"They still have those?"

Designed to provide a more rugged ship for the Outer-Rim, reminiscent of the Cowboy-Sci-Fi aesthetic from shows like Firefly and the Space Pirate Harlock Movie.

Surprisingly nimble for it's size, although it's still significantly more sluggish than most starfighters and bombers
The Halo-Class Transport is something of an anomaly. Produced upwards of 100 years prior by a manufacturing firm based in the Outer Rim, the ship has somehow withstood the test of time through sheer tenacity.
At its core, the Halo is a drifter's ship. Ample room for cargo, an oversized engine encompassing almost half of the ship's total length, and surprising maneuverability given by two large thrusters capable of providing powerful, if not rudimentary, maneuvering control. Admittedly, the Halo isn't much to look at as most of the parts inside her are cheap and often prone to failure. It bears noting this was inherent in new models, as well as restored models.
Inside, he ship is designed for a crew to live comfortably during long hauls. Multiple living quarters line the top hallway leading to the bridge as well as guest quarters below deck, alongside an infirmary. A fairly spacious lounge/kitchen sits in the rough center of the ship, leading down into a stairway connecting the upper and lower decks.
