Buzzz...

That was all she could hear, then she felt something hit her head. Instinctively she batted it away with a faint grunt. "Mmgrm..." Rolling over, she faced the other way as Elyphys hopped out of the bed. Demoly was full aware of her surroundings after the unpleasant wake-up tap, but that didn't mean she wanted to get up; unfortunately, she knew she had to anyway.

As she sat up the sheets slid off her, revealing her body once again. Demoly didn't hop out out her bed, her hands came to her sides as she shifted to the edge of the bed. Toe-to-heel her feet came flat to the floor. After a sigh, a yawn escaped her lips in one long contented breath. Her mood was well, until the force bond was brought up.

"Already Elyphys? Really?" Such a subject brought a stern look to her face, one full of disappointment.

Snapping, she stood and started to gather her clothing, putting on one piece between each word she spoke, leaving her with a rather odd speech. "It's fine, I can numb the connection, he wont find me so easily. Plus it's not like he's dangerous." Once she had put everything on she went to Elyphys side, wrapping both her arms around one of Elyphys thick arms. Demoly's chin angled upwards to attempt to catch a moment of Elyphys cyan eyes with her amber ones. "Focus on the souls soon to be harvested..." Demoly was still bossy then ever, just a bit more comfortable being physically closer to Elyphys.

Elyphys had nearly finished changing, Demoly's initial response making him wary of continuing the conversation. However, as she did not seem particularly displeased, and the fact that she was still changing cooled off what might have been a confrontation. Elyphys gave a short grunt, as he prepared to dorn some light armouring, the hunt on Naboo demanding for it. He listened to Demoly's explanations, which were admittedly hardling revealing or convincing.

Nevertheless, her hanging onto his arm and reminding him of their task quelled his mind of any lingering queries about her force bond, or at least for the moment. Elyphys ran his tongue over his lips, a grin forming in anticipation. The only thing that could distract him from Demoly currently perhaps, the prospect of finally returning to the hunt. He turned his face downwards, meeting Demoly's face with a grin that had been missing for the past day or so.

With his mouth slightly open, Elyphys's teeth, more closely resembling fangs than otherwise, reflected the cyan light from his eyes, it's pulsing increasing ever more as the harvest approached. "i don't fail to notice the ploy, Demoly, but i cannot say it has failed!" Elyphys laughed, the madness and chaos returning to their host. He was always the same person, but different matters brought different aspects to light. He allowed his hand to run along Demoly's cheek to the neckline before extending his arm towards his weapons, shelved in a side compartment of the ship.

With a surge in the force, his force blade appeared in his right hand, the ring of the blade coming loose from the sheath resounding for a moment. "This has not tasted blood in a while." Elyphys muttered, holding it slightly in front of him. A rapier, it's black surface catching all the light sources in the room. Attaching it to his belt, he turned to Demoly once again, his face returning to neutrality. Elyphys smiled warmly this time, placing his other arm on her waist as he spoke.

"i'm sorry." He said sincerely, with a small chuckle. "it occurs to me that we have never truly introduced ourselves, nor did we ever really talk, for that matter. Would you like to strat anew?" Some might find this bewildering, others may find it sickening. The bloodthirster, looking to 'chit-chat'. This was indeed the case, with Elyphys realising that he knew close to nothing about Demoly in reality.

Her head titled once she felt Elyphys fingers run across her cheek, down her neckline. For some reason necks were a big focus to Elyphys, or so it came off that way. It was slightly disconcerting, but hardly worth stressing over. Demoly knew he would never kill her, on top of never hurting her before. It was just a odd taste of his she had yet to fully understand about him, which was one of many things she didn't know about him. For as long as she had known him, Demoly was content with being that way, but she was starting to think maybe she was suppose to care now that they were closer.

Wiggling, the young part Zabrak part human slipped free of Elyphys grip, making her way over to the side of the bed. On the nightstand, under a draped cloth, her hilt had been partly hidden during the night. Demoly extended her fingers at the same time as her hilt hovered above the small table and flung with a snapping sound into her palm. The cloth flew away, settling on the floor just in front of her.

With her right hand she ran her fingers down the hilt, all her focus falling into it and only it for those handful of seconds. Once she was done she carefully placed into her belt with a click as it locked into place. After she had finish her sort of 'ritual' she drifted back over to Elyphys side, giving a faint smile before addressing the subject he had brought up, "Very well. BUT! I get to go first." A pause followed her words as she thought about what she was going to ask. Demoly was not sure how to make it seem like she was not being rude about it, but coming off as 'nice' was not her forte. "Where do you..come from? I've never seen one like yourself before..."

