DESCRIPTION
The Teljkon Vagabond was not initially created to be a warship. It was initially designed to house the culture and knowledge of the Quellan species until a suitable time that vessel might thaw their home planet, Maltha Obex, out from its ice age. Equipped with two massive EM Whips and a Scythe Weapon, the ship was more akin to a super vessel than a capital ship. It's EM Whips were capable of disabling a capital vessel nearly instantly, and its scythe weapon could summarily disable a single ship in a single converged attack.

However, not only were these weapons the only weapons on the Vagabond, but after being used to thaw out the homeworld of the Quella, the Scythe Weapon burned itself out. Seeing the EM Whips as no more than an expensive power drain, they were removed along with the damaged Scythe Weapon in favor of a full refit to a more standard outfit of weapons and hangar bays.

The only original, special item of the Vagabond that remains since its creation is the biological hull and bulkhead. A mixture of biological material and Durasteel, the hull and bulkhead of the Vagabond can repair itself after damage. While the biological armor is able to repair itself, this function works primarily to keep the vessel in one piece and preserve life support. It cannot repair any damage fast enough for its repair to be of any use in combat, only capable of sealing compartments after they've been pierced.

Once acquired by the Jedi Order, the Vagabond's internals were converted over so that the vessel might serve as a mobile command center and true capital vessel. Its uniqueness is intended not only to lead fleet combat, but to inspire other vessels to fight harder.

LEGALITY
The Teljkon Vagabond is a one-of-a-kind Capital Ship owned by the Jedi, it's presence and weaponry makes it illegal to enter systems without prior authorization from local governments.

INTENT
To bring an interesting vessel and concept over from legends to site canon. It must be clearly stated that this is NOT Vong tech, it is not designed to circumvent Vong tech rules, nor is the biological component of the armor to be considered in PvP combat outside of basic life preservation after the ship would already be considered disabled. Additionally, the intent is to use this as a unique Jedi vessel.

RESTRICTIONS
The Teljkon Vagabond is a large capital ship with heavy weapons, and capital ships cannot be owned or operated by individual characters. This may only be acquired as a faction asset with staff oversight and direct interaction.
