tatooine-victory.jpg

[OOC: Giving this two available spots. First come first serve.]

It was mid day on the desert planet of Tatooine. The desert planet was known for many things, the home of Anakin Skywalker. Home of Pod Races. And also what Xeno had come here for, the last resting place of Maul. It was said through the course of time that Maul had lost a duel to Obi-Wan that costed him his life. His remains would be buried somewhere in the mountains of Tatooine. Xeno would be in search of this resting place, for it also contained the lightsaber of Maul. At least he had hoped it did. Surely he would have been buried with his saber for that would have been what Obi-Wan may have done. Then again Jedi often are not the most practical with their remains. Some choose to burn them. Hopefully the saber was not lost.

Xeno would be wear his undercover gear for the sake of not being identified as a Sith on the planet Tatooine. Especially when it was in ISC territory. The Sith have no affiliation with them, and Xeno didn't intend to make it change without the will of his Empress. He would walk down the streets and begin looking for his contact. Perhaps they were staying in the cantina. Most low life's do these days. All days.

Xeno would enter the cantina and look around. He did not see anyone who met the description immediately. So he would sigh and then turn to take a seat at a table in the corner. He would need some time to think about where the lost lightsaber could be. This was something he wanted for a while, and he will have them eventually.

The shade was hard to come by on a planet like Tatooine, so Chysim made do with an old tarp that he managed to string up in his little pocket of an alleyway. He was resting in his makeshift hammock when he spotted a strange looking character amongst the crowds. What a weird looking Rodian- and he was also pretty sure he saw a black and orange Torgrutan.

Places like Tatooine and other planets in the Outer Rim were bound to have funny looking people with funny looking weapons with funny sounding names. Like Chysim Reech. The old Trandoshan bounty hunter loved his name and how exotic it sounded. It sounded like “Schism Reach” and honestly wasn’t spelled too different for the most part.

“What have we got ‘ere…” Chysim chuckled as he spotted one of those cool looking red and black Zabraks from Dathomir. “Maybe ol’ Chysim should get an autograph.” He mused as he got up from his hammock to spot were this guy was headed. Chysim thought he was either very lost or had a cool emo-sounding backstory for wanting to be in a place like Tatooine.

After the large Trandoshan followed the Zabrak into a bar, he decided to sit across from the stranger to introduce himself. “Howdy there, little feller.” The cowboy spoke in a deep grisly sounding baritone. “You lost? ‘Cause you look like it, heheh. What you after? I know where one of them Krayt Dragons nest if you like that sort of thing.” Chysim smile was a little intimidating, but his eyes showed only friendliness and curiosity as he spoke with the stranger.

“Name’s Chysim Reech.” He offered to shake the strangers hand with one of his very large and clawed three fingered hands.

As Xeno had sat in his seat, he felt a presence of eyes on himself. It was clear someone had taken notice of him in the Cantina, and became much more clear when a Trandoshan had come to take a seat across from the Zabrak Sith at the booth. Xeno paid no mind to the stranger, he knew they wouldn't be much work for him. Though could possibly know a thing or two about this planet. Could prove useful to him, so Xeno decided not to kill him for interrupting his peace.

The lizard boy would go on to speak his name with his hand out to the Sith. Though Xeno would not take the lizard's scaly hand, he would introduce himself,

"Brogroo."

The Zabrak had the majority of his face hidden from his hood to keep his identity under the radar. Many would know him by the name Xeno. Only few know of his true name as Brogroo. Thus he should still be fairly hidden from the public eye. The Zabrak would then ask a simple question,

"Care if I drink?"

Xeno did not care, he would still order a glass of brandy before preparing to set off again for his search. The contact had to be in this room. Perhaps it was the Trandoshan. But Xeno did not recognize the name. The contact was around, maybe the lizard knew them.

“Pleasure meetin’ ya, Brogroo.” Chysim ordered a drink himself. He liked the incognito vibes this guy was making with his whole get-up. Chysim could only barely see his eyes at that. His eyes were a little fiery like the Trandoshan’s, which was something Chysim expected from a Dathomarian Zabrak.

What was a Dathomarian doing on Tatooine? Surely this guy was just…what? Sight seeing? Yeah. Right. Something was off about Brogroo- and it wasn’t the eyes. Chysim wasn’t sure if he was as lost as he looked anymore. The Trandoshan was told of another potential rough n’ tumble guide job on Tatooine and maybe it was this guy, or maybe it was the Duros at the bar that kept looking over his shoulder to glance at Mr. Reech.