Elyphys shook his head in mock despair. Demoly was her typical self, demanding to go ahead first. He waved a 'go ahead' gesture, as if he had a say anyway. Where did he come from? Elyphys repeated the question in his mind. Fair enough, given that other than his physical stature, few things linked his current state to his species. "i am an Epicanthix, though it should be evident that i did not become like this by adolesence." Elyphys joked, blending the truth with humour. Seeing as they were now simply waiting for the ship to arrive at their destination, Elyphys decided to make himself comfortable.

Taking a seat on the bed, Elyphys gathered himself for a moment, recalling those parts of his past that he generally neglected. "Nothing special, i was born on Panatha, our home world. Can't remember too much, but i do suppose i have my parents and ancestors to thank for my inherit joy of battle." He continued. "Believe it or not, my height is only a little above our average heights. My life was typical really, had a bunch of siblings, would have grown up to be a soldier of some kind if i had stayed there."

And there, the detail that Demoly would most probably not have known about him. "Except that i was found by the Jedi." Elyphys smirked, shaking his head. The Jedi, with whom he spent half of his life, his past role of a knight. 'A defender of the galaxy', until he discovered the truth for himself. What he now did was sacred, a calling that would yield far more than anything he would ever accomplish, if he had stayed on Panatha or had remained a Jedi. How could he, they were the ones to betray him, not the other way around initially.

Glancing towards Demoly, Elyhphys would wait for her reaction before he continued. Of course, him having been a Jedi did not cause him to change into a different being, but it certainly lead to that result.

"A jedi huh?"

Edging forward, she stopped in front of Elyphys knees, 'crawling' her fingers along them. Once her hands were slightly above Elyphys knee caps her fingers extended out, flattening, and she leaned on him. Demoly tipped her head, staring into Elyphys eyes with a mix of curiosity and with a look of a demon about her. In some ways, she looked dangerously interested in what he had said. She was, after all, as equally as blood thirsty as Elyphys, though some may have a harder time seeing it in her...which may make her even more deadly.

"Does that mean I got to kill you now? I'm not so found of Jedi." After a moment of a stern look, Demoly broke out in wicked giggles. One of the kills she enjoyed most were Jedi kills. They were too idealistic for her liking, more so then the Bogan, even they if were just as mislead as the Jedi. "Tell me at lest you killed a few before you left?" From the way she spoke, one might have a hard time detecting if she was joking or not. Either way, Demoly left it up to Elyphys to decide if she was or not.

Before Elyphys spoke up, Demoly decided to add in a small bit about herself, some information that was slightly on subject with Elyphys current one. "I was purely trained by father, so I can't relate." Demoly answered quite passively, even if her experience with Ledo had been far from comfortable.

Casting an initially bemused glance towards Demoly, Elyphys remained in his seating position as Demoly began what could only be described as a predation ritual. Not that this didn’t stir his interests and attention... ”Yes.” Elyphys replied, putting on a false impression of exasperation. And obviously, if i held any love for the Jedi i would not be where i am right now.” Gazing straight into her face, which was currently more animated than usual, Elyphys decided that this was this face was the favourite of his. A face that showed who she was, the one that excited him the most.

Demoly’s ending words were not missed by his ears, Elyphys raising an eyebrow at the fact that Demoly actually shared something about herself. He was rather sure that the entire time Demoly would bombard him with questions, and then refuse to say anything about herself. Well this changes things... Elyphys smirked, noting Demoly’s current position. Without warning, he grasped onto Demoly’s wrists, swinging her onto the bed with a sudden fluid motion. Pinning her wrists down against the bed, Elyphys leaned in and growled, grinning viciously. He was careful not to crush her, but kept enough pressure on her body to prevent an easy escape.

”Would Miss killer-extraordinaire care to enlighten me about her past self then?” A rather innocent question, though not particularly one that would be normally asked in this position. He had given enough for now, and he was intent to not let this slide into the form of a one-sided game. Elyphys quickly pecked her on the cheeks, in a rather childish attempt to persuade and coerce her to reveal some more about her past. An example of his rather deficient area of engaging in social conduct perhaps, but an earnest offering of good-will nevertheless. Out of the norm, but that was him.

"Ooophms!"

A rush of air brushed past her face and along her body until she felt it stop suddenly with the softness of the bed pressing against the back of her body. The comfort of the bed was all countered by the rough grip on her wrists and the weight from the body on top of hers. Even if it wasn't too much pressure, Demoly knew that bothering to try to escape would be a little too much rough housing for the ship not to be damaged somewhere, and that kind of 'playfulness' could be done soon enough. They were nearing Naboo and they had only a small amount of time left before they got down to business.

