Description: The Phalanx-Class Frigate is another innovation in Chiss battle tactics. This ship is designed for maximum shield and armor strength, sacrificing speed for maneuverability, and attack power for a defensive advantage when compared to the Ferox-Class Frigate. The Phalanx-Class Frigate shielding gives it the same defensive power as a battle cruiser, focusing most primary power sources to the multiple shield generators. These reinforced barriers take away energy from other systems when intensified to its maximum effect, forming a protective wall in the front lines of a fleet. This makes it a perfect decoy during battles, and serves as a defensive support ship.

Made an edit to the description of the frigate and changed the name to Phalanx-Class Frigate, but awesome job. I'm loving the variety of ship designs we're putting together. I'll put this up int he fleet writeup. I made some comments in the Achilles-Class thread, too.
