SKILLS:
Biotechnological and Medicinal prowess.
Huge reserve of untapped potential in the force. (which will NEVER be improved. Just how it goes.)
Immense manipulative skills.

LIGHTSABER/SWORD FORMS:

While not specializing in a specific Lightsaber form, as he has never been taught nor learned how to wield such a weapon, his close range combat revolves around beating people to death with his cane. Hard. He never needs to utilize this anyway due to the fact that he never enters combat.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:

Reinhold’s main strength is his prowess in intellectual ability. This is demonstrated in a variety of ways, from his position in CARD as a Scientist to the ease in which he can manipulate others. This prowess is also enhanced by the fact that he can drain the knowledge of others to further enhance his own, normally without them even noticing.

He is also well versed with psychological torture, able to break grown men down to puddles of fear with nothing more than his mind. While he is not above physical torture, he views it as inelegant and a waste of resources. Why injure a man’s body with physical objects when you can ruin his mind with what you naturally possess?

His weakness is obviously his body. While he maintains his fitness through regular exercise and various drugs, he is still in essence an old man. While he is surprisingly fast for his age, his physical strength has waned and his reliance on his monocle to dissipate his blind spot puts him at a disadvantage in combat.

GEAR:

This Monocle is more than just a decoration for Dr. Reinhold. Due to the atrophy of his left eye, he has been forced to create an object that would allow him to see once more. The monocle, when worn, binds to the flesh around his eye and injects damage repairing microorganisms directly into it, which temporarily grants him vision through that eye. Without a constant stream of these organisms, which have a short lifespan, Reinhold is rendered blind once more in that eye.

The monocle can also be used as an extremely effective ranged weapon by holding it up to a star for an extended period of time, causing the light to be focused through the lens, destroying anything and everything in it’s path in a thin beam of pure death. (Warning: May ruin lens.)

The Cane serves somewhat of a dual purpose. While it primarily focuses as a walking cane for Dr. Reinhold (who doesn’t actually need it, he just thinks it looks pimpin’), it can also serve as a disciplinary tool.

Composed of cortosis, this cane has the ability to stop most melee attacks without breaking. This allows to beat things for longer with less damage. Also coated with a non-stick material so blood doesn’t congeal on the surface, and can be cleaned with a simple flick of the wrist.

Perhaps the most deadly aspect of the cane is that it is actually a ranged weapon when combined with his monocle. Inside the staff is a mechanism that converts stored energy into a highly bright light at the push of a button. (Energy is created every time the cane is used to lean on, which causes a pump inside to generate electricity, making it very efficient). When the monocle is affixed to the bottom of the cane, the light is focused through the lens, creating a miniature laser cutter capable of tearing through flesh. Without the lens, it can be used as a torch. (Warning: Forgetting of Monocle of Destiny at the bottom may result in leaning on staff and cracking lens, ruining your stylish accessory forever.)

Just Kidding. (Warning: May not be kidding)

SHIP:

Crew: 100 minimum, 300 optimal (Not including Scientists/Cargo)
Speed: 70% of Starfighter Speed
Hyperdrive Rating: 2
Shielding: Heavy Shielding, Heavy Armour
Armament: Self Destruct Mechanism.
Description: The ship of nightmares, The Czar, is a heavily modified cargo created by CARD. Having all armaments stripped from the ship and all interior decoration removed, the Czar functions as a moving laboratory for Dr. Reinhold and his experiments.

The ship is split into four main sections. At the front of the ship is the command deck, where naval officers pilot the huge strip of metal throughout space, though the ship is generally docked to the underside of the Noblesse Oblige. Dr. Reinhold rarely frequents this area of the ship due to his lack of knowledge in this field. He generally just radios where he wants to go, and they take him there.

The second area is actually made of two segments connected by a thin strip. The left and right sides of the ship are used for crew quarters, connected by a metal bridge that cuts across the top of the ship (but still within it. It’s near the ceiling basically). The crew quarters lie in the first half of the ship.

The third area is the most interesting. Completely sealed from the rest of the ship, the Research Area takes up the full length of the ship (minus the crew quarters and Command Deck). The entire section is lined with cryogenic chambers used to freeze test subjects, materials and frozen foods in stasis. Especially ice cream. These chambers are rectangular in shape to maximize efficiency as he can fit them together (as opposed to cylindrical chambers). The substance used to freeze these materials is mainly bacta, with other substances mixed in such as sedatives to keep the experiment firmly asleep. Various hallways throughout this section create a labyrinth like maze of corridors that lead to other sections of the facility. This includes surgical rooms, larger chambers used for testing purposes (one such example is a large square room used for simulation generation to test subjects progression) and other such rooms. This is the area in which Reinhold spends the majority of his time, with his own quarters lying slap bang in the middle of the labyrinth. His own quarters are extravagant, with on-suite bathroom facilities, a large bed and his own little laboratory with the laboratory so he can experiment in solitude.

