1. What is going to happen in your plot?
In this plot we will have two characters, Raylan Shawl and Numenius Pax, a Jedi and Republic Senator respectively. Due to recent assassination attempts on Numenius's life Raylan has been tasked by the Jedi council to provide protection for the senator. This is all in the hopes of earning a mutual trust between the Republic and the Jedi. Over the course of a series of threads Raylan will accompany Numenius while the senator makes a series of speeches against the war. This will ultimately lead to an assassination attempt on the senators life. Which will be interrupted by Raylan whom will discover the assassin's employer. The two characters will then both hold the guilty party accountable and hopefully bring forth a life in which Numenius can live safe from the fear of death.

Me and my character Raylan Shawl.
Nefieslab and his character Numenius Pax
Then Faded Truth will DM the opposition.
3. Where are all the places (if more than one) that your plot will be taking place?
This plot will take place solely on Coruscant, but in several different locations on the planet.
4. Please provide a basic in-character timeline of what you expect to happen.
Thread 1 - This will be an introductory thread for the plot. Here we will define that there has indeed been recent attempts on Numenius's life. This will be done via a meeting between Numenius and Raylan Shawl, as well as a higher ranking Senator. This Senator NPC will assign Raylan to Numenius's protection. The NPC senator will be played by our DM, Faded Truth, and wish Numenius farewell as the senator must make a speech at a Coruscant arms dealer.
Thread 2 - This will consist of Numenius giving a speech at an arms dealing company. Raylan will be tasked with providing security over the speech. In the meantime the laborers at the plant will start a riot, wanting the senator to leave, because if Numenius's agenda is completed then the workers will be out of work. They don't want that. During the confusion an attempt on Numenius's life is made. Raylan will identify the shooter, a chase will begin, but the would be assassin will ultimately get away.
Thread 3 - The pair of characters, Raylan and Numenius, hatch a daring, albeit stupid, plan to apprehend the culprit. Numenius holds another speech with an even more hostile crowd with the plan of baiting the assassin out of hiding and making another attempt on his life. This time Raylan will be ready. Once the assassin makes his move Raylan will spring into action, a fight ensues, and Raylan will hopefully capture the assassin. With a brief interrogation Raylan will learn the employer of the assassin. With a twist the employer is none other than the NPC senator in thread 1 which assigned Raylan to the protection of Numenius.
Thread 4 - This thread will consist of a warrant for the NPC senator to come to justice. Sheltering in his estate on Coruscant both Raylan and Numenius are accompanied by Republic Judicial Forces where they intend to serve the arrest warrant. They have the hope of bringing the senator to Republic justice where he can stand trial for his crimes.
5. What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
This plot is made with the purpose of effecting the Republic and Jedi factions relationships in a positive way. Not only that but character development and the future of potential story arcs for our characters.
6. Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.
Most likely not, this will all be DMed by Faded Truth. We'll incorporate dice rolls into the system if need be.
