((OOC: In preparation for the time shift, I thought it would be good to show what the characters do, something to end on.))
Santoro stood solemnly in front of the Phoenix, looking out the open bay doors. The hangar was empty save for the red ship, and silent... Which was comforting and awkward at the same time for Santoro. Hoppy rolled down the ramp and up to it's owner, tweedling a question. The Corellian looked down at the droid and smiled.
It had been a while since he came back into the galaxy. It was long ago that he'd signed up for the Midnight Men, and it was too long since he'd been home. He missed Tyrena, but most of all he missed... Peace.
"You know, ever since I was born I've been raised as a warrior. My entire life I've been fighting, and my entire life I've been hating it." He let out a long sigh, and ran a hand through his hair.
"The Midnight Men had the right idea, I think, but they lost it somewhere along the way. Theres a fine line between maintaining justice and taking control, and they've crossed it." He wobbled a little, and remembered he had left his cane on board. He smiled to himself.
When did I become an old man? He shook his head, and looked back to Hoppy.
"Is everything on board?" After an affirmative whistle, he nodded, and headed up the ramp. A minute later, he came down with his cane.
"Wait on the ship... I'll be back in a few minutes."
He headed to Adriana's room, slowly. Finally, he knocked on the door.