The fourth section is noticeably less interesting. At the back of the ship is a joint Maintainance/Storage section. This is where the engineers work on maintaining the shields and make sure that the entire facility runs as planned. This is also where the various shield generators and Hyperdrive units are maintained.
Various smaller ships are docked here for emergency protection should it be needed, though they are generally used for distractions so The Czar can jump to hyperspace and flee.

As a note, the lack of armaments is due to energy costraints. As the facility itself requires copious amounts of energy to run, Reinhold decided it would be better to have no armaments whatsoever than have puny weapons capable of nothing, and put reserve energy into the shielding. This has resulted in The Czar having nearly three times the amount of shielding than another ship of this model.

PETS:
Everyone is Reinhold’s pet. Eventually.

PERSONALITY:

To put it simply, Reinhold is a control freak. He likes being in charge of everything, and has no objection to ordering people to do his bidding like slaves. In fact, he owns some just so he can tell them what to do. He has even developed his own methods of torture to allow him to even control the thoughts of others. Even his Force Powers, which he rarely uses even in secret, are based around control.

This could be attributed to the lack of control he had in the majority of his life, up to the point where he crash landed on Gigor and became a king. Perhaps this taster of power corrupted him entirely. In fact, this is exactly the case. To stop himself feeling like he is being controlled, he even refused to accept a synthetic eye to replace his damaged one, as he felt it would not be under his complete control. This is even demonstrated in the name he has chosen for himself, Reinhold.

However, Reinhold is also a fan of displaying a sense of utmost elegance and pride in his actions, as observed in his dress sense and lexis when not aggravated. He has multiple sets of cutlery to eat specific food and he wears a damn monocle. He’s elegant to unbelievable levels. Preposterous levels.

He is also quite sadistic in his attitudes towards his subjects. As he knows what is like to be completely helpless, he thrives off making others feel the same. This is the origin of why he tortures subjects and even why he has no qualms in experimenting on those too weak to defend themselves even before a mental breakdown, such as children. Infact, he only redeeming factor is his use of sedatives when subjects are being stored, as the nightmare of being trapped within an inescapable body still haunts him to this day, and he could not allow anyone else in his “care” to experience such horror. This is very specific however, as he doesn’t mind locking people in rooms for extended periods.

BIOGRAPHY:

Born to the name Kaisar Li’Jun on the Homeworld of the Chiss, Csilla. He was the child of two particularly poor individuals, whom had sold his siblings on as slaves for money prior to his birth. He was no exception. As soon as he was seen to be fit enough to be transport, he was put up for sale as a slave. It wasn’t long until Kaisar, who at that point was only weeks old, was sold.

Fortunately for the child, he wasn’t sold to a pedophile ring like many child slaves were. He was sold to a company who were trying to develop advanced cloning technology. Results from this particular company had been negative when taking samples from older creatures from various humanoid species, with greater results as the age decreased, and thus it made sense to try it on a newborn.

He was frozen in stasis in a bacta tank; his tiny body wired up to so many machines it was hard to differentiate between flesh and wiring. For years he slept there, his body never aging. This was planned. What wasn’t planned was that he was conscious the entire time. As the years passed by, and more tests and samples were taken from his small body, his mind continued to function as normal, learning from his environment. Science.

There was also another variable that hadn’t been taken into account. The child was Force Sensitive. The loneliness and anger the child felt from being trapped within his cell was projected through the force like a beacon for months before he was discovered.

They burst through the doors, red lightsabers cutting through flesh like well… He didn’t know. Wires through bacta? The glass case shattered as they freed him, the Dark Jedi rescuing this baby from his frozen tomb. It was clear such a being had potential.

As a baby in the possession of Dark Jedi, it was clear that the child would be corrupted. He was taken to a temple on Ziost and infused with the Dark Side until he was old enough to undertake the actual teachings of the Dark Jedi. By this point Kaisar, who now existed under the name Tyr, was about 10 years mentally ahead of his body, and so absorbed everything he was taught. While his body was not physically strong enough for him to engage in lightsaber training, his expansive mind showed that he excelled in the Force.

Every day he learned more and more, training harder and harder in the skills he had learned until he was able to grasp the basics of a variety of techniques, learning how to develop them on his own. However, it was during this time that he had to escape the planet. Jedi, having learned of the Dark Jedi’s whereabouts and practices, hunted them from the planet. Many people Tyr knew died. He didn’t. Escaping on a small ship which he didn’t know how to pilot, he set off into space by smashing the control panel, heading off in a direction he didn’t know how to change.

