Umm where are the technology rules?

Just curious if there are technology rules, aka what technology is allowed on the site. Could someone give me a link or something? Or if there isn't one tell me? Just curious before I begin my gear and ship sections.

Well, I understood what you meant pretty clearly, but newer users might not be so observant, and end up taking it literally, putting their characters in a SW stone age.
