Location: Vandor ~ local time: 14:30

The very satisfying feeling and sound of fresh snow being crushed under the boots always made Nova grin as she walked alone across a very vast and open mountain-chain. It had taken most of the morning and some of the afternoon for Nova to arrive at Fort Ypso and she was still just at the outskirts of the area.

Nova finally arrived after half an hour, standing by the large outdoor stairs, taking a big breath, before walking up towards Fort Ypso. As she passed under the large mammoth skeleton head, she soon entered the large building, greeted by a very familiar warmth and loud noise. The place looked like itself since the last time she was there, same rough and rowdy people in all shape and sizes. In fact, she looked a bit out of place with her outfit, but then again, she does live in a clan village a few hours from the place. Despite her looking out of place, she wasn't a stranger, oh no, Nova was actually quite to local to Fort Ypso, funnily enough.

Almost as soon as she got to the bar, she was greeted by a huge man behind the desk. He had a very large moustache, wider than his head, and a couple of knives strapped by his belt, "Nova! How are ya me gurl?" Asked the bartender with a huge grin.

"Hey Tax, pretty good!" greeted Nova with a smile of her own. She jumped up on one of the chairs and rested her arms on the desk. "Are ya dad here as well, or have ye old man let ye do the trip alone again?" Asked Tax while cleaning some glass from earlier customers. "Yeah I'm alone, he trusts me enough, do take care of myself, if it's just the trip to here," said Nova proudly.

"Man this place must be getting desperate if serving to little girls are getting common," said a voice, as a tall Devaronian leaned in by the bar, to Nova's left side with a smirk. The red-haired girl just stuck her tongue out as the smuggler, "I can drink if I want to, I just don't because I don't want to embarrass you Jackal" shot Nova back, which earned her a short snort from the Devaronian and a short laugh from Tax.

"Anyways, what brings you here?" Asked Tax while continuing cleaning the glasses. "Actually, I was here to see you" replied Nova, turning to face Jackal. "Oh I'm touched, but you shouldn't, besides I doubt your dad would allow our deep founded love" joked Jackal with a grin, which earned him a light punch from Nova. "Oh, hardy ha. I'm here to see if you had new stock" stated Nova, rolling her eyes at the smuggler.

"Well, why don't we go and see?" Suggested Jackal with a smile and ordered a drink to take with him. "Okay!" Agreed Nova excited and jumped off the desk-chair and head deeper into Fort Ypso. "See ye later lil' one said Tax as Jackal and Nova walked away. Nova greeted on couple more people at Fort Ypso, being actually quite known to a lot of people.

"So you're telling me you've never seen this man in your life?" Alana asked with a touch of disbelief in her voice. She didn't believe this nerf herder for a second. She stowed the small holoprojector in her hand, putting it back onto her belt as she kept an eye on the fellow before her. The man she was speaking to was a sloppily dressed Weequay who seemed to be looking for an opening so he could jet on out of there. "Nope, never seen him before. Not since he skipped town." The man laughed nervously, as he began to side step around Alana, who swiftly grabbed the man by the sleeve and pulled him in close. "Now you listen to me Bantha Brains, your little partner is in a hella of a lota trouble. And if you don't start talking, you're gonna be in a hell of a lotta pain." She threatened, shoving the man into a crate. The Weequay seemed a bit taken aback, as he reeled up and fidgeted before finally speaking. "Alright, well, Haliqou needed some supplies, so I set him up and let him go back on his way. He went out east about three days ago, being straight with you." The Weequay seemed to have been motivated into telling the truth, and judging by the fear in his eyes Alana felt she had no more use for him. She stepped to the side, letting the little bastard run. Now she was left wondering if her lead was correct, had Haliqou ducked out into the wilderness? If that was the case meant Alana was screwed; she was a pretty avid outdoors man, but this sorta landscape she'd never even come close to navigating. Alana grumbled and took out a deathstick, sliding the little bastard into her mouth as she ignited it and took in a deep drag. This sort of work was always a headache, but she'd figure it out one way or another. What she needed to do now was find a guide, someone that knew their stuff. That would be some real top shelf stuff right there.

