APPEARANCE:

Yura is not your average spacer. A simple glance at her will tell you that much. From her fiery orange hair, her glowing green eyes, her gold-inlaid tattoos, to her cybernetic left arm, everything about her seems to carry an air of wildness. Yura keeps her hair closely shaved, save for two long braids down her back and a large cock's comb over her head. On the left side of her head are some blue and gold glowing electrical relays which help her to control the finer movements of her cybernetic left arm. Along the right side of her body, Yura bears tattoos inlaid with trace amounts of gold which make her skin itself look as though it were made of gold. She is usually seen wearing a blue tank top with a white skull and crossbones emblazoned across the chest underneath a brown leather vest covered in pockets for all of her tools and stuff. Yura usually wears blue pants under a red and black harness that secures a gold-colored brace along her right leg. She has full mobility in that leg, but wears the brace to avoid agitating an old injury.







ATTRIBUTES:

Resourceful - As a thief and pirate, Yura knows the dark and shady corners of the galaxy.

Violent - Many of her former associates would describe her as such. Not so much that she flies off the handle or looses her temper. More that she usually plans for violence and even causes it when it suits her fancy.

Anarchist - Not a 'true' anarchist per-say, but Yura tends to distrust most large-scale governments and ruling parties.






PERSONALITY:

Yura is a free spirit, and definitely a wild child. She frequently seems to be lost in thought and can easily get carried away when she gets excited about something. Her eccentricities can prove to be problematic at times and can sometimes make her difficult to get along with, especially given that she doesn't deal with authority figures very well.

However, these personality flaws don't seem to translate into her combat. In battle, Yura's tactics and strategy are a finely honed tool, and she gains a somewhat more serious air to her. Nevertheless, Yura's personality comes through in battle as well. She seems to enjoy herself in a fight, and in a grand scale battle, her excitement mounts even higher.





BIOGRAPHY:
Yura was born on Nar-Shadda, in the days of Imperial Hutta. The Empire would have the Galaxy believe that, upon conquering Hutt space and running off the remnants of the Cartels, they fixed all the issues with this region of the Galaxy, and that all was bright and cheery under the Imperial flag. But this was not the case. The Empire set up shop wherever there were resources or profit to be made, funneling the lion's share of said resources to the Imperial capital on Courescant. The rest of Imperial Hutta remained in squalor as the people (many of them former criminals) lived under martial law. They weren't slaves, but they weren't far from it, toiling away to fuel the imperial war machine and feed the appetites of those living the good life in the galactic interior. Yura's parents were such toilers, and she barely got to know them. They passed away when Yura was still young, and she was passed around among friends and neighbors until eventually she was turned over to an imperial-run orphanage. Here, Yura was breed to be an exceptional imperial citizen, and eventually made her way to an imperial academy for combat pilots. But she would not be there long.

Yura never was one for following orders. Despite her exceptional skills in piloting and war command, her record was mared by penalties and demerits from insubordination to theft. Eventually, she was kicked out of the academy and sent to be a foot-soldier for the imperial army. But, Yura would not fall in line under imperial rule for much longer. Upon being forcefully enlisted in the army, Yura was deployed to Concord Dawn. The mandalorians were beginning to cause problems, and Yura's battalion was dispatched to put down the would-be rebellion. Once the battle ensued, however, Yura planned to desert and make her getaway, running to the outskirts of the galaxy, to free herself of imperial rule once and for all.

DESCRIPTION
A pirate vessel through-and-through, the Hoplite corvette carries a somewhat bizarre pedigree. As with most ships constructed at the Hast Shipyards, the Hoplite is an amalgamation of other vessels, or at least the designs of other vessels. The bare bones is from an old republic transport design, the engines are from an imperial patrol craft blueprint, the cannons designed by a Mon Calamari defector, etc. The Hoplite is a bastard of many mothers as the Armada pilots would describe her. Despite this, the skilled mechanics at Hast are able to blend the pieces together so well that the Hoplite performs on par with any corvette in service across the galaxy.

