The Force, The Master and The Apprentice

Daynar Saper stood in the the Temple of the Bogan as an Acolyte of the Dark Jedi, he carried little more than a long sword provided to him upon entering the temple. Through his inductory training he had grown attached to the weapon, it had slayed many beasts and training droids but now he was moving on and a simple sword would not be adaquete.

The man, waited patiently for his masters arrival he had been ordered to the main sector of the temple at 1:00pm to meet his master, however it was not 3:00pm and Daynar began to grow restless he had struck this pose over two hours ago. He uttered several curses under his breathe as he let out at long sigh.

While he focused on shutting out the impatience inside of him, to his left he heard the sound of a door slide open. It was the first person to enter the room all day, Daynar turned to look...

 

[Mars]

Aiden awoke slowly from his deep sleep. He had not actually slept for quite some time and was resting through meditation, it felt nice to finally do so for once. He kneeled at the altar and began to channel the Dark Side to himself as he chanted a few lines of an ancient language through the air. The room shook with power as he finished and stood. Aiden's pet Vornskr lay on the floor next to him with his collar chained to the wall. While the beast would never dare strike against Aiden it has attempted to kill things before. The com in Aiden's room beeped and he was informed of a new student and that the student would be waiting in the main chamber. Aiden turned it off and stood, pulling his lightsabers from off his bed to him as he did so.

His new student turned to look as he entered the main chamber. He would see a man of average height and build cloaked in black robes with black light armour underneath. Through the Force, the new student would feel a very Dark presence enter the room as the Master Assassin approached. He spoke telepathically through the Force to his new student...

"Daynar Saper. You are my new student."

The first thing Daynar noticed was his new mast clodded in black as he entered through the door, and the second thing was the incredibly dark aura which radiated from this man he was very impressed and quite glad that this would be his instructor. He had been surprised the man already knew his name, he wasn't under the impression much interest was put into training Acolytes, he was a little releived a personal interest showed a little more potential for furthered training.

"Yes, I am Daynar Saper..." He hesitated "Might I know your name, Master?"

 

[Mars]

Aiden felt his student's chaning emotions through the Force, from confusion to a bit of fear to being impressed and joy. He had asked for his name. "My name is Aiden Dekker. I am a Master Assassin. Know that if you try to leave, I will hunt you down and kill you myself. Come, let us begin in the training room." Aiden said, motioning for his new student to follow him.

Aiden felt his student's chaning emotions through the Force, from confusion to a bit of fear to being impressed and joy. He had asked for his name. "My name is Aiden Dekker. I am a Master Assassin. Know that if you try to leave, I will hunt you down and kill you myself. Come, let us begin in the training room." Aiden said, motioning for his new student to follow him.

Daynar smirked at his master and followed him as instructed, as they walked across the temple floor he spoke from behind his master.

"Do not worry Master, I will not try to leave there will be no need for threats."

 

[Mars]

Aiden nodded as his student spoke. Him trying to leave would be a waste of everyone involved's time as he wouldn't make it off the planet. Before long the two had reached the training chamber and entered. Aiden directed him to a table with chairs next to a bookshelf and gestured for him to sit.

"Why are you here?" He asked. "What drives you?"

Daynar followed his Master into the training room, his master gestured for him to take a seat he obediently nodded and sat down across from his Master.

"Why are you here?" Asked his Master "What drives you?"

Daynar looked towards the Assasin once again a little shocked of Aiden's interest, he had been so used to the ignorance of his Acolyte instructors.

"I am driven, Master by my desire to control a certain Darkness that dwells within me, or perhaps around me it is extremely elusive and I am yet to completely understand it. I want to be in control of my power, not the other way around and if I do not make an effort to do so, not only will it consume me but it will drive me insane."

He stared across the table to his Master, eagerly anticipating and sub-conciously expecting his Master's approval.

 

[Mars]

Aiden felt his students shock at him caring. It was important for the acolytes to be sufficiently motivated or they would be a waste of Aiden's time and die in training. Daynar, however, seemed to want in for the right reasons. Of all the places in the galaxy, this was by far the best one to train in the dark side. Aiden nodded as he finished talking and responded with an equally important question. "Do you know the code by heart? It is what you will live by for the rest of your life and you need to be able to explain it as well."

Daynar with a sort of awe, looked towards his Master.

"Yes Master, I know the code. I live by the code. Would you have my recite it to you here?"