It was settled not long after that, as Alana smoked the rest of her deathstick out, and looked around for any wildly oriented folk; after all, this place had to have a few trappers or what not, surely they could help her out for some meager pay. Alana hadn't gotten far before she spotted a tall looking Devaronian walking with a red headed woman, both of which looked rather well off for this environment they were in. With a gun slung over her shoulder, trench coat and hat donned, Alana walked on up, trying to flag the pair down. "Pardon me, you two wouldn't happen to know where I could find a guide would ya?" Alana asked, her Dantooine accent coming on strong. "Got a bounty that looks like he skipped town, looking to tackle him, but I don't know my way around these parts." She explained, hoping she was charismatic enough to at least bring them to a halt to give her a yes or no answer.

"So there I was, dashing through three shops and a whole battalion after me of the cops. I had to jump out of a window, robe swinging over to another building and escape through the other building!" Continued Jackal to tell his story as the two was heading for his ship. At first, the sound of a voice from Alana didn't really catch Jackal or Nova as the Devaronian was telling his story and Nova listening intensely. "No way. That must have been an awesome escape!" Asked Nova way too invested in Jackal's story.

"I know! Never thought I wou~" Started Jackal continues, getting way too excited by his own almost impossible escape, but the continuing notion that someone wanted their attention, interrupted Jackal, "Listen, pal, can't you see~" started Jackal out of annoyance of this stranger interrupted his story. However, when he turned around to tell the stranger behind him and Nova to beat it, he realized it was a woman and one hell of a good looking one as well. "Well, hello there, stranger" greeted Jackal, changing his attitude on a dime, flashing his best charming grin.

"What luck, I happen to be an amazing guide. Why don't I buy you a drink, stranger? I happen to know the bartender and I'm sure I could convince him to give me a discount" Started Jackal going full force on attempting to charm his way to Alana. Nova stood and watched her smuggler-friend starting to throw all the cards on the table to get Alana to come with him, and just rolled her eyes at Jackal.

"But Jackal, didn't you last time you guided someone, end up break their heart after you didn't show up to your own marriage-union and had to hi~" started Nova to ask, unknowingly completely cockblocking any chance of him looking smooth and got interrupted with Jackal dashing to Nova and placing his hand on her mouth.

"Don't listen to her, she's no idea what she's talking about" explained Jackal with dry laughter, trying to act like he had no idea what Nova talked about. "She just says random stuff sometimes" assured Jackal with his charming smile. However, Nova wrestled out of Jackal's hold and punched his arm, "No I don't!" Stated the red-haired girl.

Alana rolled her eyes as the man tried to hit her with some sweet talking; she had dealt with this stuff before, it was nothing new. Seriously? I'll buy you a drink was the best this idiot could come up with? She was about to throw him some sass, but the young woman beside him slammed him down hard. It brought a chuckle out from the huntress, though she still thought the mans' attempt at flirtation to be rather lame. Crossing her arms, Alana spoke back to the stranger, being as polite as she could for the situation at current. "Not interested in a drink, and if what your little friend there is true, sounds like you got more baggage than you look, so no thanks. I hate to be a house wrecker so early in my career." She grinned of course when the young girl slugged the horned alien in the arm, arguing within him about whether or not she spouted nonsense. Alana was more willing to take the girls side than this skug swindler. Not to mention the girl was probably a certified cockblocker, given her reaction time to the mans initial statement.

"She sounds pretty well informed I'd say, so maybe she might know where I can find a tracker around these parts." Alana redirected her inital statement towards the young woman, as the last time she had drinks with some random man, it turned out to be a sector ranger that was a tad too creepy for her tastes. The young woman on the other hand, well, Alana didn't see that being an issue what so ever. Alana was hoping that this would be over quick, because all things considered, she was way behind on her bounty and the man had several days of lead on her.

"On second thought, you sound way too much work" comment Jackal, at Alana's statement and he did, in fact, insinuate the Ranger wasn't worth the trouble, which many would probably take as an insult. "Anyways, as they say, 'plenty of better fish in the sea'. See you around and Nova, you know where to find me" said Jackal and tousled Nova's red mane and gave Alana a charming wink before walking away. "But you know, if you ever wanted that drink, and make business, you know where to find me" called Jackal out, while walking away.

Looking after her friend until he disappeared around the corner, turned the red-haired girl her look back to Alana. When Nova got a better look at the woman in front of her, the first thing that caught Nova's eyes, was how sharply she dressed. "Sorry about my friend. He's just being silly" explained Nova. "You said you needed a tracker for finding someone? Is he lost?" Asked the red-haired girl curiously.

"Oh, and I'm Nova, nice to meet you~?" Introduced Nova herself reaching out her hand for Alana to take it.
