Taris. No, not just Taris but it's underworld. A place where The Rain had yet to cause any chaos and the holonet rarely reached, thus it was relatively safe to assume she wouldn't be recognized here. She wasn't as widely known as her master anyway. At least, not recognized by anyone who wasn't partaking in the revolution.

She was in her outfit, with a black cloak over it and the half-mask she'd worn on Naboo. She was waiting for a fellow revolutionary who recently joined the cause. Well... that was an assumption. Either way, he had at least agreed to help the Rain.

Her master had ordered a... "dismantlement" of the Sith Eternal's structure, and she agreed wholeheartedly with the plan. Her target was Calix Viritan. In the end, for her part in it, she'd have to stand alone and risk death. But for now she needed a lending hand. She hadn't met the man sent, but it didn't really matter who he was as long as he was competent enough. If he wasn't well... she'd deal with it as things progressed.

She was standing away from any objects that could be easily tossed at her, and her hands were near her sides should she have to suddenly grab a weapon. There wasn't a big chance of a sudden attack, but the Rain was equally if not more paranoid than her master.

To Shor, most city worlds reminding him oddly of home. Steel and glass trees stretched into the sky, and the worlds always grew more dangerous the closer to the surface on descended. Naturally, the wookiee grew more cautious as he'd descended into the depths of the Taris underworld. He wasn't dressed as a Knight of Ren today owing to the sorts of activity they tended to get up to. Instead he wore a simple black sleeveless tunic and leather utility belt, latched to which were his cut down E-11D in plain sight, a variety of pouches and tools, and a belt-mounted satchel that contained several larger things including his lightsaber in its own pocket. Easy to grab but not visible, to avoid unneeded attention. There was a bounty on lightsabers these days and while Shor was headstrong and violent, he was not stupid.

Over his face was his translator mask, set to an unscrambled baritone quite capable of outputting a fair approximation of intonation and emotion, though it was still clearly a droid's voice instead of his own. He'd never met this 'Rain' person or her master, but both of them had been on the news for ending the lives of criminals and slavers, so he'd offered his strength to whatever cause they were championing. It was an easy choice.

At the very least she wasn't very hard to find, standing away from both people and things. He approached and huffed out a translated greeting, sure she'd noticed his presence considering his size and coloration.
"I am here." Simple and to the point, as he tended to be. He was eager to get to work. From what he understood the plan involved one of his specialties, and despite the little meat's size, Shor suspected they may have complementary skill sets should they get along.

Of course the Rain noticed her partner arrive. You'd have to be blind not too. Once he came to a stop, she looked up and clearly smiled a toothy smile. He'd be able to see it too, as the mask she was wearing only covered from her nose and up. "I like you already." If he was smart or not, he had real muscle.

She walked past him and towards a small..."settlement" of random parts made into tiny shelters. Many of the people in it shuffled into or behind their shelters when they saw the odd pair, but some didn't care enough about their lives and stayed in spot. That or they were use to sketchy looking guests traversing their 'world' for one unsavory reason or another.

The Rain came to a stop in front of one man, who looked like he'd set up some sort of shop. He didn't have much, but that didn't really matter to her. He was only the first of many stops, most likely, unless they got real lucky. "I need these parts," she said plainly, handing the man a datapad with a list parts to build a bomb. A bomb big enough to level part of a small building. It was possible he wouldn't realize that, since the man may not actually be educated in the subject.

But Rain had gotten plenty of experience with almost all the parts listed, seeing as she'd built her own security systems, droids and much more in the past. In fact, a large chunk of her life had been spent working with tech, which meant she wouldn't need a bomb builder. That saved time and a lot awkward questions.

The man looked over the list, plucking at least three of the thirteen parts from his trash pile and holding them up. "300 credits," he said. The Rain frowned some, "That's expensive, but I might be willing to pay it and a little more if you point me in the direction of more sellers, or salvages." He nodded. "Go west, far west and there's a fresh crash there. There's also another settlement that way, but it might take some time to get there."

