Soraya is 5'8, weighs 140lbs and has an average build. She has thick, long, dark brown hair, hazel eyes, a tanned complexion and a light dusting of freckles across her face.
BIOGRAPHY
Soraya was born in a port on Coruscant to a smuggler mother and unknown father. She was raised by her mother, mainly on a ship though they spent time on many planets throughout their travels. Living among the crew of the ship, she became part of a close-knit family of smugglers and pilots and learned to love her surrogate family as much as her real one.
She was taught the ways of the trade, accompanying her mother on every trade deal until the was seventeen when her mother and most of the crew were arrested and sentenced for their smuggling crimes while the remaining crew escaped the planet. Soraya was off the ship at the time and managed to evade authorities, being taken under the wing of a couple of poor drug addicts for several years in the slums of Corellia, where the ship had been docked at the time of the crew's arrest. After four years, she sought independence and left the planet to follow her mother's footsteps.

PERSONALITY
Emotions are not an issue for Soraya as she is stoic and does not frequently show emotions she doesn't intend to show, instead taking a great deal of effort to portray herself as she would want to be seen. She is considerably open-minded and tolerant of those with other views, lest they get on her nerves but she does not anger easily and because of this she is very free-thinking and independent.
Soraya is sensible and level-headed, though with a dry sense of humour, and so is skilled at deescalating a situation, though she isn't against the use of violence as means to an end she prefers situations to be resolved through words. She could be considered amoral at times as she will do whatever it takes to survive however she is not unnecessarily ruthless but rather has a cynical mindset. She has a strong sense of loyalty and honour, she will not betray those who trust her unless unavoidable or for their own benefit, a trait she learned from witnessing the camaraderie of the crew she grew up with.
SKILLS
Soraya grew up around a wide variety of people and learned Huttese from a smuggler on her mother's crew who originated from Nar Shaddaa and babysat her when she was younger. She is skilled with her use of words due to her intelligence and aims to diffuse a situation through non-violent means first but if all else fails then she is capable of self-defence and is skilled with the use of a blaster but has no formal training.
