"Do not be worried by my appearance." Nuka smiled. "I assure you that I am Nuka Methoataske. I send the council this message to let you know that i am still alive and still fighting the Bogan. I shall check in regularly with reports, all from secure channels like this one. I merely wished to inform you that I walk the galaxy once more, and I have a new idea that may destroy the bogan for good."
