The planet of Arkania was known for its bleak and cold surface. Ice and snow covered much of it even in the most temperate of areas. Mountains and vast wilderness covered a great deal of the planet which was at odds with the Tiss'shar's physiology. He was resolute and not prone to complaining. The force and years of ignoring trivial discomforts allowed him to just ignore the constant breeze that made his dark cloak flutter in the wind.

Underneath he wore his light armor. This was not the time or place to be fully outfitted with combat gear. Still, he had his claws, lightsabers and a DG-10 door knocker stun blaster. On his clawed hands he had custom fit shock boxing gloves so they would not tear or malfunction with his abnormal physiology.

Decending from the Imperial Light Freighter he waved for two of the Imperial Defense Force body guards to stay with the ship. They were clad in their normal armor and were armed with the standard side arm and rifle of the serenno military, indicating where they had originally come from. They were just an additional presence along with the two crew of the transport.

Cyzyn-Itza-Rus waited at the bottom of the ramp for his cohort to join him. He looked out with cerulean eyes, the serpentine slit pupils staring at the valley that was as deep as it was long. A dull color, something that did not bother the Dread Lord.

People had been getting quite interested in Rinoa lately.

First, she had met no less than 5 Sith in the past few weeks, then she had received a summons from a Sith Master, now she was receiving yet another summons from yet another Master. To say that a part of her was lost for words was an understatement, and it wasn't from the fact that this was happening - she had always intended to end up in this position. What surprised her was how quickly things seemed to gain momentum, she had gone from nameless Sith to notable soldier in a few weeks. If she could keep this up, then she may well be heading for great things, and loyalty and greatness were the two things she intended to bring to the table. So many Sith had the idea that they could just cheat and lie to get themselves up the ranks, and while it was a perfectly valid method of doing so, there was something that felt distinctly stupid about it. This was bigger than any one person, it was about the Empire, and at the end of the day, you needed to be loyal, dependable, and greatly skilled if you wanted to advance your position and live long enough to enjoy it.

Arkania was kriffing baltic all year round, and good luck trying to light a Cigarra with these winds, but if there was anything she could say for the place, it was that it looked beautiful in pictures. It was so pristine and clean in a lot of places, but even that was nothing compared to some of the Wildlife.

They had Dragons...Kriffing. Dragons!!! How cool was that!!?

She had made it a point to arrive at the rendezvous point a few hours early, a habit she had started to pick up these past few weeks. If things went her way, she would become more of a target, so she had to be sure that there was no kind of trap waiting for her as soon as she docked. Seemed like things were on the level, no suspicious types with holdout blasters stuffed down their pants and no brown robed artsy farts with their own glowsticks of destiny. She looked at the Tiss'shar as he descended from his ramp, scanning for any weapons and/or notable things about him - not an easy task when he's wearing a massive cloak. Seeing nothing, Rinoa figured it was best to just take the plunge and hope for the best. She walked out into the open, the snow and arctic winds trying their hardest to shroud the black shadow of her coat in their light before she reached him, holding out a hand to shake.
"Master Xho'thal, a pleasure to meet you, I'm Rinoa!" She called out over the whistling screeches.

He nodded in response to the greeting from the woman that met with him. "Let's make our way inside, Rinoa." He definitely would prefer a lack of windchill over the alternative. He did not care if the woman called him Master or Scar-Mouth or any other title or name he had. Technically he considered Xho'thal to be his biological family's name. Nothing of particular pride nor of disdain. It was just a name and that was it. Walking with heavy foot falls his clawed predatory feet clicked the metallic deck of the landing platform. With an opening of the sliding doors a slight bit of warm air escaped the inside of the structure which the Dread Lord promptly accepted.

Now inside he headed down several halls towards the research center where he knew the target was waiting. The Xenobiologist was needed as an advisor for his own ends. The man wanted to take a small host of dragons from Arkania and introduce them to his own colony in the galactic south. In addition he would have his own personal mount. He had an image in his mind of each of the Dread Lords with an Arkanian Dragon of their own but they were often busy or in this case, dead. Thus far it seemed ironically that he, the personifcation of Death was the only one that remained from the founding.

Coming upon the studies of the remote location he passed several attendants. Some were probably interns, simple technicians but not fully fledged doctors with multiple degrees in the studies that Cyzyn considered prerequsits. One man stood inside of sealed area beyond some glass. "Would you please tell the Doctor that we are here." He said to one technician that seemed somewhat terrified of the large Sith. His spines after all, protruded from the otherwise smoothness of his form. The technician did as requested and pressed a button that spoke into the lab. The doctor looked up from his microscope, first at the technician that spoke to him and then beyond, seeing the two sith.

After a few moments the man wrapped things up. Coming through the sealed door he stood before both Rinoa. "Hello. May I help you?" The man looked between either of them with equal parts confusion, curiosity and caution. "This is my cohort Rinoa and I am Cyzyn-Itza-Rus Xho'thal but you may simply call me Cyzyn if you wish." Everyone was on a first name basis with Death. The Dread Lord waited to see his response but the man did not change his appearance or respond. It was likely he was looking for more details or incentive.