"It occurs to me that you're getting too comfortable tossing me around. Better be careful...I DO bite." She said in her defense, threatening Elyphys with a stern look and a snarl. Though the kisses chipped away bits of her anger on the surface, taking away the need to be so hostile towards Elyphys dominate actions. He probably didn't know any better anyway; Demoly had her own social problems, Elyphys was her parallel in that regard.

She breathed in through her nose, bringing in air to let it out in a sigh. What was she going to tell him? There was little in her past that didn't involve her murdering someone in cold blood. Demoly had not be crafted into a killer by Ledo, he had simply seen what she was and made her into a weapon.

Shaking her head she leaned up, kissing Elyphys free willingly for the first time, but only a small return kiss on his lips before pulling back, "My past is full of death, just as my future is. The only difference is now I hunt, when before I cut someone down out of simple boredom, or freedom." She was being far from clear as always. Though she manged to try to muster up the courage to tie up what she was hinting at, "I had a family once, and other people in my life." Then she finished, "That's about the extent of my past. Good enough, big boy?"

Elyphys loosened his grip upon Demolys’ wrists, rolling over so that he was lying on the right of her. Once again, Demoly was being rather brief, but she had said enough, at least for now. Was her surprised that she had killed before being taken in by the man who too had approached him? No. What he was relatively more surprised at was what Demoly had suggested at. A family? Other people? Elyphys thought this over, trying to picture it in his mind. He couldn’t. Turning his head to face Demoly, he squinted, a look of confusion blended with amazement.

”You mean to say...” Elyphys began, choosing his words carefully. First, his lips trembled. Then, they parted slightly as he began to chuckle. Finally, Elyhyps couldn't contain his laughter as he brought his hand to his face. ”Oh me oh my.” Elyphys crackled, as he struggled to regain his composure. Finally, he stopped his antics and sat up from his position. He was impressed. This was one thing that was unfathomable to him to say the least. Elyphys was curious to know more about the circumstances, but he decided that it was probably better to stop testing his chances for the time-being.

The ship alarm sounded again, this time urging the two of them to make their way towards the cockpit, indicating that the pilot should take over manual control within five minutes. Elyphys shrugged, stretching his arms before getting off the bed. He couldn’t resist one final attempt at getting more out of her, turning with a wide grin on his face. ”Oh, do tell me that you at least killed them?” Elyphys jokingly asked, mimicking her previous question when she asked him whether he had killed Jedi or not.

if someone had been listening to their conversation, they would likely be tearing their fingernails off, at the thought of being on the same ship as the two beings who all too proudly display their dark traits. ”Would my lady care to make her way towards her seat now?” Elyphys asked, waving his hand in front of him with a flourish. ”Or of course, if her intentions are to be carried to said destination, i’m sure that i could also find a way to comply with that wish...”

"Elyphys..." Demoly shook her head in disapproval of his comments. She rolled over once, closer to the edge of the bed. With a push of both her hands she propped herself up and slid off in a single motion. This was the second time today she had to make her way out of the bed thanks to Elyphys; she gave him a playful glare as she passed a few inches by him then grinned as her face turned towards the captain and co-pilot seats.

She plopped back into the captains seat once she had stopped in front of it. It always gave her a great sense of importance as she took over her ship. As she seated Demoly's face twisted into a stern one, her lips pulled straight back and her forehead crinkled; she completely switched her focus on getting the ship landed and starting the hunt. In a way, she looked so stern it was almost comical, and she knew this but always choose to ignore the fact when people decided to point it out.

Once the ship had neared the planet and started to break the atmosphere Demoly took control. A few beeps sounded as she started to type in the landing coordinates of a docking bay she had used a few times. They charged you, but Demoly knew they 'lost' their records of your landing if your fingers slipped and a few extra credits fell into their hands. Slippery fingers happened to be contagious, almost like hick-ups... or misplaced corpses.

The ship swooped into the port, it's engines whining as it touched down then shut off. Demoly popped up quickly from her seat, running a hand through her locks of rosy hair, "Now that we are here...where the hell do we start?"

"As you had said, they are a crime group." Elyphys chuckled, making his final preparations before they left the ship. "if they managed to locate our guardian, they'll have the means to locate this ship landing. We'll let them find us, and then they will feel terror." Saying this without a pause, Elyphys displayed his confidence in the matter. These criminals might be well-known on Naboo, perhaps they were even a dominant gang. None of this mattered, when they found him and Demoly or the reversed, they will be slaughtered. Elyphys was determined to dispatch at least one with his rapier today, with his lightsabers recently having taken center stage.

