Sith Empire NPC classes
The Sith Empire's non-player character (NPC) classes are implemented in tactical battles, one of the battle types often played in Main Faction combat. At present, there are three (3) classes of NPCs, but this number may be expanded to include more NPC-types as the Empire expands.
#1 INFANTRY — SITH TROOPER
Armor: Redoubt-class heavy armor // Weapon(s): Blaster rifle, three (3) thermal detonators
Sith troopers are the basic foot soldiers of the Sith Empire. They wear chrome-colored Redoubt armor and serve to protect Imperial interests across the Empire's vast swaths of territory. They act as law enforcement on all Sith-controlled worlds and are also the most basic unit of any Sith invasion force.
#2 ADVANCED INFANTRY — SITH WARRIOR
Armor: Sith robes // Weapon: Lightsaber // Power: Force lightning
Sith warriors are the Force-sensitive soldiers that serve at the behest of the Sith Order within the Empire. They are the answer to the Army of Light's legions of Jedi soldiers and are trained to combat both infantry units and fellow Force-sensitives. All Sith warriors wield the iconic crimson lightsabers of their Order and employ deadly Force lightning when the situation calls for it.
#3 HEAVY ARMOR — AT-SW PLATOON
When the Empire wants to bring in the heavy artillery, it deploys these: the Arkan-series All-Terrain Siege-Walker (AT-SW). These heavily armored (yet extremely slow) "walkers" pack a lot of firepower, threatening enemy defense emplacements, structures, and even opposing artillery units. Even a single platoon of AT-SWs can change the course of a battle in favor of the Empire!