“Seriously…” Chysim straightened up his posture. “…What you lookin’ for?” He took a sip of some of his bantha milk, still staring down the Dathomarian while he drank. “I’m here for work- was told I’d be gettin’ a job here and that I’d know the contact when I saw ‘em.” Chysim mentioned in a quieter tone. “The Guild likes me ‘cause I know the Outer Rim like the butt of me gun…” The Bounty Hunter looked out of the booth to glance at the others in the cantina. “I’m a good guide- Maybe you ain’t my contact.” Chysim shook his head disdainfully. “Sorry to bother ya, Brogroo. I’ll buy ya another drink for the mishap.” He smiled his semi-friendly smile again as he gazed back at the Zabrak.

There was a ripple. Xeno had done well to conceal his power, to hide it away while undercover, but it still rippled through the Force. Xolani, too, had become adept at concealing his powers; his retirement from the Jedi and journeys across space had demanded as much. But the mere presence of Tattooine's twin suns sent waves of power through the air; the ancient blood-soaked sands of the world called out to those force users who lingered too long. This dark power could serve as a mask, as Obi Wan Kenobi had used it many years ago; it could make Tattooine a perfect place to hide. But, if one was not perfectly careful, an expert in all things Force, as Kenobi had been, it had the risk of drawing attention to one's self.

Still, Xeno was careful enough that Xolani had no reason to find the man overly suspicious. After all, many across the worlds of the galaxy were gifted with the Force's esoteric blessing; Xo had become a wanderer in part to seek out some of these unaligned minds. Little did he know, the Zabrak he approached casually was a prolific member of the Sith Empire, a warrior who had fought on Felucia.

Perhaps it was that feeling of power that drew Xolani in; perhaps it was a familiar scent that he couldn't quite remember. Perhaps it was destiny, the Force speaking through him and the Zabrak. Or, perhaps, it was boredom and curiosity; the prospect of meeting wanderers, like him, filled him with excitement. So far, the stay on Tattooine had been little more than excruciatingly hot - even the hottest days on Savareen could not compare to the heat of twin suns blazing brightly.

Whatever it was, Xolani picked up his own drink and approached the pair sitting at the bar. As Chysim offered to purchase a drink for Xeno, Xo stepped in, with a smile and a credit chit. "Or, maybe I can get a round for the three of us." He signalled the bartender to pour three shots of Corellian brandy. "In exchange for some interesting stories, of course." He took off his dirty, gray work gloves and offered a sweaty hand to shake. "Name's Xo. What are we drinking to today, my friends?"

The talking lizard spoke again on what the Zabrak would be in the search for, but Xeno hadn't cared much for giving out his answers entirely. So the Sith Lord would look to the lizard and say in a very unamused, and uncaring tone,

"A lost blade."

The yellow eyes would peer out to the lizard man who spoke of the guild. Seemed he may be involved with who the contact was. A good chance some answers may come from him after all. Xeno watched as he began to get up, but was stopped by another individual. They had a darker tone to their skin and were seemingly harmless. Yet, through the force Xeno could feel the presence of the force ripple from the man. Not uncommon, but was still enough a threat as any that he would need to be watched closely should he have need to stay.

"Brogroo."

Xeno would grab his glass and lift it to the other two,

"To the hunt."

Xeno would clink his glass to theirs and tap it once on the table before sending a shot down his throat. The burn of alcohol was weak but strong. The Zabrak preferred the taste of much more tart drinks, though the sweetness of this one would suffice for now. Xeno would motion for them to remain at the booth a little longer. If they could be of assistance, their presence may be worth while.

"Maul. What do you know of him?"

Chysim remained seated after the new stranger arrived. Maybe this was where he was supposed to be. The new guy exchanged glances with Brogroo that told a different story than Chysim had intended. They new each other- but they had no idea who each other were at the same time.

“I’ll drink to that.” Chysim replied after Brogroo mentioned to the Hunt- something Chysim found himself saying before contracts all the time when he was younger. There was a nice sense of nostalgia that came from those words.

