APPEARANCE:
The Senator might have been shorter then most human Senators, however he still made for a pretty sight for many people. His thin and relatively pale body accompanied his short brown hair very well. He didn't like to eat much, so he was not as heavy as many of the Senators, and he did also like to exercise, going for runs around Coruscant and Fondor, though he definitely preferred Fondor as his place to exercise. His brown eyes could easily tempt a girl to spend some private time with him, and his wide array of rich and good looking clothes certainly is a sign of his wealth.
ATTRIBUTES:
Octadar was a relatively quick person, even with his short legs, so if there is any danger Octadar thinks is against him, the best plan for him is to run. He was also able to afford a very good education, so his intelligence, he likes to think anyways, is almost unparalled in the Senate. To accompany Octadar's good speed, he also has a good stamina, able to jog for an hour at least, probably due to his constant exercise.
His strength however is lacking no matter his pace or stamina. Unable to carry heavy weapons like a blaster cannon and even a heavy sword, fighting hand to hand is not really an option for Octadar. Also, he isn't really prone to being able to take many hits by blasters or by any weapon, with very little armour to help protect himself. He can also seem to be very arrogant indeed, especially when displaying his wealth.
PERSONALITY:
Octadar is easily what you could call militaristic, especially in the Senate and public. With a seething hatred of the Hutts and the now reformed Sith Empire, Octadar is constantly calling for action, whether it is launching operations against Hutt mining facilities or even advocating all out war to crush the Sith Empire once and for all. Through this, he certainly has made many enemies over the years, yet he tries to show no fear against them, making sure his thoughts are well known in the Senate and public.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born on Fondor in the round about 90th year of the Hundred Year Darkness, Octadar was born into a wealthy family who owned a ship building company. Of course during the difficult and tumultuous period, the family's money was usually made building warships for the large Republic Navy at the time. Through this, he gained his hatred of the Exiles, or now the Sith as he constantly heard his parents complaining about all of their ships being destroyed, and the almost propaganda teaching he had telling him to hate the Sith, and that their philosophy was evil.
After the war ended, Octadar had finished his education, and began assisting his parents in the running of their shipbuilding company. With very little need for military ships anymore, the company began to invest in transport ships to transport goods to rebuild the war zones in the galaxy. This was where Octadar gained his hatred for the Hutts. When his parents travelled to an Outer Rim planet on a honeymoon, a Hutt vessel destroyed it, killing his parents. Soon, he inherited the business and the family's fortune.
As he continued the business however, he always paid close attention to the news. Watching the Senators constantly debate about what their policies should be gave him an idea as to how he could voice his own opinions where they mattered. In the next election for the Senatorship of Fondor, he ran, and gained the support of the shipbuilding companies, as well as their owners and workers. He stirred up fears of the Sith, and how he would always try to protect the Republic and Fondor, he won narrowly, and looks to go far in the Republic.
SKILLS:
Throughout his education, Octadar managed to gain the ability to speak a few common languages in the galaxy, like Twilek and others. He is also an expert one could say, in ship building and ship technology. This allows him an even better voice as to what ships can be produced and help produce new designs if he was allowed to help.
