Hey guys!
A special announcement today in regards to Special Divisions
for those of you who don't know the Rangers missions are divided into four categories. One is general missions which anyone can take and generally have a nice simple tidy payoff of some kind and give general tokens which can be used to pick up sweet Ranger tech for later use.
Another is Joint Missions which are missions involving our faction and another. These once again are usually singular missions with a nice payoff and a diplomatic benefit to the two participating factions.
The third type is arcs which are a series of missions with an extremely high payoff for the participants and the Rangers in general.
Lastly we have divisional missions. Currently there are four main divisions and if you noticed I also added two subdivisions, The Idiots the Rangers local airforce, and Heaven's Devils an elite unit under the command of Johnny Wasteland
Division Missions are special because as you join a division you can get exclusive tech and specialize yourself for a certain job the Rangers want to do. Eventually as divisions grow those who help a certain division a lot can come to command their own subdivision for whatever purpose they see fit. This includes the ability to create your own mission packs and command your own npcs.
Now right now some of you don't have a Division, but whenever you choose just tell me and I'll put it on the Roster. Once you've chosen please sign up for and join whatever missions are available.
Lastly I'd like to say I've updated the Notable Npcs to include all of our latest incoming significant members. As missions continues and recruitment grows that list will grow too and stay as a point of reference for anyone who interacts with these npcs. Also don't be afraid to incorporate any of those listed into your own rps, referencing them, interacting with them, or controlling them directly in social, training, or missions threads
finally if you had any suggestions on the topics I just covered do give them here! I'll strive to incorporate anything you guys come up with.