She sensed he was leaving something out. "What are you not telling me?" The man froze for a second, coughing some, "Oh yes, there's a lot of creatures around that area so... so uh... a lot of people haven't gone there yet! Lots of stuff left."

The Rain actually laughed at his answer, tossing him the credits he asked for along with an extra fifty. She took the three parts and continued on.

Shor had no real response to the other's greeting statement, so he merely nodded slightly and moved to follow her into the settlement. His crimson eyes glanced around, his height offering him an excellent vantage point of the people and ramshackle structures. He was quietly amused to find he was taller than some of these metal shacks. It was quite clear to him that these were the cast offs of Taris society.

He glanced over at the datapad listing the parts they were looking for. Definitely a bomb. Not precisely an arrangement of parts he'd put together before, but he recognized it well enough. He made no comment, instead choosing to simply
loom over the vendor the Rain was speaking to, entirely silent. Shor was sure his companion was threatening on her own, for a human-sized being, but nothing put weight behind haggling quite like a massive wookiee standing behind one party. He noted the report of supposed creatures hanging around the crash, filing that away for later. At least there would be slaughter of something or other on this trip.

He followed the Rain yet again as she moved off, keeping a couple of his wookiee-sized steps behind her. He didn't particularly feel the need to speak so far. Get parts, make bomb, simple. If there was some piece of information that was needed, doubtless he would be told. It was her plan, after all. Shor knew full well he was probably here for the heavy lifting, so to speak.

As they exited the settlement and started to walk the plain of broken and overgrown landscape, Lilith found herself a bit bored. She was use to more banter, or her masters annoying prodding. How was it possible that she was so bored she missed that? She inwardly grunted.

The boredom didn't last however when she sensed danger, bringing her black-hilted saber to her hand. Just over a small hill laid a crash of some sort of vehicle and what looked like a trailer of cargo. Now that looked like something worth scavenging. Of course, the underworld seller was not wrong; there were at least seven creatures that made their home in it. They were lower to the ground, dog-like with big fangs.

When they noticed the odd pair, they seemed as if they were going to shy away but once one got closer the rest followed. The Rain walked forward without stopping, summoning her second hilt from her belt, but not to her hand. She sent it flying forward with the Force, igniting it's white blade into one of the creatures. More came at her and she ignited her red blade, swinging it to catch one of them across the head, while releasing a wave of Force from her free hand to push anymore leaping at back for the time being.

Shor sniffed under his helmet, crimson eyes wandering across their surroundings as the pair made their way out of the settlement and into the shattered wilds. Instincts and experience told him to be aware of any danger, the area reminding him sharply of the Shadowlands on his homeworld.

His instincts were verified by the distant appearance of both salvage and small, black canine creatures of some sort, doubtless a native scavenger. He tensed slightly as the pack approached, reaching into his satchel and retrieving his lengthy wood-plated lightsaber, growling out a challenge. As the Rain's second lightsaber flashed out in a pre-emptive strike, Shor gathered the Dark Side into his body, the seething hate and anger that constantly bubbled beneath the surface burning through his muscles and bones.

Directly after the wave of telekinetic energy staggered the pack the tall wookiee flexed his legs, the Force and his own power propelling him forward with a massive and feral roar that his mask didn't bother translating. A 1.3 meter bloodshine blade projected from his lightsaber, swinging in a swift diagonal arc through the head and torso of one of the beasts, his forward momentum continue into a weighty kick into the ribs of another that resounded with the crunch of bone. Another snarled and darted at him and he snarled back, free hand darting out faster than any ordinary wookiee, wicked claws sinking into the meat of its neck, strong fingers grasping tight like a durasteel vice.

