Biography

Reynara Unduli, born on the idyllic ocean world of Glee Anselm in 109ABY, was a Female Mirialan Force sensitive who mostly just wanted to dance. Reynara's great grandparents were victims of the First Orders campaign to kidnap and indoctrinate children and adolescents to form the backbone of their Stormtrooper corps, but were amongst those who engineered their own escape from the Order prior to the battle of Exegol. Seeking to escape their war weariness, the newly formed Unduli family resettled on the island dotted world of Glee Anselm, where they joined a budding community of Mirialan refugees who had suffered and decades of persecution by the Empires Inquisitorius and the First Orders abduction campaigns looking for Force Sensitive children. For decades, the family lived a peaceful life as entertainers and vendors for the worlds vibrant tourism industry, and Reynara was no different.

With her father killed in a tragic airspeeder accident when she was young, Reynara and her younger sisters were raised by the joint efforts of her mother and eldest brother- a Special Investigator with the Glee Anselm Security Bureau. Reynara herself was a carefree spirit who's only real concern in life was pursuing her career as an entertainer, bringing joy to crowds in Spaceport town of Anselemani with adaptations of native Anselmian dances and folk songs, combined with a variety of performances melded and merged from the traditions of other species to make a show worthy of the trip to the islands. With Force Sensitivity as common in Mirialans as it is, Reynara and her family recognized her abilities early on but, seeking to avoid embroiling her in the types of conflicts that plagued the galaxy for the last century and a half, made nothing of it. Reynara herself was content using her modest abilities strictly to enhance her performances rather than for anything practical (outside the occasional practical joke on her siblings, if that counts), making her a popular attraction on certain Star Tours routes.

When she was twenty-four, Reynara's brother was killed by a bounty hunter during an undercover operation targeting a local smuggling ring. The offending bounty hunter was never caught, and shortly thereafter Reynara fled the system without even telling her family where she was going- the truth was, she didn't know. All she knew is that she wanted to follow the example he'd set for her, and find a way to use her powers to protect and defend those who couldn't do so for themselves. It didn't take long for a lone and reclusive Jedi Master to take her under his wing...

*OOC Note: Obviously Reynara is not being trained by a "legitimate" Jedi Master, but she doesnt know that and neither should anyone she interacts with unless they somehow discover that information. Any attempt to divine this via metagaming will be reported.


Personality and Abilities

Reynara is, at heart, a passionate individual who experiences emotions with great intensity. She takes great joy in bringing joy to others, loves fiercely, and has a strong desire to do good in the galaxy by defending and protecting those who cannot defend themselves. Equally though, she experiences intense pain of loss, longing, and anger, and is plagued by fear and uncertainty. It is only through intense meditation and concentration- new concepts in her carefree artists lifestyle- that she is able to still her mind, think clearly, and follow the path. By demeanor she is playful, friendly, and sociable, preferring deal making and diplomacy through friendship as opposed to direct conflict, and is the type to make allies everywhere she goes.

Her natural talents lie exclusively in the arts- Reynara is an accomplished singer and musician with a repertoire of folk songs in a number of languages, knowledge of cultural dances (for which her species natural flexibility makes her well-suited) from dozens of systems and species. She can also play the seven stringed hallisket, the valachord, and the jizz box with an expert hand, making her a full on triple-threat in the entertainment industry. While her experience with negotiation is quiet informal, she has a lot of experience dealing with drunk and belligerents customers of all types, and that experience translates well to a variety of tense settings.

On the more practical day-to-day front, Reynara's past experience is quiet limited. While her Master has trained her relentlessly in the Jedi arts, her Force powers are still limited and narrow in scope, though she shows great potential and determination. Her late brother trained her defensive martial arts and staff fighting to protect herself against unruly patrons, and that training has lent itself well to her limited training with a lightsaber. Similarly, while she is comfortable behind the controls of a ground or air speeder, piloting a full fledged hyperspace capable ship is still quiet new to her, and she relies heavily on an astromech copilot for interstellar travel.
