storm. My father and several other warriors went to investigate the ship and found a Mandolorian. He was severely injured and would soon die if not treated soon. He was taken to the tribal leaders Hut, where our leaders wife healed him. She was a skilled healer and managed to stabilize the Mandolorian. The elite warriors along with the tribal leader and my father discussed in private in what to do with him. My father personally favored in helping him as he himself had fought alongside a Mandolorian during a fight against Imperial forces. This I did not know until he told it himself the day after when the Mandolorian awoke. The Mandolorian told that his name was Tyzon Fett and that he was thankful of the tribes hospitality. I remember the first moment he started speaking I jumped right in front of him and started blabbering a bunch of questions. Especially his armor and weapons. My father found me to be rude and ordered me to return to my training with my mother. I begrudgingly did as he told me. But it didn't stop me from sneaking back in later in the day and speaking with him. Tyzon didn't seem to mind and told me small lectures of his peoples culture and history, even some of his most notable battles that he participated. Eventually I came to the question of how he lost control of his ship. He struggled to make something up but I could tell that he was hiding the truth. In the end he wouldn't tell me and I left that subject as it was. Several days past and Tyzon was able to stand up, but he still needed support to walk around otherwise he would've tripped. Tyzon was somewhat impressed with the way our culture was somewhat similar to his people. He even at one point requested a meeting with the Tribal leader and asked if they would be willing to supply the Mandolorian Dominion some warriors to fight for their cause and promising even more rewards to grasp. The leader however denied the offer as it would've most likely endangered his people if they were to align to any major faction in the galaxy. Tyzon tried several times to convince the leader, but it only seemed to anger him. Tyzon was disappointed but dropped the offer and apologized for his rudeness and promised to leave the planet as soon as possible. I of course couldn't understand why the tribal leader would deny such a wonderful offer. Later tho I would soon realize why.

Two weeks pass and Tyzon finally was healed enough to walk by himself and begin to fix his ship. He decided to take it to a large cave that was located 20 miles south of our village. It seemed that he didn't want anyone from the outside to look for him. I however didn't put to much thought and was more focused on hanging around him. He even on several occasions taught me some fighting techniquesand other skills that I would carry later on. Eventually he had managed to fix his ship thanks to our cooperation. He was however offered a farewell feast which tyzon gladly accepted. The feast was lively and comradery was seen throughout the night. Tyzon and my father had a duel against each other in which my father won (Barely). It was a fun match and everyone had their laughs pitched in and some jokes. I had never seen my father be defeated in a duel, and yet tyzon seemed close to defeating my father. There were truly stroner opponents out their and it made my blood boil in excitement. I was however saddened that Tyzon was going to leave but there was nothing that would convince my parents to let me go with him, especially since my training to become a warrior was not finished. That would change the next day.

That morning Tyzon had said his goodbyes to the others and received his gifts which he was given one of our domesticated animals to help carry his sled which he placed his equipment and other essentials. What he didn't know was that I had snuck into of the bags and planned to escape with him. By the time we had reached the cave he had started to unpack his stuff when he suddenly opened the bag I was in and taken aback. He was angered and demanded what I was doing within the bag. I of course explained to him my plan and he could only stare at me with disbelief. He grabbed me by the collar and gave me a stern talk how going with him was no fun and games, that I would most likely die and see terribly and horrific things that he should not come across. That I was better off staying on this planet with my family. Like the child I was, I didn't waver and bantered on and came up with excuses. Suddenly our talk was silenced by the heavy sound of explosions from the outside. We quickly exited the cave to find ourselves staring at a Imperial Battlecruiser. Fighters were circling the tribe and bombing it from above. I was horrified at what I was witnessing, the only thing that mattered in my mind was my Mother and Father. Without hesitation I ran towards the chaos being unleashed upon my village. By the time I had arrived there corpses littered everywhere. No one was spared, not even the elderly or children. I managed to quickly hide in one of the huts and spot a group of my people being grouped in the middle of village center. Imperial troops were standing by as their commander had landed from his transport. He was covered in a black robe, his face not being seen. He demanded that the tribal leader to come forth and demand for the information for the mandolorian. The tribal leader lied and told him that he had no idea what he was talking about. The imperial commander saw through his lies and pulled out his light saber and chopped his head clean off. Me along with the other tribal members were horrified and my father who was amongst the captured, had charged at the imperial commander but instead of being killed instantly. That bastard decided to toy with my father, make him suffer, break him until he could no longer move. He did so with no mercy......My father however gave no satisfaction to that man, even when he was being broken down he still stood with determination and pride. My father attempted one last time and attacked the commander, at first seeming to have failed until he threw his knife he had on his opponent up close landing on his right eye. The commander let out a roar of anger and suddenly started to shoot electricity out of his fingers. I had never seen such powers before and it had scared the living day out of me. I watched helplessly as my father was burned to a crisp, the life on his face gone. When the commander was done, he pulled out the knife with no sign of pain on his face and ordered for the rest to be killed. The rest I wish not to speak of......I of course would later learn that the man who had slaughtered my people, was none other then a damned sith Marauder.

