blah blah blah again and again this will be done later. this is where all the ranking system would be if you care about all of that. perhaps military specialty like jungle combat or paratroopers. maybe you have a large number of exceptional pilots or even just combat engineers that don't fight but are great at being support roles in combat. i don't know, be unique if you want to. i'm just going to keep writing my thoughts in this template as i sip on this ocean saltwater.

this is a Work In Progress, please reference me when you use this so i can see how it is received(even though it's not done yet). thank you. more detail of how things should be calculated will be added later. I will also provide an example as well with this. you can choose to use some of this template or all of it if you want. it's up to you.
