Salvage mission

[Moko Drendar]

Moko was not after the same kind of reward as his rodian freind here. He was after the ships navy computer. But non the less he under stood where he was coming from. It was never nice to do a job and not get paid for it. "don't worry if worse comes to worse you can steal there ship and sell it. Even a old Dewback is worth some money. Now let's get hidden."


While the rodian like to chase Moko was a pirate and piracy was all about the ambush. You had to hit the target and kill it before it knew it was under attack. Moko moved with his grav boots on to hide in the shadows of a large locker. " when they get here remember to wait for them to all enter the compartment. We want them dead before they even know they being shot at." with that done Moko reloaded his blaster and got ready.

The Rodian nodded lightly and smiled,reloading his blaster pistols and polishing them lightly so they were ready for the fight "Alright,not a bad idea bud"The rodian winked at his bussiness partner and pointed his blasters at the hall,still hiding close to Moko and chuckled lightly "This is where the fun begins mate"

Then the Rodian took a deep breath and his finger was on the trigger,waiting for their enemies to come to them so they could kill them."Alright,im ready for some action my friend..I hope you are aswell"He got his blasters fully operational and ready,ready to kill any lifeform that came by.

Moko did not hear them but he felt the vibration through the Hu of the ship as a loot bumped in to the bulkhead. "they here get ready" Moko aimed at the door as 2 figures entered "wait let see if more enter" Moko reminded In the shadow both figures in there EVA suits had blasters I there hands but none where raised.

 

[Neepp Pleesa]

"Got it pal"The rodian said through the radio and prepared his blaster to fire,but didnt fire untill his partner said so and sighed lightly waiting on the signal."Lets hope they will call out for more to come..This will be a blast.And will also be fun!"The rodian said again through radio and did a thumbs up to his partner,then winked and chuckled lightly.He raised his blaster,covered in the ship and was ready to fire when ready.

As one of the looters turned his spot light illuminate Moko. But before his eyes could respond Moko fired. His bolt hitting the man in the head. As the visor shattered the looters drifted back his life snuffed out before he could even call a cry for help. "fire" was all Moko could say has he pulled the trigger again and in silence bolts of death left his blaster ripping in to the all ready lifeless body before him.

At the entrance was one more looters, Moko aimed his blaster and fired letting his partner deal with the others in the compartment they where in. The last looters moved back as Moko's blaster bolts hit the bulkhead leaving black scorch marks.

"there is one trying to flee" as he called out Moko deactivated the Mag boots and let his repulsors propel him towards the hatch the last looters was had fled through. "don't let him get away"

The Rodian chuckled as they were spotted and started shooting with his dual blaster pistols killing everyone he shot at with great accurancy.He was cursing these looters aswell when he was shooting and seemed to have a bit of fun,judging by his grin when they were fighting.

When his partner gave him the info that one was running away,the Rodian went after that looter who was running untill he reached him and shot him on the head before he could escape.Then he said something in Rodian and turned to his partner "Runner is down pal.We did it"

Moko looked at the scene around him. Bodies floating in zero G. Ripped appart by a barrage of blaster blaster fire. Black scorch marks on the bulkhead where stray shots hit. The compartment was thick with smoke that drifted through zero G. Moko prodded a body and it spun in the vacuum that was space the body fill of holes.


Walking out to see his partner Moko spoke through the radio. "does not look like they had any thing on them. I suspect they took everything to there ship." reloading his blaster he counted the dead bodies. Six in total. "we should head to the bridge and access the navy computer. Then we can see what they had on there ship. Is that OK with you?"

 

[Neepp Pleesa]

The Rodian sighed as he searched the bodies himself and shrugged "Alright lets go,it is fine..Damn these Pirates.."He responded to his partner,rather calmly and chuckled lightly.Even if he lost his reward,he seemed to be quite easy going about it.He grinned a bit and did a thumbs up.

"After you partner"The Rodian said and put his blaster's back to their place.Then he was ready to follow his partner to the bridge,wondering what the computers had in "I'll crack the computers open.It is one of my specialities afterall pal"The Rodian smuggler grinned and waited for him.

Moko laughed as the Rodian insult the pirates. Technically they where looting the ship same as them "Now now piracy is a fine traditional job for spacers. These guys are not worthy of being called pirates. They are Scavs here to pick through a carcass of others hard work." As they moved to through the wreck they cam to a sealed blast door leading to the bridge, though it did not slow them down as the bulk head next to blast door had a masive hole in it. "Looks like the Librator put a proton torpedo in to the bridge, lets hope they did not destroy the important stuff"

manvouvring through the blasted hole Moko made sure not to tear his suit, he did not feel like dying to day, or any day for that matter. The scene before him showed utter destruction. There was a giant hole in the side where the bridge crew was probably sucked out of in the void of space, the room was black with soot and each step caused some soot to kick up. But some how the nav computor survived. pulling out a power cell Moko offered it to Neepp "Here this should have enough juice to bring the nav computor back online, you only need to copy the last hour of all sensor readings before it went dark."