LEGALITY
As with most capital ships, private ownership of this vessel is illegal. Only oganizations and factions are allowed to own this vessel. As the Hoplite has a reputation of being an Armada ship, it is associated with both Pirates and Saviors depending on which part of the galaxy you are in.

INTENT
To create a custom Corvette designed and built by the Armada.

DESCRIPTION
The E-Wing is a short-range fighter interceptor designed and produced by the Armada. DESCRIPTION
The Praetorian is the epitome of any pirate fleet. This heavy-hitter lies ready to do some real damage to any enemy or prey it may encounter. History:
The Rishi Maze, formally known as Companion Aurek, was one of the seven satellite dwarf galaxies that orbited the galaxy proper. The satellite derived its name from the planet Rishi, the starting location for hyperspace travel to the Rishi Maze along the Zareca String.

The maze is a wild amalgamation of planetoids and massive asteroids and stars. Tracking is difficult, and only the most seasoned pilots are able to form maps of any sort. Thus comes the moniker "The Maze". Ships get lost in this sector of space frequently, and most established corporations and governments forbid their ships from entering for fear of losing them forever.

The maze does not hold any real planets. The dwarf galaxy is to young to have produced any. But this does not necessarily mean that the maze is lifeless. Independent prospectors go into the maze from time to time and come out with resources scavenged from the celestial bodies within. Also, smugglers and criminals sometimes seek out the maze as a hiding place when they want to avoid detection. It provides the perfect hiding place for those who don't want to be found.

Climate:
A very weak atmosphere results in not much climate change on the planet. The planet is very young compared to most, and thus the combination of volcanic soot and the chill of space make for a rather unpleasant atmosphere for most living beings.

Terrain:

Flat, cracked stone and dust over much of the surface. Random mountains (many of which are active volcanoes) seem to jut out of the crust. Some water sources such as massive lakes and rivers, though not as much as most life-sustaining planets.

History:
Hast was a planet first discovered and colonized around 11,987 BBY. Colonists looking to vacate the inner reaches of the galaxy to escape the wars of the earlier years of the republic turned their attention to the far outer rim and even the wild space beyond in search of a peaceful refuge. Unfortunately, the colonists found nothing more than a young, angry planet with an incredibly inhospitable atmosphere and a deadly disposition. Most colonization attempts had to be abandoned. However, word reached some of those in the upper echelons of the Inner Rim states of a young planet, known only to a precious few, with deposits of heavy metals, out in the middle of nowhere where no one needed or wanted to go. Some unknown group chose the planet as the location for the first of a series of secret shipyards where the sect would construct ships to bolster their fleets. The shipyards were completed and produced a number of ships, but as the Inner Rim planets began to cease their wars and unite to expand the Republic to it's current state, it was eventually decided that Hast was simply too far from the core worlds to be of logical use. Shipping supplies and materials out into the far reaches of space was dangerous, time consuming, and costly. The yards were eventually abandoned, the satellite stations left in a protective orbit behind the single moon Farkled in case the original owners chose to return at some point in the future. Of course, they never would return, and the shipyards would lie there, dormant and forgotten.

DESCRIPTION
The Type CC is a remarkable gun for the slinger on the run out in the outer rim. Those clunky pistols you find in the core worlds are all such ugly and misshapen things. Here is a blaster for the coniseur who appreciates having a fine weapon at his or her side. The vented muzzle makes a sweet ring as the shots are fired, and the detachable suppressor silences the shots for a more relaxed shooting experience. Slightly larger than it's daintier siblings, the Type CC packs a punch for it's size, ensuring the job gets done with a single pull of the trigger. The grip of this gun is even engraved with the image of a beautiful Twi'lek dancer.
LEGALITY
Not really any more illegal than any other lethal blaster pistol. Likely to require registration in more secure areas.

Simply a useful pistol with a touch of personal flair.

APPEARANCE:

Shikari bears all of the tell-tale markings of a Nal Huttan gangster. From her borderline appropriate manner of dress, to her EL-Tats, to her somewhat abrasive personality, most everything about Shikari screams criminal. Despite all of this, when it comes to her position as a knight in the imperial court or leadership of her armed forces, Shikari is an effective military leader, and her persona is fitting of a conquering general, or even royalty. Still, her appearance seems to clash with the formality of most of the imperial elite, especially those who follow the old ways in the Old Empire. Rather than allow her peers to look down on her for her lowly origins, Shikari flaunts her uncouth ways over her contemporaries to remind them that one with such a sordid pedigree such as herself may still hold power over them.







