Status: Wanted by the Imperial government for numerous crimes against the Empire.

History: Vic was before the now infamous 'Order 66' a captain in the Republic Military. He served with distinction through the Clone Wars but grew dissatified in the tactics used by the Republic and the addition of clone soldiers did not set well at all with him. He regularly worked closely with the Jedi through the war and was there when Ki-Adi-Mundi was cut down by the Troopers. He tried to save him yet nearly got killed himself. Fleeing the battle he managed to connect up with others of like minds and a Rebellion was formed. Using his less then legal contacts Vic has worked for the past few years trying to organize both suppliers for the Rebellion as well as a vain hope in finding Jedi still in hiding.
Personality: Vic is a firm supporter of the Rebellion and of the Jedi. He loathes the Empire and will do all that he can to see it brought down and the Republic restored.
