Sticky threads

One thing I'm noticing as I get the time skip ready is that some of the sub-boards of the main faction boards have WAAAAAAY too many sticky threads in them. Please keep those to a minimum moving forward, there shouldn't be a wall of sticky threads. Consolidate when you can.