Snarling he hurled the writhing creature back towards the back and into another, roaring a challenge, daring them not to back off. While he wasn't terribly talkative, Shor was a vicious and experienced fighter that significantly out weighed these things. Fighting them was a waste of time, but he would gladly tear them to pieces if it would get them to their goal that much faster.

The last few creatures yipped as they were throw against one another, but the Rain didn't give them time to run from their date. She extended her free arm once more and allowed the anger and pain of her memories to flow through her and manifest into power. A burst of lightning crackled from her hand, jumping onto the creatures bodies, forcing them to screech and twist in disgusting ways. Their lives were snuffed out not long after.

The young Sith walked past her partner, stopping for a second only a single heartbeat to give him a nod before continuing. The container still looked sealed, so the Rain summed her white bladed saber to her hand. It was hard to ignore how much heavier it was since it had been purified by that Jedi Master but she tried to push it to the side of her mind.

She used both her red and white blade to quickly cut a hole in the container, then kicked it out and walked in. There were tons of items in it, including droid parts. They were actually useful, she could substitute some parts if they were similar enough or she had other parts to make up for them. The Rain rummaged through everything, sticking multiple parts into her pockets before standing up.

Though she heard voices outside. One was a man who shouted, "This is MY salvage. Drop anything you touched, come out and I wont blow your brains out."

Lilith sighed and looked back to her partner, as if to say, "You first". It was probably some outcast who was camping nearby, trying to figure out how to get to the wreck and thought he could one up whoever had cleared it out.

The threatening thrum of Shor's lightsaber snap-hissed away to nothing shortly after the killing was done, following after the Rain as she moved to continue. Small distractions aside, they did actual have work to do. He leaned over behind her as the hole was cut into the cargo container, not actually joining her inside but merely poking his head inside for the moment to determine what parts were available.

Several useful bits of machinery, based on the Rain's filling her pockets. But then, of course, came an interrupted. Shor's eyes narrowed, briefly meeting the short woman's look before ducking back outside. He stood at his full height, glaring at the ragged-looking individual wielding some salvaged pistol or other. He let the Dark Side bubble to the surface in him again, pushing his hate and sheer contempt for the man and all like him surge outwards in waves of abject fear.

"What did you say?" he asked through the translator mask's rumbling voice, stalking forward towards the shivering man. Like a rat caught in the gaze of a snake the salvager stood still, muscles locked in place as his fight or flight reflex warred with itself. By the time his brain had made a decision the wookiee was already too close to avoid. A shot snapped out from the man's blaster and Shor sidestepped, left hand shooting out to grab the offending hand and lift the man of the ground. Shor squeezed and the man's wrist snapped like dry wood, the blaster falling to the ground at his feet as he screamed.

Shor turned to his companion as the man fought to escape his grip.
"Do you care?' he asked, wondering if there was some procedure she preferred for dealing with sentient life. This was her task, after all.

Lilith didn't walk out right away when her partner started to deal with the man. Not even the cracking of bones or twisted screaming stirred her. Once she'd gotten everything that was useful or she thought was useful then she left the storage. Of course, she hadn't managed to find every part but that was expected. Bomb parts weren't easy to find unless you manufactured them or wanted everyone to know you were building one.

She came out to see the view of the wookiee holding up the man. The Rain knew she should care. That her master would likely not want wanton death, but no matter how much she dug she couldn't find compassion for the man. Perhaps she'd began to slip deeper into the Dark Side than she even realized. "Do what you want," she said stoically before continuing west.

"I still need more parts," she said, as if to tell him not to take long with whatever he choose to do. While she was thinking about it, she considered building it here before leaving. This was probably one of the safer places to build one. Not many people around and she had someone to lookout for her. If it went off by mistake, well, there wasn't much damage it could really do here or much attention it could draw. Only she'd be in the line of fire, if her partner stood back far enough anyway.

The first seller was right, it was a trek to make it to town but a boring one. The settlement seemed rather boring too, and almost half the size of the other one. Lilith couldn't spot a junk seller, so she looked back to her wookiee partner, "Can you see a seller anywhere?"