After the Imperial force left, I walked back to the cave. Tyzon said something but I didn't listen, I was in shock and speechless. My people were gone and I would never be able to get them back. I finally I looked at Tyzon and only responded with rage and hate, I lunged at him. Punching, kicking, scratching him. Whatever damage I could do to him, but he managed to pin me to the icy cold ground. He continued to talk to me in a calming way, I eventually calmed down. I began to cry at that point, losing those who I had loved and knew was too much. I had wished that I had stayed back with them, at least then I would've died alongside the one's I loved. I was released from Tyzon's grasp and I began to yell at him, how it was his fault that my people were killed that he should've left when he had the chance. I spouted other things but my sorrow restricted me of saying anything else. The pain was unbearable and I couldn't control my emotions, I fell on both my knee's and cried out for Mother and Father to return to apologize for my betrayal of not being by their side when they were looking for me. I then saw Tyzon kneel before me and wipe the tears, he looked at me with a stern look. He told me this: "I....Am truly sorry for the loss of your people, I know that you blame me but I assure you that the result would've been the same either way. Those Imperials will kill anyone they deemed a threat or a help to their enemies. If I hadn't stayed you would've died out there, your Father and Mother would've wanted you to live on! To carry their legacy and never let it die! You have been fated to live, and it is time for you to move forward and exact your revenge.....Come with me and I will promise you the death of Imperial Scum."

Since that day I was taken under the wings of Tyzon Fett and adopted as his son. He trained and educated me in the ways of the Mandolorian. Eventually after many years I was put to the test by the higher ups and deemed worthy of the title of commando. Since then I've done my duty and attempted to take upon any mission having to do with the imperials. I owe Tyzon Fett for taking me in, even a jedi whom I had set free during a rescue mission. He was a jedi knight named Uto, he and I were partnered together for a bit during our escape. I had been separated from my team after we were engaged with imperial forces but linked up later. The jedi was happy that I had helped but originally I wanted to use him as bait. But after my experience with that jedi, he made me look at life and revenge a bit differently. In fact he intrigued me about the jedi order but there isn't much info around in the galaxy other then their jedi temple which I don't think they would take kindly to outsiders. Anyways I haven't been in contact with that jedi since the prison escape. I do I hope that he's doing well.......That is the end of my story."

Nova -70 Blaster Rifle
CCT MK. II:

Type: Heavy Armor.
Heavy Blasters: Two (2) shots on plates.
Blasters: Three (3) shots on plates.
Vibroblades: Three (3) direct hits on plates.
Lightsabers: No resistance by default.
Explosives: Shrapnel and non-direct thermal resistance only.

Function 1: Standard Jetpack
    • The jetpack on the CCT MK. II is a high-grade maneuverability device that is capable of top speeds of nearly seventy-five (75) kilometers per hour in its flight-mode. It can maintain these speeds for around ten minutes of continuous flight. In combat-mode, the jetpack allows for short bursts letting the wearer move approximately 10 meters in just a few seconds. This makes it useful to scale short buildings, span gaps and crevasses, and gives the user enhanced mobility in combat. Due to the high speeds of flight-mode, it cannot be used in combat. The jetpack on the MK II is incapable of using a mounted rocket weapon due to its more compact size compared to the Z-4.
Function 2: Wrist Weapon Hardpoint
    • Left wrist mounted rocket launcher with two (2) missiles.
Function 3: Integrated Heads-Up Display
    • The integrated HUD of the CCT MK II is slightly more advanced than its original counterpart. It is capable of giving temperature and environmental readouts, has an internal compass, and can provide armor integrity feedback as well as an 8x rangefinder. The gauntlet weapons can also be controlled via the HUD, but only through command words. Blinking patterns are above the limits of the CCT MK II.
Function 4: Wrist Weapon Hardpoint (2)

  • Right Wrist with microfilament net launcher capable of being shot up to 15 meters and rated to capture a creature up to a Wookiee in size.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Tyzon Fett- A Supercommando who is the step-father of Rhex who had been saved by him when the Imperial Legion was looking for him. Due to the loss of Rhex's family he had decided to return the favor and adopt Rhex as his own and train him to become a Mandolorian Warrior. The last he was seen was six years.

Jedi knight Uto- A jedi Knight who was captured by the imperial forces but released by Rhex during his rescue mission. The two managed to escape and go their separate paths. Uto had changed Rhex's perspective on revenge and that anger was a dangerous path to take.

Hey there, looking pretty good! The character for the most part is good to go, although you'll need approval from one of the Sith leadership for the inclusion of Sith things in your biography. @Malon, @Vinny or @Intratec should be able to tell you if it's kosher or not. The inclusion of the Jedi Knight near the end is fine by me.

@Kori Buor or @Mirdala Priest will let you know if all the info looks good on the Mando side.

Happy roleplaying! =]

Heya, Sith AFL here.. I think that timeline-wise you would be best just having your character elope with the Mando or making it a raid by another tribe. Considering your character's age the events that happened to his village and family happened before the formation of both the Empire as the Mandalorian Dominion, making it highly unlikely the Sith would in such force be searching for a random Mandalorian.

Somewhat confused on your statement on the formation of the Mandalorian dominion since I don't think there is a clear date of when it was formulated, unless @Kori Buor can correct me on that or you.

Ok well in that case we could say that he stole Vital Imperial Intel to sell to the Republic, but his ship was severely damaged during his escape in which he crash landed.

I'd personally like to see you come up with something else. The scene already reminds me too much of The Force Awakens and I'm not inclined to encourage copying excerpts from the movies.

I would recommend reading this thread to get a sense of what's happened thus far in the timeline, the timeline's background, and about how many years have passed overall. It will better help you structure your background and ground yourself in the site' story. The way your background is currently structured, the Empire and the Dominion weren't around (in their current state) when you're saying they were.
