The heavy weapon troops shot and Verguxa while he was mid-air. Verguxa flew out the way of the oncoming attack, some bullets hitting his breastplate to no effect. A bullet skimmed past Verguxa's arm, leaving an open gash. Verguxa yelled in pain and fell 6 feet to the ground, landing on his feet behind some cargo.

Renn nodded and followed Jace away from the canteen. Whatever was happening in the hanger, wasn't good.

Looms ran inside of the ship. If he had a weapon, and wasn't injured, he would fight. Meanwhile, Hunter reactivated, and took aim at the two mandalorians. It wasn't likely for a droid of his caliber to miss.

Hunter reactivated just in time to see the battle conclude. The Sergeant's grenade exploded on the ramp with enough force to knock both Mandalorians to the ground. Marek also received a glancing shot, to the head, from the sharpshooter. He was now unconscious and would be so for a few hours. The other Mandalorian was face up about twenty meters from Grobu's Bounty. His armour was damaged and he had blood pooling about him. The blast of the grenade had haemorrhaged his internal organs and he needed immediate medical care.
The soldiers began closing in, slowly at first then faster as they realised the threat had been eliminated.

Two dozen soldiers circled around the cover that Verguxa was using. A Sergeant called out to him, "Come out with your hands up. Place your weapons on the ground!" The imperial security droids also began reactivating and their sensors were realigning themselves, searching for any more explosive materials.

Another troop of eight walked up the ramp towards Hunter and the unarmed Looms. The Sergeant motioned for Hunter to drop his weapon, "On authority of the Sith Empire, lay down your weapon and disengage." A heavy weapons specialist had primed an EMP grenade just in case hunter refused.

Jaco lead Renn down a maze-like area of corridors and offices. Eventually he stopped at an 'L' bend. He motioned to the Mandalorian to come closer and whispered, "There is a check point up ahead. It's manned by one guard. I'll distract him and you take him out." He paused and saw that Renn might not be willing to just jump into action. He sighed quickly, "Do you have any questions? If you do you better ask now because we're running out of time. Can you try going on a little faith?"

As his companion would fall to the ground from the blast to his head, that would knock him unconscious, Marek caught him and dragged him, while under heavy fire, to the blind spot on the other side of the ship, where there were no troopers. He would drag his companion to another ship, a large Mandalorian fighter-bomber type ship. He'd toss his companion into the ship, firing up the engines.

"I'll just follow your lead," Renn said. "For now." He slowly continued to move ahead until they reached the checkpoint. Renn pulled the rifle from his back and took aim at the guard's head. "Alright, move in."

Hunter lowered his rifle and walked to the guard. Looms already had his hands up. "We did't do nothin' wrong!"

Jaco walked casually up to the security checkpoint. With his trademark crooked smile he called out the lone guard, "Simmons! Hey there bud." Jaco gave the younger man a curt nod and walked around him. Simmons turned on the spot, his back now to Renn. "Old man, what are you doing doing here? This sector is off limits to all personnel except the sith lords." Jaco smiled even wider. He nodded to the younger soldier and glanced at Renn. Then Jaco took a step back, he was out of the line of fire.

With the security droids back up and functional, the sith troopers advanced steadily towards the Mandalorian ship. With the space station's shields up, there was nowhere for the ship to go.

The Sergeant, who was interrogating Hunter and Looms, turned his attention to the ship that had started up its engines. "Get back into your vessel, seal her up and stay there until this blows over," he instructed the assassin and the Trandosian.

There were over a dozen snipers now firing down onto the Mandalorians from the gangplanks overhead. More blast doors hissed open to let forth torrents of sith troopers. The heavy weapons specialists opened fire on the engines and shield generator of the Mandalorians' vessel. Massive security droids ambled into the hangar. A large security mech fired an EMP grenade straight for the ship's engines. Another security droid opened fire using a massive repeating blaster cannon.

