DESCRIPTION​

The chosen and personally-designed weapon of the Sith known only as Vex. The hilt is fashioned from durasteel with black grips and emitters, as well as a black half-ring that makes the weapon resemble an Inquisitor's lightsaber. The weapon is powered by a pair of Dantari kyber crystals that have been bled to dye the color of the lightsaber's blade red. The weapon has also been heavily personalized by its crafter. For instance, the hilt features two activation switches near the center of the pommel. This allows Vex to activate one blade at a time or both at once.

Thanks to this feature, Vex is capable of using her saberstaff as a single-bladed weapon with a longer reach (thanks to the length of its hilt) until she needs the second blade. It also means that she can strategically activate and deactivate different sides of her weapon in combat with only a flick of her finger. The lightsaber also features a switch that, when activated, switches the blades into a low-power, non-lethal setting for use in training or sparring.

LEGALITY​

Restricted. Lightsabers are heavily scrutinized and are typically only found in the possession of trained Force-users, particularly those in the Jedi and Sith Orders. They are legal wherever lightsabers are legal.