Shor turned back to the scraggly man wriggling in his grip, shrugged, and used his lightsaber to separate the man's upper and lower halves. Then the wookiee dropped him and left him to die, stalking after the woman and replacing his lightsaber in his satchel safely out of sight. Killing was a simple thing to Shor after so long doing it, but he didn't take nearly as much joy out of ending a being who, to his standards, couldn't fight back. Perhaps another time.

it didn't take too long before they reached another, smaller outpost. He looked around, his general appearance drawing a worried look or two. At the Rain's question he straightened slightly, sweeping his gaze over the tops of the ramshackle huts. It took a minute, but there appeared to be a little old lady sitting by a reasonably sized pile of mechanical salvage. No guarantee she was actually selling it, but that wouldn't exactly stop them.

He pointed in the general direction,
"There." and started making his way through the disorder of buildings and ragged denizens. When they arrived at the building, cobbled together from bits of scrap and spare cloth, the little old looked up at them, smiling kindly, cataract-ridden eyes clearly half blind. A C4T protocol droid in questionable repair spoke up in her stead, appearing from around the corner of the woman's chair.

"How may we help you?" it asked, photoreceptors going back and forth between the two cultists. Shor chose to defer to the Rain here, choosing instead to simply resume his looming.

Without saying anything, Lilith pulled out the datapad with the list of items. She removed what she no longer needed then handed it to the droid. "We have all but one item. One second please," the droid answered, picking up the parts. "That'll be 500 credits."

Another rip off, Lilith thought, but didn't quite care. She still had a steady stream of credits from her business. "Do you know where anymore sellers are?"

The droid answered, but not with what Lilith expected, "None will have this part, but I know where you can get it." He paused and stared at the Sith. Of course Lilith got the message and handed him 80 credits which prompted him to speak again, "There is an old manufacturing building to the east of here, if you go through the tunnels. Right. Right. Right. Straight. Left. Straight. Right. The company used this part in some of the items they manufactured. I'm not sure why but this information is in my memory bank."

Lilith raised an eyebrow and answered with a simple, "Thanks" before tossing him the 500 requested credits and accepting the parts. She assumed the tunnels and an old building would be rife with creatures and their nests, but it was worth a shot. If something went wrong and they had to turn back, she'd look for a seller possibly outside of the underworld. Buying a single part probably wouldn't raise too much suspicion.

She turned and started to make her way towards where this supposed tunnel system was, reminding herself of what she assumed was the instructions to get through them. When they did arrive at the entrance, the Rain could already sense danger and brought her regular hilted lightsaber to her hand. It was also very dark inside the tunnel, obviously, so she ignited the saber as she stepped into it. The white light erupted with a snap-hiss and helped light up the tunnel somewhat, though it was far from perfect. They'd need to rely partly on their senses for this part of their journey. There was nothing at the entrance at least, though she assumed it wouldn't be long until they ran into something.

The big wookiee wordlessly witnessed the exchange and followed after the woman to the next little ruin. Shor was reminded of the relative lack of evolutionary advantages humans possessed when his partner activated her lightsaber. Wookiees had far superior vision in the dark, and the light that the weapon provided was more than enough to see fairly clearly in the abandoned ruin.

His own hilt was placed back into his right hand, standing behind the smaller female as she moved forward. Their stark height difference meant Shor could fight fairly effectively from over her shoulder, a thought that brought him mild amusement. He could also sense some danger or other in the tunnels, his eyes and ears on the lookout for trouble.

Several minutes passed as they marched through the slightly damp tunnels, the only obvious sounds being their footsteps and the hum of the lightsaber. With little warning a new sound joined them, a screeching wail from a wall above amongst the abandoned machinery. A large creature with prominent fangs, some of oversized hawk-bat, was giving off a threatening warning sound to ward off intruders in its home. Shor knew precisely how to handle something like this, even if it was of exceptional size.

