Maneuverability: Although capable of basic evasive maneuvers, the Celeritate is still a basic freighter and wouldn't be able to escape much, especially a single-craft fighter.

Description: The ship was purchased by Logan, Davian Price's father, and modified by him for use of PriceCorp and his family. Much like the other YG-class freighters, it has basic armour and can be repaired relatively cheaply. Often times, when Davian is unable to find a place to stay while on a business trip, he will stay in his ship. Currently, he has the Celeritate's cargo bays fitted with mostly fuel canisters. Although it has mediocre defense systems, if Davian needs to defend himself then he would hire an escort.

Actually, no it isn't.
I know Tristyn was going to use it for the Czerka Porter-class freighter, but I posted this long before she did. This was already addressed on her thread:

I'd like to note that the picture here is being used HERE as well. Seeing as that was posted first, it may be in good taste to change the picture here.

Also, the ship was archived and she already changed the picture.
Either way, I'm still using the photo on Davian's profile as a variation of the YG-300.

I guess the general attitude around it? @Vosrik used the picture first, so it's his call what it's used for; and it's somewhat unfair to try to get him to let it go to a group just because they're a large group.

If @Vosrik made use of the picture first, then it is unreasonable to expect him to change it because Czerka wants to use it as well.