Chysim still wasn’t sure about a lost blade…unless it was where that run-down hut was passed the old desolated moisture farm. There was also a cave where a Sarlacc used to nest until it was ripped out of its home by a Krayt Dragon. The Dragon was slain eventually by a bunch of crazies most likely, and then those crazies ended up moving into the cave themselves. Then there was that canyon- there were a ton of places where people went looking for swords or other relics that Chysim had been too, so he’d need some specifics.

Then it clicked.

“Maul? The old leader of Crimson Dawn? I heard stories…Said he had one of them lightsabers and all that. Might’ve been a Sith- that’s all I know. Well…you after the black blade or the red ones? Heheh.” The old lizard chuckled. He remembered hearing stories form his father about how the Dathomarian Nightbrother took control of Mandalore twice with a strange black bladed lightsaber and his doubled bladed Sith lightsaber. Chysim loved Mandolorians and their history. He was friends with one of them- Laren Vano. Which reminded him that he still needed to hand over a weapon to him that Chsyim had modified…

Maybe after this contract.

The trio downed their shots.

Xo listened as Chysim and Brogroo spoke. Blade? Maul? Crimson Dawn? This all sounded like ancient history - a history he was largely unfamiliar with. With the fall of the Jedi after Order 66, much of the information regarding Maul's already-shadowy manipulation of the Crimson Dawn had been lost. Darth Maul was, in reality, just one of the many Sith of history he had learnt about in the Order's history. Not nothing, but a relative blip on the map compared to his contemporaries in Vader, Sidious, and the Inquisitorious.

Still, he knew the basics: Dathomirian, Zabrak, Sith. Probably looked a lot like Brogroo does, frankly; is his coloration emblematic of Dathomirian Zabraks? He obviously had some connection to the antiquated Sith: Was it familial? And, perhaps most importantly, did this Zabrak pose the same kind of threat that Maul had in his era? Before, this was a mere curiosity; now, it commanded his attention.

"I've heard the name. Sounds like you know more about him, though." The Zabrak was being arch, but already had revealed much through his chosen words. "What's the deal - you part of his fan club, or something?" Club. Maul. Xo chuckled at his own joke, snorting; he hoped to downplay the little intel he did have on the Sith Lord.

"Where are we hunting?"

Xeno listened on as the counter parts would spill what they know over the Ancient former Sith lord. It was interesting they only knew so little considering his history on this planet alone. Though, they were not Sith so of course they hadn't cared to study him. The Zabrak was impressed the lizard knew of Crimson Dawn, though he may have been a criminal and that be his way of knowing, so Xeno didn't express his impressed nature.

The man named Xo, had then tried to make a joke, but Xeno found it anything but amusing. Listening to each spill their knowledge was almost a waste of time. Though he knew they might be useful if they were native or familiar with the planet.

"Maul had his final moments here on Tatooine. I am searching for this.."

Xeno would then pull out a datapad with a zoomed in picture of Maul's second lightsaber via security footage on Mandalore. The Zabrak placed in front of them to study before continuing to speak.

"All I know of his time on Tatooine is that he fought an Ancient Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi here. He lost. Kenobi would have either buried or burned the body and hidden his double sided blade."

It was clear was Xeno, or as they know him 'Brogroo,' had been looking for. The only thing Xeno needed to know was where the area of Obi-Wan's quarters were when he lived here on Tatooine. Surely there would be something along the lines of a map to the blade, or even the lightsaber itself being stored in a secret compartment. He only needed extra eyes for the job.

"Help to find where the Jedi had stored the lightsaber.. and you will be paid handsomely."

Chysim chuckled a raspy laugh at Xo's joke, "I think I'm going to like working with you." He smiled a crooked smile at Xo before heeding to whatever Brogroo was about to show them on his datapad. Then it was made clear of where Brogroo wanted Chsyim to take him. There was a small hut outside the Jundland Wastes that Chysim had found out had once belonged to a Ben...Dover? Ben Tenn? No...it was...Ben Kenobi! That was it. Ben Kenobi's old hut, whoever that guy was- Chysim asked around without revealing the location of the hut and found out he was a Jedi, so nothing special to old Trandoshan. Chysim didn't care as he used the place as a bit of a check point or base camp when hunting Krayt Dragons with the native Sandpeople.