He shot it. Quickly he drew his E-11D and squeezed the trigger, a crimson bolt impacting the creature's spindly torso and silencing its cries. Unceremoniously it fell from its perch and dropped to the ground four meters in front of the pay, from which it was swept off to the left with an application of telekinesis so they could keep walking. Snorting derisively he moved right along, replacing his blaster and following the other. They had work to do, he had no time for hunting vermin.

As the creature came into view Lilith braced herself, but quickly relaxed when it was disposed of even without her help. She was about to continue when a man in an oddly clean set of armor stepped out from the darkness, "Ah, fellow travelers. Trying to get to the old company building as well?"

Lilith couldn't sense the man's mind and he didn't seem to react to her lightsaber which put her on alert. "Move" she commanded, but the man didn't seem to be intimidated. Instead, she sensed danger and he went for his blaster.

Because they were so close, as he brought up his arm Lilith increased her speed and moved forward while swinging up her blade up. The blade hummed and then hissed as it cut through the man's arm that had the blaster. A scream echoed the cave before he reacted quicker than Lilith expected; he threw a flash-bang which stunned her for a time.

She couldn't fully comprehend what was happening until the effect wore off, but when it did the man was far ahead in the tunnel. The hock from a loss of limb looked like it was slowing him down a bit, but he was still far ahead and something was strange about him. "Kill him," she hissed, moving forward to try to catch up. She had a feeling if they didn't hunt him down now, he'd hunt them later.

Shor reacted quickly to the appearance of the strange man and Rain's response to his attempted attack. She gave the order to kill, and the bloodthirsty wookiee was all too happy to oblige her wishes. Though his ears rang from the flashbang, he'd managed to cover his eyes in time.

His clawed left hand rose up, the iron binds of the Dark Side wrapping around the fleeing man's torso and abruptly sending him flying back towards the two Sith and onto the filthy ground before them. Shor's foot planted itself firmly against the man's chest to keep him down, his crimson blade lashing out to burn through the ground and his neck, severing his head from the rest of his body. Then he was kicked aside from the path like the trash he was, just as the earlier beast had been.

"Dead." he growled through his translator, following after Lilith when she decided to move on. He was a wookiee of few words, but if there was one thing about him that could be gathered fairly, it was that he loved his killing.

Lilith simply nodded when the job was done, but when she turned the first corner she cursed, "Kriff" as her eyes settled in on a cave-in. They had the Force and lightsabers if those were needed to get through, but it was going to slow them down. The young Sith reached out the Force, picking up several of the rocks.

But as she did at least six small bat like creatures came flying out. Four went for Lilith, while two more were higher and went straight for her wookiee partner. She let go of the rocks and swung her saber to cut at least two in half, but only managed to scare the third back for a second, while the fouur clawed her left shoulder.

"Kriff!" she growled again, clenching her teeth as she felt the warmth of blood begin to drip down her arm.

Trouble yet again. There seemed to be no end of it today. Not that Shor was complaining, this was all just practice to the warrior Sith. As more bat-things rained down from somewhere or other, clawed fingers reached out and crackled with eldritch energy. Lightning streaked from his left hand into the two approaching him, hate made manifest burning them to a crisp and sending them flopping pathetically against the stones.

Shor, in truth, was beginning to become impatient. He was fine with fighting, but these things were boring and now rocks blocked their way. He allowed his anger and his hate to boil to the surface and swatted aside the bat that had avoided Lilith in fear, both hands reaching out. Shor demanded the rocks not be in his way, and he damned well was going to make sure they did what he wanted.

With a rush of the Dark Side and sheer telekinetic strength he gripped the piles of stones and ripped them out of the way, a massive cloud of dust and debris blowing out as they were shoved unceremoniously to the sides of the tunnel. Surprisingly, Shor's brute force solution didn't make everything worse, the supports on the side grumbling in protest but holding what remained of the ceiling up.

