PERSONALITY:
Trevin is a very likeable person. Most people can get along with him just fine, and most of the time others will see a big smile on his face. He loves helping other people, which was one of the main draws of becoming a Jedi. To others he is funny and very pleasant to be around. He can sometimes be shy though, especially when others first meet him. He cares a lot about what people think of him and will sometimes completely stay out of a conversation. Once he feels comfortable though, he will talk his head off and become one of the better friends one can ask for.
He is also very trusting of others, tending to think others good no matter what their past and believing that anyone can be good if they try. Of course he is no fool and though he believes this strongly, he knows when to leave it be and do something different. He loves to make others laugh and it brings a certain happiness to him to see others happy. He loves helping others and it is somewhat of a drug for him.
HISTORY:
Trevin was born early on Kashyyk, he was not supposed to be born for another two weeks. His mother and his father were there with a team of explorers trying to find an artifact of sorts, but came up with nothing because of his birth. He was born healthy and automatically taken back home within a few days of his birth. His parents were explorers, namely they looked for rare and powerful artifacts. They did not do it because of the money but because of the thrill it presented along with the mystery, that was what explained them best.
Growing up Trevin traveled around the galaxy. He has seen every kind of ship there is and speaks almost every language one can think of. His main language, of course, is basic but he can speak many languages fluently because of his travels. He spent the bulk of his life being bored on a shuttle, which was something his parents could not understand. They thought traveling the galaxy was every boys dream, but Trevin dreamed of being with other kids his age, playing and having fun, it was all he wanted.
When he was ten tragedy almost struck his family. On route to look for a mysterious Sith artifact, their ship was boarded by mercenaries. Trevins father was shot and wounded very badly, but he made it back to the medical center in time to live, though the shot left him paralyzed from the waist down. This really hurt Trevins family, especially their mother who turned into a bit of a recluse, but at the same time the family decided to settle down and create a suitable living place on Naboo, something Trevin had dreamed of.
He enjoyed his new life with other kids, getting to go to school and do normal things. Still, he could not help but feel guilty about enjoying himself because his parents were miserable, especially his mother. His father had always been upbeat about things and looked at the bright side, but his mother was increasingly more depressed over the situation. As time went on, the happy family started to get into more fights and basically became a normal family.
It was when Trevin was twelve that he showed his first signs of force sensitivity. A friend of his was being bullied by another, and Trevin was being bullied also, to the point that Trevin could no longer take it. Rage filled through him and the next thing he knew a blast of energy shot from his hands sending the two boys flying. This was very frightening for Trevin and immediately ran home. He figured it best not to tell anyone, but still it fascinated him beyond belief.
As time went on, he found he could move small things. He would often times practice it until he could lift bigger things. He could not believe what was going on with him. He had heard of the force but he never thought he would be able to use it. It was not until he was sixteen that the Students of Light came to him. They told him about his powers and how they could help him, and of course he agreed. His parents were a little hesitant at first, but why wouldn't they want their son to become a Student of Light and eventually agreed to it.
