Gravlex Med has sat in ruination ever since the Empire of old abused it right up to the brink of annihilation. In recent years much of the planet's environmental damage has been undone by hardworking Anx. While the planet's natives work tirelessly toward restoration their leaders look beyond the planet's borders to the growing shadow of the Sith. They are on good terms with the Jedi Order since many a Jedi have lent a helping hand toward the planet's restoration, but they still fear that the past might repeat itself and that any progress made will be lost should they be invaded. They want to convert the planet's old launchworks into a planetwide defense system capable of halting invaders in their tracks.
But the launchworks have sat empty ever since the fall of the Empire, and no one really knows what lurks within. Except maybe for a local syndicate that sought refuge within the launchworks after an ill fated encounter with some Jedi Councilors. According to Anx leaders, if the syndicates are still there, they are volatile and desperate. Even willing to make deals with offworlders just to get a taste of the power they once held at the height of the power vacuum following the Empire's fall.
With the permission of his master, Padawan Shaw Amaris will lead a team of fellow padawans to secure the launchworks so the Anx can begin the construction process. These brave padawans will be some of the first souls to step foot inside the launchworks in over a hundred years.
