Calm and focused are two of the best words to describe the knight, a Jedi that believes that protecting others is the greatest duty of any Jedi. Brand was raised on the principle that all life is worth protecting no matter what, be it Sith or slaver, they needed not die. Though he has accepted that death is a part of life and in battle if someone was killed, he would not allow him to be consumed by it. Thinking that it was the forces will that was carried out, even if he disliked the outcome, he believes in the force. An more specifically the light side of the force which he sees as the true force or the natural side of the force. Believing the dark side is the corrupted half and most be destroyed to restore balance.
Deep down he is a sensitive man, having felt like his father was more interested in fighting and power rather than family. Made Brand realize that there are things in this galaxy more important than power, like protecting his younger brother, and those he care about. Though he doesn't allow his emotions to cloud his logic though when it comes to his younger brother it sometimes does. Yet in the end he is a Jedi and if he needed to do something that might hurt his younger brother, and it is logical he will carry out the task. Yet he truly believes in redemption, even if they use the dark side, he believes there is no reason why one can't shed it. And embrace the light or at least become free of the dark side, since he believes it is possible to walk away from it. Unlike other Jedi who feels the dark side isn't something that one can walk away from, Brand feels one can be redeem from.
Brand hopes to fix things with his younger brother feeling like their relationship is damaged from their past fights. Brand tries to not get to attach as he wants to be able to not allow anything to cloud his judgment, he views attachment both as a great source of power for a Jedi but also as a risk. Many Jedi has fallen because of their attachment and Brand wanted to not be one of those many Jedi. Not that he would avoid becoming friends but he will be less willing to allow himself to form emotional attachments to others.
He sees the Sith as just lost individuals that need help to be brought to the light. Which makes his fights to usually be drawn out and involve lots of talking and not going for the kill. His views on the republic is one that even if it is ineffective it serves a greater purpose just like the Jedi.

That and more were some of the questions going though his head as he grew up. Doing his best to treat his brother as kindly as possible even if it caused him to get in trouble, with there father. Always trying to take care of the youngest of them, worrying about how their fathers attitude would affect him. And just as their were getting to the age when they will be starting to actually go out an be sent off to fight, it seemed the force had different plans for the young man. A Jedi knight arrived that offered to take the two brothers as they were force sensitive, so the father always dreaming of strong sons agreed, thinking he can get them back after the training was over.
The Jedi master that they were assigned to was kind, and gentle unlike the father. Though at first Brand was suspicious of the man, though through time the older brother grew very fond of the man. Seeing him as a true father unlike their real one, and realizing the man seemed more like Brand, kind and using logic more than brute force. Though it seems the two brothers had very different views on how to do things, the older Budish was more about keeping peace though non violent means. The younger was more willing to show off and settle things though force, which the master disapproved of. Eventually the younger brother would leave and take another Jedi master to teach him, causing Brand to feel betrayed and sad for the damage to their relationship.
Though he continued to train under his master when it came time to do the trials he and his brother did them together. Their task was to bring back two fallen Jedi, and the two had issues with how to solve the issue. While Brand wanted to bring the dark jedi's in peacefully his brother wanted to end the dark jedis live. Which of course Brand disliked and disapproved of, causing a bit of a argument between the two brothers. Eventually they were able to track down the two dark Jedi and complete their task, one was killed the other captured and brought back to the council. This was the trial that allowed them to become knights, and since than the two have been doing their duty as Jedi and when the army was started. Brand joined feeling if the council had confidence with the decision than he needed to join also, and now he serves the Jedi knight army in their conflict with the Sith.

Trained mainly by the Jedi order, his body is very well built for a human, and thanks to this he was focus on working on his advantages. He is as strong as any Jedi and isn't anything special.

Brand is a practice warrior, and is capable of moving quickly. An is very flexible, both from his training as a Jedi and from his father. Though he isn't so great that non force users are helpless against his speed, though thanks to the force his reaction time is far greater than the norm.
Constitution:
Brand body is well condition and is able to take a good few hits. With the light side of the force strong in him, his body is very healthy.
Intelligence:
He was taught how to fight and kill in his youth, than how to protect and save life later. But never a formal education so not the man with the most knowledge about things.
Wisdom:
Brand is as wise as any jedi, focusing on making logical decisions and relying on that logic to keep himself and others safe.
Charisma:
Willing to be diplomatic, and trained to talk people down from violence. Brand is good for diplomatic missions as that was what he and his master did a lot.
Brand is focus in more defensive techniques, in the force. Able to use defensive techniques such as Tutamunis and force wall. He is has a good understand and lots of practice with Telekinesis, though nothing special than any other force user. Though he is good illusions, mental manipulation was never that great, for minor persuasion he is capable of doing, though for those of strong will or something that is a bit more. Requires direct contact for him to accomplish it. Though he has trained to use the force to heal he is only slightly skilled with it, and would require absolute focus and a lot of energy to accomplish. As for using the force to enhance his body, its nothing special able to increase his speed and strength if in danger, though he normally just relies on his actual physical abilities. His sensory abilities are normal for that of a Jedi, able to pick up dangers and feel for peoples emotions and general positions, anything more required focus.
Knows how to speak several languages, pilot a ship without crashing into another ship. He knows how to use computers because we all need to know how to type up fanfiction. Brand is also good with healing that doesn't require using the force. He is physically capable, able to run and jump high distances without the force. He knows hand to hand combat and how to use the lightsabers in combat.