Shor panted softly but nodded in approval, taking hold of his lightsaber once again and turning to Lilith, who had hopefully dealt with the flying rats by now.

Lilith turned on her heels to send a short burst of lightning at the one back that had clawed her, while it flew up to prepare for another dive bomb. It struck true, sending the bat into a wall and then it's lifeless body down onto the ground. When she turned back to the rubble her partner had already cleared it.

She noted he was slightly winded but continued on without giving it too much thought. They needed to get this done. It wasn't long until they ran into another cave in however. This time Lilith was prepared to be attacked again, but when she lifted the rocks it seemed they were safe for the moment. It didn't take long, but Lilith did not rush it, especially since she still had a wounded shoulder. She was trying to ignore it until they at least got out of the tunnel, but before they made it to the third cave in the young Sith stopped.

The wound was too distracting and she could feel the blood traveling down to her hand. Luckily, because of her experience on Gree, she'd made sure to bring medkits in her backpack, so she took it off in order to address her wound. With a grunt she pulled out a few shots, antibiotics and a few others including a painkiller and stim. She stabbed them into her arm, breathing in deeply to steady herself before getting out a patch, applying it and then badges. She was getting pretty decent at this, which was probably not a good sign.

Assuming that Shor went ahead to deal with the third cave in, Lilith would put her backpack back on and continue forward. She pushed aside some remaining rubble before they finally made it into the building. At first Lilith wasn't sure where to go, but after wandering down the first hall they stumbled on a map. "It looks like it isn't too far away," she said, pointing to where she suspected the part would be, though she added a little 'mmm' after, and held up her datapad to show the wookiee which part she was looking for in case he hadn't already read the list. "Keep an eye out for the last part"

Breep..Deep..Doop..Beep. The black domed head of the astromech spun and chirped as the black painted Xi-Class Light shuttle broke through the blackness of space and into the atmosphere of Taris. The young Sith had been told to return home after their events on Nar Shaddaa, and he knew the risk he was taking in defying such a prominent member of the order, but something in the force told him otherwise, that she needed his help.

"I know what she said," he'd say with a huff as he pulled the ship through the sky, his hands slowly lowering the controls as he brought the ship down towards the ground. "What she doesn't realize is that I'm not some simpleton that the Order has made me out to be," he wanted to prove himself to someone so bad, and thus he had jumped to an extreme.

He remembered her mentioning that she had business on Taris, and she had little time to socialize after their mission was complete. But, something then didn't feel right, Why do I care so much...Or is it because I think she can train me? The young Sith wasn't quite sure on the motivation, he was not well versed in exploring his emotions beyond a surface level feeling.

"Stay with the ship," he'd call to the droid as he jogged down the ramp onto the surface of the toxic planet. He'd peer about, trying to reach out in the force--feeling for something, a sign of where she was. He thought he felt something through the force, a familiarity that he felt on Nar Shaddaa. He spotted what appeared to be an ancient factory of sorts, abandoned and overgrown. "She has to be there.." He'd say as he took off in the direction of where Lilith was.

Lilith used the Force to move enough of the third cave in for her to move past. It didn't take a lot of wandering for her to discover the last part for the bomb. It was sitting on an old broken down belt beside a few other dozen copies of it, but The Rain only needed one. She grabbed and pocketed it with one swift motion. Now she had all the parts, after all that trouble.

The saving grace was she could simply back track her way out, which is what she did. On her way she sensed a familiar presence. One that wasn't welcome. It was that acolyte she'd told to leave her. She was NOT going to take on the roll of a master, even unofficially. Talak had left a bad taste in her mouth when it come to that dynamic. She didn't care what power or advantage it'd give her.

It wouldn't be a nice meet up, so as Lilith existed the tunnels, she moved swiftly to her ship. She'd give a short nod to her partner before boarding the ship and taking off.