ATTRIBUTES:

Violent - Many of Shikari's associates would describe her as such. Not so much that she flies off the handle or looses her temper. More that she usually plans for violence and even causes it when it suits her fancy.

Greedy - A common trait amongst Sith, Shikari wants everything for herself. If she can’t have it, she will usually destroy it so no one else can have it.

Driven - Shikari is driven by her desire to gain more power and rise further through the ranks to destroy her enemies both foreign and those that may exist within her own faction.

PERSONALITY:

Shikari is a peculiar specimen, especially within the sith empire. Shikari's past is marred by scum and villainy, herself having been a street rat and a gang member and leader. She by no means fits in with the nobility of the sith courts, and her peers frequently do not easily accept her. This fact is not lost on Shikari and she resents the way the other sith look down on her. This resentment further fuels her efforts to increase her own power and rank and title within the empire, if nothing else to spit in the eyes of all those who once looked down on her and make them kneel before her.

But, there is a further reason for her lust for power and prestige. Having been forcibly removed from her family at a very early age and thrust into a life of squalor and crime, Shikari never really knew the love and acceptance of a family. She has a hidden, but deep-seated desire to be acknowledged and accepted by others, and resents those who do not give her the recognition she desires. However, it seems less and less likely that she will ever find the acceptance she seeks as she drives herself further and further into a place where she can trust no one.


Despite all of this, Shikari remains confident in herself and continues to develop her own power and ability. Unlike some sith, though, who focus on the inner aspects of the dark side and increasing their own personal strength within the dark side, Shikari has a strong focus on the galaxy around her. She is not above using normal weaponry in her fighting styles alongside her lightsabers, and she works to develop military power as much if not more so than her ability within the dark side. In some ways, she would almost make a better Moff than a sith, but nonetheless, she has her strength within the dark side of the force as well.





BIOGRAPHY:
Shikari is Pantoran, and thus was born on the planet of Pantora in the outer rim. The Pantoran people are largely independent of the rest of the galaxy. Aside from participation in the Republic at certain times throughout history, they keep mostly to themselves with the exception of a small percentage of outliers. Shikari's father was one of these outliers. As a merchant, the man took advantage of the fact that most Pantorans neglected to travel to other parts of the galaxy and did so himself to bring back exotic merchandise and wares as well as resources. Goods such as these were hard to come by on Pantora, and sold well. Shikari's father created a very lucrative trade organization, and perhaps because of his experience traveling outside of Pantoran space, thought nothing of taking his lovely wife and daughter on one of his trips to see and experience the galaxy. Shikari was seven years old at the time.

Traveling on one of her father's several trade vessels, the young family didn't even make it out of the sector before disaster hit. The ship ran into a meteor shower and took significant damage. Their ship crashed on Susevfi, a habitable moon of the nearby gas giant Suarbi. Most of the crew, including Shikari's mother, were killed in the crash, leaving only the young Shikari and her father along with two crew alive. The remaining crew set up a beacon in hopes of rescue, but this would prove to be their undoing. The beacon did attract the attention of a passing ship, but this was not some good samaritan that happened to be passing by. The space around Pantora was littered with pirates and spice dealers. It was one of these vessels that the beacon attracted, and the occupants were out for a payday, not a rescue mission.

Shikari's father was killed trying to stop the pirates from taking his cargo. The two cowardly crew members were taken without a fight and along with the young Shikari, were transported to Nal Hutta where they were all sold into slavery. Shikari was handed around between numerous masters. At times she was used as a servant, carrying the master's belongings or serving food to the master's guests. Her last master was quite cruel, and beat Shikari on multiple occasions. It was under this master that SHikari first became aware of the force and felt the draw of the dark side. She eventually lashed out at her master with her newfound power and killed him. Shikari escaped into the streets of Nal Hutta and left behind her life of slavery.

