Nah, he wouldn't be able to be Vice-President. The Vice-President must meet the same constitutional requirements as the President, meaning the Vice-President cannot have served two terms as President.

Jeb Bush was always the more qualified candidate for the Oval Office. He would be a good VP and would have been a better Prez...

When they ran for Governor at the same time in Texas and Florida, George H.W. Bush expected Jeb to win and George to lose. They were shocked when it was the other way around.

Thats good to hear. But can you go the other way around? Serve two terms as VP and then go for President? Or can you only be a one term President if you have been a VP for a term?

Yeah. Bush Sr. was Vice-President for two terms and then became President for one term. He ran for a second term but lost to Clinton.