Well, he was polite, that was a good trait to have - you'd be surprised how easily some people can be swayed with a few honeyed words. That wasn't to say politeness was all there was, oh no, you had to show strength, respect, power, and in many cases, a little command of fear didn't go amiss either. The Dragon seemed to understand that given his intimidating stature, the mysterious cloak, and the fact that he seemed to have morphed the simple sound of his clawed feet against the ground into a trademark sound effect. She couldn't help but savor the terrified looks everyone had when they saw him, smirking beneath her hood at the hapless scientists that barely understood what was happening. A Dragon and small woman had just strolled into their facility and probably without any prior warning too - they were right to be afraid.

Then again...Rinoa didn't have much of an idea why they were there either to be fair. She ony had a passing idea, something to do with Dragons of the Arkanian variety. Kool though the idea was, she was a little miffed that he didn't see it fit to tell her whathe was hoping to accomplish with things. All the same, she was the Knight, he was the Master, she would do his bidding without question (well, many questions at least) and get the job done. She followed behind quickly, practically vanishing beneath his sheer size to the perspectives of all others around them. She finally came out from cover when he arrived at the receptionist's desk, calling for the Doctor. The man looked a little...weird, to say the least. Here's hoping they could get what they needed from him.
"We've heard a great deal of your work in Xenobiology doctor, we'd like to make an offer, if you will," She explained.

Cyzyn had a great many mechinations in place and he would be a liar if he said he was going to let it hang all on one individual's choice. It was not like he was going to be rude or abuse the man. In fact the xenobiologist would probably have a better life by doing as the Dread Lord desired. Compensation would not go un-deserved. He observed his cohort do her best to follow up and convince the man to agree to what cyzyn had in store.

Some simply wished to have others agree with the force. That was a jedi mind trick. A short temporary manipulation that had no lasting affects. However Cyzyn wanted to plant the seed of something else. For this he slightly moved his hand, claws glimmering in the sterile light of the labratory. "I would like you to assist my cohorts and I the transport and induction of the Arkanian Dragon species on a new planet. We wish to introduce it to the environment and provide it a secondary place of origin. You may have heard of the Reek and the Aklay. Both are creatures that exist on multiple planets. If something were to happen to Arkania or the species here then all would be lost on the creatures. We wish to keep this from happening and would like to seek your help in completing this endeavor."

A few moments would go by as the scientist looked over into the lab and back to the two sith. Evemtually he would nod in agreement. "I would like to help you with your endeavor." Another long pause occured as the seed began to take root and it was not just simple mind tricks. "I Can't leave right away. It will be a few weeks if that is possible." He said still agreeing fully on his own.

Well, if being a shadowy overlord didn't work out for him, Cyzyn could probably make a decent career as a politician...or a narrator, people love the posh, gravelly thing when it comes to voice. The funny thing was that he didn't even do much in her opinion, he simply stated the facts and was polite about it for the most part. He was straightforward and didn't beat around the bush, and perhaps that was what made it so effective, simplicity was something that was sorely missed by a lot of people, it would probably be welcomed all over, regardless of the form it took. Then again, maybe it was the subliminal threat he had made, that little glint of the light against his claws that brought them into focus for a moment. After all, most people would listen to a massive lizard capable of turning you inside out with little effort.

"And let's not forget the many applicable research benefits the Dragons could have, they're remarkable creatures after all, and their DNA could be used to benefit the galaxy a great deal,"
She added, nodding slightly. Even if he just wanted to help the Dragons on his own, she imagined the prospect of being able to reverse engineer their genome and use it to advance bio-tech and perhaps create new forms of medicine and armor was quite enticing too. Scientists could be pretty insatiable if they had the right amount of ambition, and most of them simply needed the right push...

The man seemed to be convinced at this point. It was the just the regular details that needed to be clarified for a sensible execution of the job that was ahead. Cyzyn handed the doctor a datapad with the information for the following days. It included the financial payments, the details on his own collected information of the dragons as well as the intelligence on the environment that the Dragons would be transferred to. He looked over at his compatriot and wondered if he was forgetting anything.

Well, everything seemed to have proceeded according to how they had hoped, now with any luck, a bunch of flying lizards would adorn the fortress of the smart lizard with the lightsaber. All that remained now were the niceties, and Rinoa always liked to make sure they were observed. She reached into her cloak and removed a small bottle of Calamari Rum, placing it on the Biologist's desk and sliding it across to him with an appreciative smile.
"As a token of thanks for taking the time to see us Doctor," She explained, nodding toward him. She could already imagine him getting smashed tonight after everyone was gone - considering how boring things seemed around here, it only made sense that the bottle was a common best friend.

She turned toward her compatriot, staring up at his face with a wanting expression. "I'll leave you two to hash out the details, I need something warm in my belly, I'll be back though." She rose to her feet, pushing the chair back out from under her, and turned on her heel toward the door. Strolling through it, she let a smile come to her.

Business was good.