Checking his equipment one last time, having adjusted his carapce-like armour covering his torso, Elyphys fingers found his mask, which had also not seen use for some time. Turning towards Demoly, Elyphys's smile had transformed instantly, from one of a light-hearted nature to one of anticipation. He shivered a little, shaking his head rapidly left to right before his features were all but completely hidden from sight by the mask. Only traces of the cyan glow from his eyes escaped through the armoured structure of the dull-silver metal. "Well then, why don't we go entertain our hosts as their reward. They'll be pleased to see us, after all, it is rude for a host to keep their guests waiting."

==

As soon as the pair made their way out of the ship, Elyphys instantly dropped all remaining traces of playfulness, immediately scanning the crowd that filled the space port. Using normal vision, he searched the faces that passed him for anything that would interest him. Nothing. The faces spelled shallow and hollow lives, unfulfilling by all means, and ultimately a waste of time. He saw aliens and humans, all who seemed to occupy the prototypical role of a 'spacer'. Elyphys saw family men, who seemed eager to return home. Yes, home with a wife, and 2 daughters. Perhaps 3. Maybe even a concubine outside. Elyphys growled quietly, some form of disgust filling him as they made their way through the airport, these beings that simply wasted occupied space being as worthless to him as dust around his boots.

These souls were not ones that deserved to be released, no matter how easily he could have succumbed to simple bloodshed. No, these garbage did not warrant such attention, for what awaited them would truly offer satisfication. What would the first one be like? Surprised, or completely unaware of the proceedings. Would it be a crushed skull, or a simple beheading? Elyphys smiled, the crowd around him would be thankful that his face was hidden by a mask. A smile that would be shown to the fortunate few individuals, which would serve as Elyphys's heartfelt farewell to those had would embrace their final release.

After spending the day searching, asking questions, the two found themselves at a local cantina. They had heard that the suspected group sometimes popped into the bar. Demoly didn't care if they caught the gang that night, she was just happy they had gotten a few names and one primary group.

Demoly swirled a drink around in her hand. The clear liquid sent off a potent smell, one that burned the inside of a persons nose. She brought the glass to her lips, allowing the scent to burn her face as she took a small sip before resting it back on the table. Pushing the table away she stood up afterwards and stared at Elyphys. It was almost like she was glaring, her eyes squinted and her lips pulled back straight. After one long pause she took a few steps over and sat on his lap, shifting around to get comfortable before leaning back on his chest and looking up at him.

"You're a chair to me..." A high pitched giggle followed her words. She might of not made complete sense, but she had suggested that Elyphys was a push-over.

She reached up, her fingers just making it to Elyphys jaw to slid along the side of it. Control. That's what it was about, what Demoly thrived on. She was power hungry, most noticeably after a drink.

Having been essentially dragged about by Demoly the entire day, Elyphys sighed when he realised that they were headed to a cantina. Spending time drinking and staring at other patrons was not entirely appealing to him, but he had little say on the matter. With a scowl, Elyphys had his hand curled around a large glass, filled with a thick liquid that seemed to adopt a new texture and colour every few seconds. The beverage was not particularly strong, but held an extremly sour after-taste that fitted what Elyphys wanted. With a stare that showed both amusement and mild concern, Elyphys held his drink slightly further away from Demoly, lest she knocks it away in her drunken state.

He had certainly not expected Demoly to be a cheap drunk, but this shows how everyone acts different under influence. Carefully taking a sip once Demoly had finished touching his face, Elyphys wondered if he was acting any different. Demolys' words did not irritate him, as they were rather similar to what she would normally say anyway. Shaking his head while Demoly played around, sitting on his lap, Elyphys sure as hell did not feel any different. People seem to look a lot more... tempting though. He thought, taking another sip while staring at the woman complacently on his lap.

"Are sure that's not because the drink is making you see things?" Elyphys said dryly, knowing damn well what Demoly meant. He ruflled her hair absent-mindedly, doubting that they would gain anything further useful today.

"Hey! I'm not that dr-...I'm not drunk!" Demoly scoffed, her eyes glazed over from her obvious intoxication.

Leaning over the table she reached towards to her drink, half her body dragging along the table before grabbing hold of it. She sat back in Elyphys lap, the drink almost tipping over onto Elyphys as she did. Demoly shook her head then winced at the smell as she brought the glass to her lips, taking a small sip of it then coughing a few times after.