In the last few moments, hundreds of troopers had now taken positions throughout the hangar. Security droids and troopers trained their weapons on the vessel. Alarms rang out throughout the station as dark red strobe lights twisted and turned in warning.

The ship roared into the air, but instead of flying out of the hangar, the ship spun around. It sprayed the gangplanks, then turned its attention to the Security droids, firing torpedoes. The lasers clanged against the fighter, some hitting and leaving a black mark, with no dent. A small few would even bounce off. "She can't last this forever! Keep shooting up the hangar, maybe it'll turn something off!"

"Now listen here, Jaco! Leave this area. Its off limits and you're not permitted to be here. I could get into trouble for not having shot you yet." The young soldier stepped forward and gave the older man a shove. It wasn't a hard shove, but it had the effect of catching Jaco off guard and he stumbled backwards. Backing off slightly, Lancaster Simmons, stared at Jaco trying to size up this interloper.

The EMP grenade connected with the ship's engines. Soldiers went down as the vessel spun around and raked the hangar with laser fire. Seeing the carnage on the video feed, an order was given into the headsets of all security personnel, "Exterminate the threat with extreme prejudice!" Almost at once the massive security droids fired their behemoth sized rocket launchers. Troopers took shelter behind any objects they could, dragging their fallen comrades to safety. Medics ran between the wreckage and dealt with the wounded. Some of the snipers were now aiming or the window receptacles, waiting for the high velocity rounds to break through and compromise the ship's atmospheric integrity.

Comms went out to the Coruscani Sith blockade and the entire sector was put on immediate lockdown. Six Venator-Class star destroyers took up positions around the space station. Wings of fighters left their hangars and swarmed towards the CE station.

They both burst out of the fighter, the second mandalorian now awoken, their jet packs igniting and them flying away from the fighters, and at the last second too. The hangar rocked with the rocket's explosions, and the two Mandalorians zoomed towards the sky. They were thinking about the old saloon, which was closed down some time ago. The saloon was right above the hangar, and they knew exactly where the floor was weakest. The disruptor weapons tore through the metal, and they flew up. Laser shots followed them out of the hole. The doors would open to the saloon, but it wasn't two mandalorians. It was two men, both wearing plain, black cloaks and wearing nothing under the cloak but regular, poor looking clothing. They ran out of there as fast as they could. The troopers would be coming any time now. They were making their way around the station, and they could hear troopers everywhere. They managed to, somehow, avoid them all, until they looked forward from checking behind them. He saw an older looking man and a young looking man, who seemed to be arguing. They stopped still, acting normal.

Guards surrounded Verguxa, guns pointing at him. Verguxa activated his jet pack, lifting him into the air. He burnt some of the surrounding guards with his flamethrower, the flames leaping off some of them, creating a fiery hell. Verguxa flew into the air, the remaining guards not charred by the flames shooting at him.

The Sith troopers sealed off the station as the two Mandalorians disappeared into a hole 'miraculously' made in the ceiling of the hangar bay. They closed in around Verguxa and returned fire the moment he scorched the troopers. There were close to four hundred troopers now shooting at him. The heavy droids were also trying to shoot him with their repeating basters, ionizing the air around him.

The security control room was following the two escapees with the help of an integrated monitoring program. Security checkpoints around the station and immediate area were beefed up with security. "We have them on video and on infra-red. They're in sector 15 Delta, they've left the canteen! Go! Go! Go!"

While the Mandalorians were playing cat-and-mouse with the troopers and the droids, fifteen shuttles landed in the now unshielded hangar. Troopers and droids poured out of the ships and went straight to the local sergeants to receive their orders. As the last shuttle landed, the security program reinitiated the shields around the station.

The door to the last shuttle hissed open. Five men stepped out onto the metal flooring. They were clad in black armour and robes. They wore the insignia of Sith Marauders. Each one looked casually around the station, the largest one shrugged and moved towards the blast doors deeper into the station. They were looking forward to a good hunt...
