Sector Rangers 'gun down' private citizens in unprovoked attack
Another black mark on the once-great Sector Rangers today as members of the law enforcement agency carry out a brutal attack on Alaskan. Early reports suggest that casualties in the attack number in the dozens, with Sector Rangers being reported to have used high-explosives, assault weapons and more, in a raid which, according to preliminary reports, was not authorised by Ranger Command.
To make matters worse, a second raid took place in the same period, seeing the same Sector Ranger unit carrying out a staged assault on a listening post used by the Alaskan Government. Officials from Sector Ranger Command have suggested that this was a 'false flag attack', and have issued the following statement.
"Following reports of a spate of attacks carried out by 'Sector Rangers' on Alaskan in the past few days, we have opened an internal investigation on this matter to find out the facts. At present, we believe these attacks to have been carried out by impersonators and would cite the use of a lightsaber in the listening post attack as possible evidence in this case."
