I'd suggest Krayiss Two for a new Temple. In the past it was used by Sith Sorcerers for meditation and study. Plus there was a library temple (Now long since buried and could make for excellent RP in uncovering!) present guarded by Sith Spirits that will more or less kill you and damn your soul to torment for eternity if you're unworthy.

You do realize what would happen if it was Krayiss Two, right?

I couldn't resist forcing my Pureblood fanon on it and then I'd get in trouble XD

Hey, even so, you have to admit it'd be perfect. Sith Spirits, Tormented Jedi Souls. Buried knowledge. The place is ripe for it. Korriban and Ziost are all well and good. But I feel as if Korriban is slowly being tapped out in terms of 'new' locales and features. And Ziost is admittedly a giant ball of ice, snow, and rock with a temple city and roaming Massassi Tribesmen.

Krayiss 2 eh, why didn't I think of that? It is a place Sin'ryk will consider a holiday spot.

Sounds too much like Korriban tbh. The intention of the new temples was to provide fresh, modern, different environments for people to write in. I still stand by my initial suggestions of The Academy for Assassins on Umbara, the Academy for Warriors on Bastion and the Academy for Sorcerers on either Dromund Kaas or Empress Teta.

These are worlds that already have a rich, established canon/legends culture and history. As opposed to obscure places like Krayiss Two and Ziost (as much as I love them) which don't have much established info and give way to all different kinds of interpretation of what they are actually like. I certainly have written voluminous amounts of fanon about the native Sith worlds, but not everyone might agree with it.

I always assumed it was something like you ranking up, getting a master, discovering something important that impacts character development, and the like. Basically key plot points to your character unrelated (usually) to training.

But I could be wrong cause, lol.

To be honest, I do not know. It was established at the beginning of the timeline, when Malon was Faction Leader. I assume it was to allow for missions of sort, or meetings with superiors, but the original intent is unknown.

Wasn't the Prestige tag intended for special events like Acolyte tournaments? I always thought that was what it was for.

I always thought Prestige was something like allying with a dark council member of being promoted to master.

The tournament theory is iffy, as there's also a "Tournament" prefix.

Something my team has been considering is removing the prefixes in general, or limiting them to Class and Training.

I was reading a character profile, and then later saw certain images on Wookieepedia, and got an idea: perhaps the Imperial Police Force referenced on the profile of Coterie member Ugniss Vexil should be made into an actual, playable faction, kind of like the Ubiqtorate?

The Ubiq, as I read, is a foreign and domestic intelligence agency and is non-violent. Sort of like the CIA. Well, there could be an agency like the FBI - if the Ubiqtorate finds a threat, they could report it to an Imperial Police Force, which will do the violence.

I imagine that they would be both the regular law enforcement on Imperial worlds (traffic police, firefighting, border guards and information security) and also the NKVD-style secret police, running forced labor camps of enemies of the Sith, committing extrajudicial mass executions, suppressing underground resistance movements (both Rebel and Coterie), that sort of thing. Kind of like the canon Imperial Security Bureau. To make more RP options for people who would join this faction, they could have, say, agents that would be positioned into the Imperial Armed Forces to keep track of members and root out possible traitors.

Just an idea.

This was the main image I saw that gave me the idea, I could see these being Imperial cops:

Andrew would love to help them out. But I beilve the current empire just uses the army and planetary security forces.

A plus one from me on that suggestion!

Also, and I know this has been raised (but not really answered and followed up) before: Moffs. With the new coterie as well as the Civil war and the rise of the rebellion. Would it at last be possible to have the branch of the Moffa put in place, to allow the imperium a semblance of control over the more troubled territories?

Also, this would provide a more focused "regional antagonist", I for one would greatly enjoy RP'ing a moff being constantly hounded by rebels!
