Should I Wait for the New Timeline?

Hi Friends,

I don't know what to expect in regards to the changing timeline. As I haven't submitted my character yet, would it be recommended to wait until after the timeline change to make him? I'd be pretty sad if I only got to roleplay with them for a week or two. :)

The second paragraph of the announcement suggests that you might be able to get both in some sense.