Chysim didn't know if this Obi-Wan guy was related to Old Ben, but it was worth a shot. "I know a place. Just...don't be stupid. Tusken Raiders ain't so bad where we're headed. Let me do the talkin'. They won't like strangers." Chysim explained blatantly. Chysim wondered what Brogroo wanted with the Lightsaber, but he wouldn't ask questions. Brogroo probably had one of his own- Chysim wasn't no idiot, this guy looked like the old Sith Lord and now wanted something from the long-dead devil. There was no doubt in his mind that the Dathomarian was up to Sith Stuff- which made Chysim's claws clench subconsciously. He couldn't help but think about his harbored feelings of hate for the Sith Empire and the Jedi Order.

When Chysim was a young little hunter, only twelve, the Sith took his daddy's ranch and threw his old man in the mines of Kessel where he died a slave to the Pyke Syndicate. Then Chysim had tried getting the Jedi's attention, but the only ignored the Trandoshan and showed him the door. They would never be forgiven for what they did and didn't do.
Whatever Brogroo was willing to pay, it wouldn't be enough. "How much you willin' to pay for findin' that ol' glowstick?" Chysim grumbled his eyes narrowed and his demeaner changed from pleasant to skeptical.

Chysim's strong feelings towards the Sith and Jedi Orders would resonate through the Force, allowing Xo the ability to detect the briefest hint of resentment. Xomani shared that burning pain, fear, and shame; he did his best to hide it, though. What a trio they were - an undercover Sith, a retired Jedi, and a bounty hunting Trandoshan who would hate the both of them. Luckily, none of the three were any the wiser to the other's true origins just yet.

He smiled at the Trandoshan. He seemed to have a good attitude about him, a general ease that made him approachable. He spoke Tusken, too; a valuable asset. At the very least, Xomani hoped he could share a positive working relationship with Chysim before things inevitably went sour with the would-be Sith sitting beside him. "The feeling is mutual, my friend." He patted the lizardman on the pack with a laugh.

"Handsomely. I like the sound of that. Sounds like we got a lead, too. I know these ol' desert worlds pretty well, they all become the same after enough time." It was a half-truth, the best kind of lie. Xomani had been raised on a desert planet, and seen his share of them as a Jedi. However, they were each very different; unique cultures, societies, and problems appeared on each one. He was hopeful his diplomatic knowledge and respect for cultures would carry him through.

Now, he just had to figure out an endgame;
as a student of the Force, he had a natural inclination to see an artifact of such power. He had little idea that Kenobi and Maul had dueled here, too; he was about to see a rare historic location. But, still, he did not think it wise to just hand it over to someone who craved the weapon of a Lord of the Sith.

For now, though, he would continue along with the pair. "Mr. Reech here makes a good point. Why don't you put a handsome deposit down, to the both of us, and then we can get on moving?"

When Wiley wanted to blend in, he still sort of stuck out. The Champion was wearing a simple if not colorful button up shirt that helped him stay cool in the desert heat. Light leaf patterns with a jungle cat was a good pattern on him. A pair of spectacles with tinted lenses rested on the Ossein's face. His lightsaber was concealed wrapped in a 'holster' of sorts around his left calf and was hidden by his pants. It was best to not leave home without it even if he had little to no intention of using it. The combat fusion cutter on his hip was the openly carried melee weapon that also aided in his 'wayward Jazaq' vibe.

A pair of DG-500s ended at the elbows of Wiley's wiry arms and were composed of phrik pieces and were maybe the most worthwhile possession on the man besides his lightsaber. The blackwell blaster rifle that Wiley carried slung across his back seemed almost out of place if it weren't for Tatooine. Along for the journey was the astromech droid though the two had joined Darth Draugr in the search for Darth Maul's lightsaber on Wiley's HWK-290. It seemed less conspicous than the starblade or his A-9 Interceptor.

b55ee69a272eae783dd331e6c715b769.jpg
The trip to the desert world was not too difficult. The meditation chamber aboard the customized ship helped the Champion focus on the Dark Side. Now that he was on the bright world rife with scum and villainy, Wiley couldn't help but wonder what lay ahead.

Walking into the cantina, there were far more intimidating people already inside. Of course he looked to be somewhere inbetween 'average touristing farmhand' or 'hired gun'. A trio of individuals were they mentioned a 'glowstick' and talking about money or payment. "Uh, hey. Someone say something about being handsome?" A smug grin came across the man's face as he pulled out a cigara to begin lighting up.

Crap! I should have bought some sunscreen.

