The reason I choose LotR: Fellowship of the Ring, because of the peace at the beginning, then the rising evil and action followed by treason. Niice.

Not movies but I beleive music from Cirque Du Soleil's shows can be quite fitting to starwars theme at times. Their latest; Mytère, O and Kà are all extremly good.

None of the above I think the jedi soundtrack from kotor 2 would fit very muchly here

With the stories we've had going I'd have to say LOtR is probably the best pick. Without choosing one of these though, you could also use Tchaikovski's Symphony #6 "Pathétique" in B minor, Op. 74. He died before finishing it and it was the story of life from birth to death. Very moving piece of work. One of his relatives finished the work later.
