( *ooc, because this takes place AFTER " don't drink the water" which is still running, we will refer to the space station deal as " the incident" without getting too specific )

Aife paced up and down the hall outside her office, hands folded in front of her, idly fiddling with her long silken arm drapes. The past few weeks were stressful, and offered her little time to prepare for this moment. The Zeltron matron was dressed in her finest, that being finest by Zeltros standards. Her fine sill dress managing somehow to both cling, and drape from her matured luscious frame, yet her violet hair was worn up in a fairly playful and youthful loose pony tail, held in place by pins, while her sides draped to frame her face.

Leaning against the walls, watching her stood several members of Zeltros Royal protective services. After her announcement of seeking the throne in the next popular election, still many, many months away the agents were assigned to her, despite her claim that her own staff would do a better job. She hated having them follow her, she hated the idea that she would hardly be able to slip away for long, and it at times made her regret her choices.

This however was not the time for such things. Aife was expecting guests to the resort, and not any guests. She was awaiting an investigative team from the Republic. Her employer had screwed up, and done things that got him in trouble. Aife was not shocked by this, it was a major reason that she had stayed as separate from the dealings of the home office as possible . While it was true that the Republic had no jurisdiction on Zeltros, they could however probe into matters, as JG itself was a corporation filed still under the Republic. The Republic agents investigating the corporation had gone through the proper channels, as expected, seeking permission from the royal house, who then in turn got the green light from Aife to receive them. Already she had all her financial records, and anything she believed could be of use. She had nothing to hide which even shocked her.