When the two strangers heard payment, they got excited but also discontent. They wanted the payment now, and they wanted a lot. Xeno was bit displeased but thankfully a fellow Sith had arrived for the search. Wiley Winnz. Though he was supposed to have a code name, and Xeno didn't care to remember it. So for now he would look at Wiley and continue to speak saying,

"Welcome Wilson. It's good to say you could make it. These men were just speaking of their payment for our search. I figured something practical. Some credits, or what does the ISC use these days? Crowns? Something along those lines."

Xeno then turned to the two who became impatient with their payment. As they dared show disrespect he became irritated.

"Your payment now is the knowledge to which you search, and being able to leave with your life."

The glare would be made to the two strangers. He was angry once more and he wanted for them to just fall in line. But he had to remember that not everyone really conducts business the way they ought to. Most like to be paid first and run off when things get hard. Xeno knew all too well. The payment would come after the job is done. No sooner.

"Your payment is after we find it. Do you understand?"

Chysim chuckled at the newcomer after the comment he made to butt in to the trio's conversation. "You've got a funny lookin' nose, but you'll have to do." Chysim's spirits were lightened not only by Wilson's comment but also by Xo's mannerism and calming demeaner. Brogroo, on the other hand, was asking for a beating. The old Trandoshan cowboy narrowed his glowing fiery eyes and returned the glare that Brogroo had given. Threatening to kill your one-way ticket to progress was not the way you did business.

"You want your glowstick? Don't threaten the safari guide. Or he'll eat you." Chysim growled and held his glare before sighing and rubbing his forehead, taking a break from the stare-down. "Look, kid, I don't care if you're President Thorne or Preef Callo. Respect is respect. You give some, you earn some. That's how this ol' cowboy rolls. So if you really want that glow-rod, then you better straighten up." Chysim stood up and got just out of the booth before standing in wait and folding his arms. He decided he was going to help out the bantha-brain, but only because he needed the money- if this little demon had anything on him.

The little monster acted like an entitled Jawa trying to pry off pieces of your starship that it "rightfully found". Chysim could've ripped the black and red spiked cu-tip in half but decided to not make this cantina like all the others Chysim had been too. Besides, blood took a lot of work to get out of clothing and it doesn't look good in public.

"Here's my counter offer; You give us half right now, and half after we find your Sith antique and no one gets hurt. Then we part ways and never see each other again. I'm no dishonest crook you make me out to be, either. When I'm given a job, I do it right."

Reech was proving to be a natural ally. His purported expertise in Tusken negotiations and knowledge of Tattooine were a boon, too; perhaps greater than Xo's own lightsaber and command of the Force. He seemed like a genuinely nice enough sort, too; respectful but firm. He thought it wise to support the Trandoshan, here, to further solidify the bond.

Another newcomer approached the table, an obvious charmer. This had the makings of a unique adventure, if nothing else. "I have to agree with with Chysim, here. Threatening us just hurts you. And, if you're willing to kill us now for not working with you, what will stop you from killing us after you have this 'glowstick' to deny us payment?" He was less interested in being paid (though, by the Force, the credits would certainly help). Rather, Xolani expressed these thoughts to further after Chysim's own, showing that the two were naturally allied as contractors.

"I've gotta to say, though, you've piqued my interest, Brogroo. If we can stop this squabbling, I'm happy to get moving." He let out a toothy grin, rubbing his hands together for effect.

It seemed this lizard didn't understand the word no. Maybe a lesson would need to be taught. The Zabrak had anger within himself listening to the threat of being eaten by a lizard who would lose their life in a quarrel faster than he could spell his own name. Before him was a Lord of the Sith. The Title Darth Draugr was being hidden for the sake of not being known as a Sith. Same for his name Xeno. The Zabrak would be able to fend off both the lizard and the stranger Xo quickly. Plus Wiley was here as well. A cunning warrior in himself, it could be said that if Xeno wanted them dead, they'd be dead.

"It seems you mistake my patience for kindness.."

Xeno could grip the force around the lizard's neck and twist before a blaster could be drawn. The strength Xeno possessed in the force was greater and more in tune than ever. These two were in over their heads thinking they would be able to hard ball Xeno into submitting. Darth Draugr would let it slide.

"Now you will accept my first and only offer of tagging along. Or you will leave here. Should any other option be chosen, you will experience pain. I am not the one to make angry."

