I don't think a database of every force user in the galaxy will fly- as a matter of fact, I know it won't. Both people used were in disguise, not registered members of either main order, and all security footage was taken away. The only Hutt troops who would have seen the attackers clearly enough to get an idea of their appearance were Darksaber, who were in on the plan.
I don't think this is going to be a viable way to prove who attacked. Out of a galaxy of 100,000,000,000,000,000 sentient beings, cataloguing every one for force sensitivity using a database which hasn't been mentioned before seems unlikely, especially unlikely for the Bogan to pinpoint the two responsible (a generic human female and an anzati) within the span of a week.
