Training Acolytes

There is a huge increase in Acolytes and so few teachers around, so I'm gonna do this a bit differently than I did in the past. Since classes tend to die too quickly, which leaves everyone with a giant UNFINISHED on their thread list which nobody likes to see, I will be offering one on one trainings. Sometimes (depending on how heavy on threads and time I am) I may mix it into a 2 on 1 study, but never more than that.

I am doing this for all Acolytes (whether you're new to the site and order, or a vet member and just have an acolyte) and Crusaders. Though due to the number of Acolytes we have, they will take priority over the Crusaders.

Some things I can teach are most core skills (minus 2 of them, turning invisible and the energy draining one who's name is damn newe impossible to remember), healing (dark and light so please specify which), philosophy, Makashi, etc etc. Check out Raith in the signature for more info on available powers and skills..

P.S. I may sometimes make the training a missions depending upon the skill, and if I am feeling creative enough.

P.S.S. This is not a first come first serve sign up. This is me selecting students based on my availability, and power requested. That being said, my goal is to get to as many of you as possible (and you are allowed to request more than one skill, of course), but understand that if you're Number 2 and I pick Number 3 first, it's not against you. Number 3 just may be more convenient for me.

Some of the mind stuff like telepathy, illusion and mind shield. I all ready got mind reading and mind trick but I would like to expand on this. Then healing, poison ditoxinh, philosophy and a lightsaber training. I all ready no the basics of form 2.

Telepathy is possible, illusions are not however as that is a higher level skill outside of an Acolyte's grasp. I believe...that's Crusader I think?? It might be Master level. Have to double check. Everything else is possible too. Keep an eye on here, because I'll take stock of a few things and get back to you.

This works with what SoB wants, so I may put you two into a single session together maybe. Virion will get trained though, I had a thread I wanted to do with him anyway. I just have to check on something else though.

Step 2: Drink poison
Step 3: Repeat step 2 until pain has stopped.

Yes I will teach you. Cause I actually do have some need of someone with tapas. So this actually works out.

Not sure how thrilled the big cat'll be about having a lesson together with the guy he's currently beating the daylights out of, or how the teacher would enjoy possibly defusing a situation but yeah, figure there's no harm in asking

But what do you want him to learn? I can't just run through the list in an entire thread. That'd be ridiculous. Pick a power from the list (that Acolytes can learn) and I can teach it to him. He can use the Force so he can learn the power. Don't worry about that.

I'm not exactly sure that there'll be conflict, or even anything along those lines. If I had to wager an honest guess, it'd be that Vecna will be more or less okay with the situation (he hasn't really got much to be miffed about, considering that everything was pretty much one sided, as it was supposed to), while my character may be replaying something along the lines of "just you wait" in his head, over, and over, and over again. Or he genuinely might not. Our thread's yet to develop that far. But I do think some mutual respect is bound to exist, so they should behave fairly well. There just may be some "growling" on "my" part.

You mean like making poisons? That'd be Alchemy. Who h...I mean I could give you a course on some herbs and different species, effects of poisons, etc etc. Detox is simply healing from a poison which is equally useful tbh. Never know when someone uses a neurotoxin on you.

So Force Fear...hmm...interesting. I'll need a moment to think about that one. Cause V never learned that particular skill, rather he simply combines his mental prowess with illusions to bring those fears he finds to life. I will think about how to spin this for an Acolyte.
