DESCRIPTION
The ID series since its inception during the Galactic Civil War almost a Century ago has come along way in being the foremost seeker droid. The Current model, the ID-21, continues the tradition of the small circular body with smaller appendages hanging from beneath the repulsor driven frame. The ID-21 takes most of its design from the ancient ID-10 frame of Arakyd Industries fame albeit with a few modifications in the form of a sturdier frame, modular equipment (including some mods that are deemed illegal in some systems/governments), and a powercell system that either extend the operation time of a droid or provide an emergency recharge for the main stationary powercell. The ID-21 Seeker Droid found excellent service in all sorts of fields ranging as scout/spotter droids for infantrymen to spy equipment for spies/assassins/etc. and even the local scout who is surveying a new world for which many can colonize.LEGALITY
On paper it is illegal to have ID-21s with Shock Prods and slicer equipment, but that doesn't stop a few industrious bounty hunters/ criminals/etc. from installing them on these droids. However unmodified the ID-21 is legal, albeit restricted on some worlds.INTENT
To create a seeker droid useful for reconnaissance, slicing, and espionage.