The Rodian followed him carefully,so that his suit wouldnt tear apart and looked around the bridge,seeing the distraction that was caused in there."Wow..These pirates really did damage.."The Rodian laughed and headed towards the computer,inspecting it closely and looking around for any other devices that might be online but didnt seem to find anything.He took the power cell and connected it to the computer.

The computer powered up and then Neepp used his technological skills to get in the files and copy whatever his partner needed.He copied it after 5 minutes and handed them over to Moko.Then he sighed and looked at the other files in the Naval computer,seeing some files of old recordings he thought something.

He turned towards Moko and smiled a bit,then winked at him "I found some holo recordings about some deals and other stuff the crew had done.Seems like it is more of operations than deals.Do you want me to copy these aswell?They might be usefull for future uses.."The Rodian asked his partner and browsed through the files,which indeed were old operations or past deals with other contacts.

Moko checked the suit, there was still enough air "sure thing, may come in handy" Looking out in to the void Moko called out on his communicator to BR back in the ship "BR bring the ship to the bridge. No not in to the bridge just close to it we done here" Looking back at the rodian Moko felt good "Ok we get back on my ship and fly to the hanger where the looters left there ship so you can bring it back with us. or do you want to hang around in the void of space some more?"

The Rodian downloaded all the files of past opperations and dealings,getting them in one of his datapads and smiled as the computer ran out of power and turned off.Then he turned his attention to Moko "Sure thing.This ship will get me a lot of credits for sure hehe"The Rodian said through the radio.

He looked at his partner,smiling and winked again.Then he did something like a stretch and then chuckled "Lets just return back to Tatooine,to the hangar,so i can get on my ship.And im expecting a cooperation between us soon,even if this didnt last long.Ready when you are."The Rodian chuckled again lightly and waited for the ship to return.

Moko nodded his head in agreement to the rodian "this one sure but these looters had a ship in the hanger we will grab that one" As he spoke his communicator beeped and Moko looked out in the void of space at the nerf header the cargo bay ramp all ready open "i am sure the ship and the loot on board it would cover the cost." As he spoke Moko activated the repulsors on the Eva suit and launched him self towards the nerf header making sure to slow his speed before entering the ships artificial gravity. no need to fly in with a 60kg suit at high speed and break a leg. As he enterd he turned and waited for his rodain partner Neepp to get on board before order the droid


"BR fly us to the the hanger" As the ship moved in the the looters own nerf header light freighter could still be seen parked in a ruined hanger. "That ship there will be you payment, if i may please have the data now"

The Rodian activated the repulsors on his suit aswell and entered the ship before they left.He grinned as he saw the ship in the ruined hanger and chuckled.Then he handed the data from the Naval computer which Moko needed to him and grinned again "There you go pal.Have fun i guess.."

The Rodian afterwards smiled a bit and took out his blasters preparing for combat for when they landed down at the hangar so he could steal the ship.He polished the blasters and stretched a bit.Then he looked towards Moko "Tell me when we land on the Hangar.."

Moko had moved to the bridge, he did not trust the droid in these finer movements. With him at the controls Moko moved in to the bridge bring the freighter in close to the other frieghter. It was a tight fit but the A3 was built to handel to freighters in her hanger so it was not a hard fit. It did not look like there was any body around


"We in, looks like there is no one to shoot though." Moko kept the nerf header still as the rodian left ready to help if need be.

The Rodian smiled as he got off Moko's ship and went to the other ship,cracking the security codes for the ship's entrance/door to open.He got inside and did a transmission to Moko after closing the door "Im in partner,ship is mine now..Looks like they had some stuff in there..It is enough profit for both of us.."The Rodian said through the transmission and chuckled.

Then he sent a Transmission to his own ship,commanding his droid in his ship to take off and meet him on Nar Shaddaa.He sends another transmission to his partner saying:"I will be on Nar Shaddaa if im needed my friend..Farewell and i was glad to do bussiness with you"The Rodian said,sounding happy and the ship he stole took off before some of the pirates noticed and cursed as they saw their ship flying to space.

Moko pulled out with the other freighter and relaxed. "under stood if i need help i will be sure to think of you" As Moko set his nav commutator for Nar Shaddaa and punch it in. The freighter blasted off in in to hyper space.
