Somewhere in unknown regions of the galaxy there is a system with a star and a hospitable planet. This planet is called Shor and is populated by a people of similar name, the Shorak. Little else is known about these people and as such Gale Rhevus's early years are as muddled as the memory of a child. He knows his parents gave him up the the passing jedi that had come to visit on a mission. The peace keeper recognized the potential of the infant and informed the Rhevus' of the situation. They understood and let the Jedi take their child.
Years would pass as Gale was raised by in the Jedi order. He was given the means to still keep in touch with his people's culture as he went through life. Gale's mentor and oldest friend Wyck was the one that had found him on Shor. He was a wise teacher and patient despite Gale not always make it easy and often getting into trouble. Most often it was displayed by being side tracked on missions but otherwise supported his allies. Knighted at an early age and younger than many Knights who had gained the rank at the same time he was treated as prematurely earning the rank of Knight. This did end up fueling Gale's desire to disprove others he started taking a supporting position in most situations. Not in the form of direct competition Gale trained to just better himself than he previously had been.
In the middle of his teenage years Gale began mixing with the rabble of galactic society. He found an interest in the anthology of different planets and their peoples. While he was a full fledged Knight he stuck with an older knight, Keijy Gakke, who was a Ropagu near human. Others he rarely socialized with. Gale's interest in the retro cultures and the non-jedi way made him something of a self imposed black sheep. However this gave him a hand up when it came to trends in society and intuition. A consistent success rate on his missions he did not boast of his exploits. Instead he seemed to just stay a few steps behind being in the lime light. Thus he would not have to raise anyone's expectations of him. For this reason he is just another lightsaber wield, finger waving, jedi with some remarkable taste in pop-culture. Aside from that he's a nobody that just happens to be in the holo-shot.
Now Gale often travels alone or with a select few of colleagues he finds tolerable. In several instances he has made a small clique of "Nifty Knights" that just know what is trending and what doesn't. It's more of an extra-curricular activity and past time. If the jedi had drinking buddies this would be Gale's. Instead of drinking heavily they write fan-fiction, drink coffee, compose musical playlists, talked about their eco-friendly swoop-bikes, and environmentally beneficial projects for the Jedi Order. They did get in trouble with one of the Jedi masters when they were found making holo drawings of the Order's finest but adding mustaches on them. Aside from that singular incident Gale has a polished record if not intentionally unremarkable.

As an individual Gale is a well intentioned protector. Influenced by his side activities outside of work he sometimes comes off as snobish or smug. At his core he is still a Jedi and does right by the order and the citizens of the galaxy. Intentionally he stays out of the lime light because he is afraid that his interests will be adopted by others if observed. Then in turn these interest will be twisted and ruined by someone in the galaxy.Gale accepts that his ideas do not belong to just him and while this is somewhat fatalistic and cynical he compensates by always trying new things and keeping an eye on the less recognized parts of society.
Personally fond of more casual wear people often overlook him as a possible jedi. He does not wear robes unless in the present of higher ranking members of the Order. This is not meant as a disrespect towards the organization he represents but he has found looking like an every day citizen allows him to connect with the people better and also keep away unwanted attention if desired.
Like most Shorak, Gale has a naturally muscular physiqu. Compared to others he is on the wiry end but when standing next to an average coruscanti human he is particularly athletic. Standing at close to two meters tall and pared with his charming good looks he has a positive affect with most people. Gale's arms have a plethora of tattoos, almost full sleeves that almost reach his wrists and his chest. These stop short just enough to keep from showing when wearing long sleeves. Occasionally he will dye the tips of his hair or put streaks of flmaboyant colors.