For a time, Shikari survived as a simple thief and pickpocket, discovering more and more about her new force awareness. Over time, she began to build street credit and took some other rouges under her wing. It wasn't long before she had formed a significant gang as rumors of the crime queen with the bizarre powers rippled through the streets of Nal Hutta. It wasn't long before Shikari was being hunted by the bigger predators that were the sith, seeking to wipe out the threat to their peace and order. It wasn't hard for the imperials to locate and systematically destroy Shikari's gang and the resources they had amassed. However, upon subduing Shikari, the sith learned of her aptitude for the force and rather than kill her or sell her back into slavery, Shikari was instead sent to a reconditioning camp for several months. Upon being released, she was immediately enrolled in the Imperial Academy and then received training in the dark arts from the sith.

DESCRIPTION
The Trench-class fighter is a shielded imperial snub fighter used as a durable escort and combat craft by the Empire. The Trench-class was created due to the increased attacks by various forces against the Empire. The lack of leadership in the Imperial Republica has left their military manufacturing industry uncertain of how to proceed as government funding seems locked up in turmoil, and the shipyards of the Old Empire cannot keep up with demand, so Galentro Heavy Works was brought in to augment the Empire's manufacturing capabilities.

The Trench-class fighter mimics the capabilities of the Reflex-class fighter perfectly, which raises the question as to why, and the simple answer is numbers. Adding the Trench-class to the Imperial fleet assuredly increased their capacity to guard their borders and destroy their enemies.

LEGALITY
Restricted. In civilized systems, pilots must be properly licensed or be members of recognized armed groups.

INTENT
To create a variation on the shielded starfighters available for Imperial use.

ADVANCED TECH
No. Trench-class starfighters are available, although being legally restricted makes them non-trivial for the average individual to own.

After spending many years falling behind the Imperial Fleet Works and Kuat Drive Yards in sales and production, and then with the fallout of the Mandalorian and Jedi attack on their home planet, the Corellian Engineering Corporation has put their shipyards to work swearing to support the Imperial Republica in the war effort and reclaim their place in the market as one of the largest suppliers of space-faring vessels in the Empire.

The first design that the CEC has created in this industrial campaign is the Rapier-class corvette. This sleek and sophisticated vessel was designed to compete head-to-head with the Audacious-class corvette constructed by the IFW and made popular throughout the Republican navy. The Rapier boasts an impressive laser spread and military-grade shielding, as well as a decent hangar capacity for a ship of this class. The ship boasts a top sublight speed that matches most comparable ships, and the sleek, arrowhead design is made to both look fierce and draw the eye of the often emotion-driven sith lords of the Republica. The CEC eagerly awaits the results of their launching of this new ship design and hopes that it will make a significant splash in the market to herald in their new line of ships.

Restricted. Rapier-class corvettes are common enough, but are considered capital warships, generally making them illegal for civilian ownership. Almost all extant examples are also property of the Sith Empire.

To create a corvette unique to the Imperial Republica for characters to enjoy.

Yes. Audacious-class corvettes are not trivial to buy, steal or otherwise acquire, and it would take a plot to do so.

The second design that the CEC has created in this industrial campaign is the Dagger-class heavy star fighter. This fighter was designed with dogfighting superiority in mind. Able to dance with almost any suitor, the Dagger-class keeps up with and in many ways surpasses most of the other fighters on the market. With reports of the M-wing star fighter by Burnin Konn being used by rouge forces which shall go unnamed, CEC realized that the Imperial Republica would need to answer with their own advanced fighter. The Dagger-class boasts hyperdrive capability, light military shielding, space for an astromech, and a missile launcher. But where it packs more of a punch is in the medium laser cannons. Sacrificing a bit of speed, the Dagger makes up for it in firepower which puts almost any competitor to shame.

To create a heavy fighter to combat the Alliance and Mandalorian use of the C-55B fighter.

Yes. A tech plot of 4-5 threads would be required to earn one. However, since the Imperial Republica has access to Corellian shipyards, IR characters can obtain one for 3-4 threads
