Sector 13 Sign-Up

I've been wondering. How does S13 move around? Do they have their own ship? If not, I'd be willing to sign-up Bianca Lockhart and enlist her ship Contessa to S13's purposes. She's in my sig; if I had to choose a codename, I'd go with Agent White.

Okay. Not sure there'd be much of a purpose of signing up Bianca into S13 since I doubt they need ship captains.
All the same, I'll sign-up Bianca (as Agent White); whether she's approved or not, I'm fine with either.

You do realise Bianca would never be a captain again? She'd lose her posting and rank as captain.