It was somewhat lucky then that he crash-landed on the nearby planet of Gigor.

Unbelievably, Tyr had survived the landing without a scratch, his fear tapping into the darkside of the force, protecting him from harm through a bubble. His ship was not so lucky. The mangled heap of metal would never fly again, and would soon be buried forever under the snow. Tyr felt he would die here of cold and hunger, alone and frozen. Ironically, not much different from his life.

However, it was then he spotted a local. A tall beast with smooth white fur, staring shyly from afar. Tyr knew it would do nothing to save him without… Encouragement. Tapping once more into the force, he utilized a basic form of Force Corruption upon the creature, telling it to call upon other members of its species to save him.

It was over the next few years that Tyr remained on that planet, ruling over the docile species. He was crafted a large tunnel-home in the mountains, protecting him from the cold and was fed well on a daily basis. During this time, while plotting how to escape this planet, he continued to train himself in the ways of the Force, meditating for hours on end. With the basics he had already learned, he was able to self-teach himself in the Force to a sufficient level.

It was luck that Tyr escaped the planet. Another ship met the same fate as his all those years back, crashing onto the snowy ground in a heap of mangled metal. Nobody survived this crash either. However, what did survive was the communications equipment. Calling for help, Tyr was eventually rescued. He did not mention the locals. If they could be so easily enslaved by him, the Galaxy would have a field day with them. While he wasn’t a particularly nice person, he had grown to respect those who had, albeit with a little persuasion, saved his life.

The next few weeks were spent ship hopping, eventually ending up in Coruscant. At this point he was, physically, 16 years old and homeless. He needed money. He signed up for an apprenticeship in a local ship-building company, but he ended up being too weak to help in the construction and too alien to society to aid on the business front. He was let go quickly.

However, the small amount of money he had earned gave him a starting point. He rented a tiny apartment near the ground level of the city, a disgusting place where only low lives lived. He realized he had a talent in the field of medicinal technology however, as the knowledge he had absorbed during his imprisonment tank and stayed with him. Setting up a back alley surgery, Tyr made his money by performing surgeries for low costs to those who didn’t want to do it legally or couldn’t afford the higher price charged at more… legitimate facilities.

Years past as Tyr amassed a small fortune, expanding his lucrative business by purchasing a larger apartment for himself and converting his old one (which he had bought outright), into a laboratory. He hired low cost labour to advertise his services over the under-levels of Coruscant. The increased influx of patients made Tyr even richer, to the point where he had to hire thugs to prevent people from pushing in line outside the laboratory. He lived in relative luxury for nearly a decade.

It was obvious however, with this level of activity, that he would eventually be discovered. As he heard that the Authorities were after him, he fled Coruscant, taking what supplies and credits he could with him and flew out from the Core Territories into the Outer Rim once more, setting up the same business strategy on Tatooine.

It was on this planet that he witnessed the brutality of the Dark Jedi. While he hadn’t wanted to be rediscovered due to the life-style he had lived before, he now actively concealed his Force Sensitivity. He witnessed slaughters in bars in flashes of red light, invisible limbs tossing people like rag dolls. While Tyr operated on these people (for a fee of course), he never made himself obvious to the Dark Jedi or, worse, the Hutts.

Fed up with living in fear, Tyr plotted once more to leave his current planet. He thought about going to his homeworld and visiting his parents. Like fate however, days before he planned to depart, he was contacted by what appeared to be a child with blue hair. He was invited to work for CARD, as Tyr’s reputation in the black market had grown, making him quite an infamous figure in the shadows.

Tyr used his position in CARD to his advantage over the years. As his job relied on him to produce results, he had to perform. He was particularly fond of kidnapping people to experiment on them, to test how various drugs would react to various species. These methods did indeed produce results, and he was quickly promoted through the ranks, second to only the blue haired man who had invited him to the Medical Department.

With his new found position, Tyr renamed himself Dr. Tyr Reinhold and acquired funds to purchase a large storage ship to be used as a travelling house of horrors, producing monstrosities in that ship that would likely never see the light of day. This was Dr. Reinhart’s job, to develop goods that would generate profit for CARD. Unbound by the restrictions of law, he was free to do whatever he wanted. However, he kept his Force Sensitivity secret, as he knew it would be an important card to play if he was ever… Compromised.

This is where the story starts.

They aren't seriously called The Monocle of Destiny and The Cane of Ultimate Destruction. It was an attempt at humour. :CCry2
