The Writings of Lord Andros are a tome of the dead Sith Lord Andros. Unlike other Sith Lords, Andros chose not to record his teachings in a holocron but in a leather-bound book of flimsi sheaves, which were stored in his tomb on Dromund Kaas after his demise.

History and Content

Lord Andros was a Sith architect and inquisitor who lived about two centuries before the outbreak of the Great Galactic War. His work revolved around using architecture, combined with Sith magic, to focus the powers of the dark side, thus allowing for the practicioners to meditate on the will of the dark side more clearly.

He was responsible for much of the design of Kaas City, including the Sith Citadel there, and he also designed many of the tombs of lesser Sith Lords that came to populate the jungles of Dromund Kaas. He wrote much of what he learned about dark side architecture and Force nexuses into a volume, including how one might use the focal energies his buildings created to look deeper into the dark side in order to learn its secrets.

Nevertheless, his death was hardly a noteworthy one and, aside from those knowledgable about Sith history or architecture, his name faded from the public light after his passing. His writings, which were never compiled into a holocron, were stored with him in his tomb.