Xeno would pull his datapad back towards himself before placing it in a bag next to him. His offer stood on the table, but Xeno no longer wanted to be there. Standing up and looking back at the two sitting in the booth. He would let his yellow eyes continue to glare while being hidden from the shade of his hood.

"It is time, now that my colleague has arrived. Either come now or miss out on opportunity."

Xeno would then tap Wiley on the shoulder as he began to walk towards the exit. Not many would turn down the chance of finding a tomb such as Maul's. A tactic that worked on more people than not, pressure. By leaving, Xeno would be pressuring them into joining or staying. No more talk of currency would linger from the Sith Lord.

(OOC: Sorry! Wasn't sure if it was my turn or @Darasuum )

Chysim was a mixture between impressed, angry, and confused. He blinked twice at Brogroo as he watched him step up to leave. Then Chysim smiled and sighed, getting out of his seat to follow the two strangers that seemed to know each other somehow. Brogroo knew how to do business- even if it was a little crude, he did it right. Chysim looked over at Xo and only shrugged. He wasn't sure what to say to that.

The Trandoshan was also interested in seeing who this colleague of his was. Chysim was convinced that know one knew the Outer Rim like he did- especially Tatooine. "Alright, you bugger, heheh. I'm in...just lay off the killing, alright? I'll take you where you need to go...just please don't piss off the sand people. I'm in good with 'em." Chysim added. Maybe he'd play a little prank on the group and lead them into a sarlacc pit or a Dragon den.

Chysim then decided that maybe Brogroo wasn't into jokes all that much and got rid of that plan. He was sure the Dathomarian would want to go to Old Ben's hut- the guy had the same last name as Obi-wan. Hopefully, there wasn't anyone occupying it currently either. Chysim loved a good gun fight, but only if he was really really far away and that little hut was pretty cramped and probably a death trap for a sharpshooter like Chysim. Either way, the old cowboy would manage like he always did. He wasn't Preef Callo or anything, but he had where it would count.

There was lots of talk about payment and threats. Wiley had walked up to the more tense part of a situation and his eyes drifted to look at Chysim and Xolani. The man's mouth quirked to one side as he pondered how ironic it would be if Darth Draugr broke their cover in favor of publicly fighting some strangers. But tangling with a Trandoshan was not something the man wanted to do on Tatooine in a button up shirt. The other stranger just seemed like a bit of an oddball.

Regardless of what happened, Wilson, as he was called by 'Brogroo', would accompany the disguised Sith Lord. Everyone was desperate for money these days. Wiley did not need tons of cash since he had funding from the Sith Empire. Most things that he needed were provided. But for Wilson, the wandering Jazaq without a ship, needed credits to 'repair a new ship'. At least that was his cover story in case anybody asked.

Xolani watched the present threat evolve before his eyes. He would need all his wits to complete this mission...or at least survive it. He resolved himself to see it through, though; he felt practically pulled towards this quest. He nodded towards Chysim, knowingly; a look of mutual apprehension. He decided to sigh it off with a smile - a jedi would never risk handing such power to their enemies, but...he was no Jedi. Not anymore.

He rose from bar, setting down payment for the trio's drinks, and ordered a drink of water for himself. This was going to be a hot one. "Alright, let's get going." He winked towards Brogroo. "You owe me for the drink though, boss." Xo nodded towards Wiley - another adventurer to join their motley crew. Xolani decided to let go, let the situation solve itself.

He followed in stride behind Draugr and the other pair, pulling his hood up before they reached the harsh sands of the desert once more. Have to make a living somehow, in this galaxy

As the Sith Lord had exited the room, he ignored the smart comments about the sand people and the drink. Xeno was not worried about some cheap drink nor a couple neanderthals. The Zabrak was focused on one thing, getting to the place of interest. It would have a way to find the lost saber of Maul. Hopefully it still lies on this planet.

"You, Lizard. Do you have transport to the place you speak of?"

A good question. Draugr nor Wiley could take the chance of Sith transports being identified on a non Sith world. Hopefully the lizard man had a ship or land speeder big enough for the group of four. They would undoubtedly be traveling for a while on foot if not. Draugr was prepared to ask the stranger Xo the same question should the lizard fail to provide. The journey begun now. They would be on their way to find an important piece of history, and Xeno would claim it for personal gain.

"I would like to arrive before dark."