Just as she opened her mouth to make another, no doubt, rude comment a man walked in the bar. She could sense he was in the bar for no good, but she could not put her finger on the why and what. Shaggy black hair hung around his eyes, which were a blue that could be compared to the sky when a thunderstorm was brewing. His clothing was like any other gangsters, a little too much. The jeans and shirt he wore was laced in logos and chains hung off his belt and sleeves.

Demoly kept her eyes locked on him, and soon his eyes met with hers. He looked her up and down, then glanced at the mass of muscles she was sitting on. Clearing his throat he invited himself to their table, giving one of those know-it-all smirks as he ripped the chair back then took a seat.

"You the two looking for the Drek KQL's?" He kept his voice hushed, leaning close to the table.

Someone so straight forward was more then suspicious. It was possible they were setting up a trap, but a trap worked both ways. If they couldn't handle Demoly and Elyphys, which they probably couldn't, then their trap would backfire. "Possibly. Why?" Demoly raised a eyebrow.

"I got the info, more then just a description of a face. You want it? You pay the creds out of your asses then maybe I'll let you know half of what I know."

"How about I just put you out in the back ally face first? You know, in a pool of blood." She growled and stood up.

"Hey! Hey! If I'm kriffen' dead then you don't get no info!" His voice raised slightly.

Elyphys rolled his eyes as the idiot reached their table. He smirked to himself as the newcomer engaged in conversation with Demoly, naively thinking that they could actually barter with the likes of the two. Elyphys chuckled at Demoly's outburst, keeping his face as impassive as he could manage while studying the seated man. Whatever he was here for, they had signed their death notice the moment they had set their gaze upon Demoly. Bored of the rubbish being exchanged, Elyphys placed his drink on the table before raising his left hand in what could be misidentified as a waving gesture. With a curved smile, Elyphys's eyes shone, knowing that he would soon start to fulfil the demands of his cravings. Using the force to encircle the man's torso, Elyphys sought to yank him over the table, the man's face possibly being forced through Elyphys's now empty glass.

With a nearly bored expression on his face, Elyphys would give the man a backhand slap, controlling it enough so that it would certainly stun but not greviously injure. Oh certainly, they would die in a moment, but not before Elyphys got the last word. Nodding his head in apology to Demoly, Elyphys would gently place her onto the seat which he had vacated. With a single terrible grasp around the man's neck, Elyphys would yank him from his sprawled position into the air. Standing upright and bringing the man's face to meet his, Elyphys stayed in that position for several seconds while he waited for the man to regain his senses.

"Well done, you have just confirmed that the people we have talked to today are all untrustworthy. Whoever you might know amongst that group of people will be joining your determined fate within a day. Or rather, perhaps we have already encountered our targets?" Elyphys spoke aloud in a fluid voice. "Either way, you do not deserve to act as polish for my blade." Leaning forward, Elyphys sank his teeth into the man’s cheek, ripping out a sizable chunk as the interior of his face was exposed. Wrenching the man’s mouth open despite the near maniacal state of him, Elyphys spat the bloody flesh into his mouth. Laughing as some blood treacled down his throat, Elyphys ripped a table leg from a nearby table, causing wood splinters to shower into nearby patrons.

Elyphys could only wonder what the reaction of the people around the spectacle were, his eyes only set on the pathetic whimpering being before him. He would not let his sword be stained by one so unworthy, lest it lowers his standards. Elyphys grinned, raising the table leg into the air, the man’s protests was in vain as the makeshift weapon sailed towards his head. With a rather loud crushing sound, blood covered Elyphys’s clothing as he let the bloody mass drop onto the floor. Brain material swiftly spilt onto the floor, Elyphys careful not to let his boots be dirtied by the mushy substance.

Everyone paused to watch the gory display, but the moment it stopped everyone went back to their business. The music returned and the chatter filled the air. Two guys trying to kill each other was not a unfamiliar sight in the Cantina. Sometimes large fights broke out if it was between a few, but the man was alone, stupidly enough.

Demoly had watched the display with wide eyes, enjoying Elyphys aggression. For some reason she found it sexually appealing...maybe she was drunk, though maybe she always found it that way, the drink just brought it to the surface. Something about him grabbing the guys throat and holding him in the air made her all tingly inside. Then there was stabbing the guys head with the table leg that had her knees go weak!

She stood from her chair, ignoring that Elyphys had put her there, once again being slightly controlling. One hand ran along Elyphys arm before she wrapped her arm around his, her other arm following suit a moment after. If she hadn't been drinking she probably would of covered up her emotions, but that was not her current state.

"We could go search those guys down now." She said with a cackle. "Nothing wrong with a bit of midnight gallivanting..." Her body pressed harder against Elyphys arm, and she let out a small 'emm' noise, "Come on, lets go."
