The company that has made BWI a fair amount of profit is Bel Vum Technologies. Originally it was a local droid repair shop on Tiss'sharl but has since focused on designing new models of droids as well as 'mail in repairs' where buyers can send a malfunctioning droid in and have it repaired before being sent back.
Much of the designs that have come out are based off of competitors. Cheap to make, affordable to buy is a common characteristic while trying their best to not compromise on product proficiency. Still this had led to some less than optimal creations.
Led by Coatli-Chi-Xoch, the one and only daughter of Ek-Chuem-Za Xho'thal. She has made it an interest of hers to expand more into cybernetics. However the lack of funding and profits for experiments and new research prevent this from coming to fruition.

Xolot Arms possess a subsidiary, Xolot Security, which provides in house protection. XS is the company that is the equivelant of a small Private Para-military organization though they work solely for BWI and its interests. They are the ones that guard the facilities and escort transports to the more dangerous parts of space.
X Factor Logo
X Factor is the portion of Xolot arms that has started to show an interest in wearable innovations. Clothes, are usually not a thing that Tiss'shar utilize aside from pouches and straps. Thus it is quite small and only recently created.

Assets: The combined company do not possess many assets of their own. A single major factory for each subsidiary and minor offices on a few other planets in nearby systems in the outer rim. They do not possess any large capital sized craft though have expressed an interest in producing them. However they do have a small fleet of various freighters for transporting their goods too and from places of sale, preferring to rely on their Xolot security for protection. They sell arms though and have plenty of basic defensive equipment in surplus.

The company BWI has been mentioned in numerous technology submissions and I thought it a good time to submit it as an NPC faction so that those who wanted to interact with the company could if they wanted. I plan to have my character Cyzyn-Itza-Rus Xho'thal ( @Cyzyn-Itza-Rus Xho'thal ) gain some control of the company for plot purposes and arms dealing. He also has a history with the company since his family are the owners/founders of it.

Bellica Works Incoporated is the holding company of several minor designers and manufacturers of technology in the galaxy. It has been a family owned company for two generations. Since then it has had limited success across the galaxy and has mostly survived off of the oportunites presented after the Hundred Years of Darkness where the founder Buluc-Sol-Gra Xho'thal made his fortune to start said company as an arms dealer (allegedly) but in the past decade the legislation has made it more difficult to make a profit than during war time.
